Maui's most exclusive location with the best weather is the award-winning Wailea Resort. Ideally situated just uphill from gorgeous Keawekapu Beach, The Palms at Wailea is an architect-designed two-story only complex with charming Mediterranean accents, and beautifully-manicured grounds, including two lily ponds joined by a charming stream.
You will be welcomed by the open and inviting living space. Kick up your feet and relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a large sectional, flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and AC in the living room and both bedrooms. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allow for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or enjoy the Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything the inspired home chef would need. The dining table allows seating for six. There is also an eat-up bar for additional dining. The guest bedroom is a great setup with two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. The guest bath is located conveniently adjacent with a shower. Drift off for the perfect night's rest in the primary bedroom. With a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and split AC to keep cool in both bedrooms.
This luxury Palms at Wailea unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords. The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minute away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment

The home was comfortable and clean!
Love the location of this property, the grounds are pristine, atmosphere is quiet and very relaxing. The condo was very inviting when we arrived. The condo itself could use some updates. Mattresses are very uncomfortable, the master bed has a foam topper on it but the mattress itself needs to be replaced. Some new frying pans are needed as well. Overall the property is Good, would stay again.
Very large beautiful condo. Enjoyed our stay. Lots of daddy long legs big and small. Master bathroom vessel sinks are leaking. Big wad of hair in MB shower and very very dirty. Washer Likes to walk away from wall. No blender or coffee grinder had them deliver one of each. Very cheap blender and was a one piece blender. Had to take many breaks or would be almost smoking. Spare bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Springs poking in your body. The white dishes are a no brand and questionable for use in microwave or dishwasher. Silverware also very bottom of the barrel. Master bath tissue holder was almost hanging by a thread. 1.6 million. Dollar unit needs some little things but over $400 a night it should be better than this. Pans and dishes and utensils all need to go to good will. Please use non scented laundry soap in a rental. We all were very irritated with laundry scent and gave us a headache as Soon as we laid down. Had to rewash all laundry with non scented laundry soap. All floors need a steamer cleaner. Full of dirt in grout not been cleaned in years. Full of dirt in every corner. Safety issue with sliding door it isn’t secure anyone could open the door. Needs to be fixed. Only 15 hangers for each rooms combined. We could not hang most of our clothing in closet. Palms of Wailea please do better…..
Property was very clean and quiet. Very short car ride to get to ocean, beach, shopping, and dining. Pool area had plenty of lounge chairs and additional seating at tables in the shade. We would definitely stay here again!
Gorgeous condo suite, thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui!
Property itself was well maintained. The unit was clean and well furnished.
The property itself is nice and has lovely grounds. There's a nice pool area which is fairly quiet at different times throughout the day. The surrounding roads are heavily traveled and can get quite noisy. The unit itself needs a bit of a refresh. There were a lot of deferred maintenance issues that have been communicated. And while it's comfortable, it doesn't feel worth the handsome price we paid. Historically, Wailea, has been an upper class area and this unit falls short of that feeling. Things like loose towel bars, wobbly lamps and dingy paint are easily touched up. Leaking AC units, and hard-as-rock beds are avoidable with good planning and maintenance. We had a list of things that added up throughout our extended stay. Overall, I don't think we'd stay in this exact unit again unless it was refreshed.
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has a good location, 20 minutes walk from a little shopping center, 10 minutes walk from a beach. I like that it has a lot of space for whole family and has two bathrooms. It's nice and clean, but we still found couple cockroaches. There are beach towels, beach chairs and some toys. Don't expect to find stuffed kitchen (there are NO containers, plactic food wrap, foil or any food like oil, tea, coffee) but basic pans and utensils will be there. The main complain is their king bed. It's super unbelievable uncomfortable! It's creaks and crazy wobbles with each sigh. Just trust me! Have never seen such unstable and terrible bed. Oh, and the stuff responded to my email after three days. A little bit ridiculous if you think that we had only 7 days there )Overall it's ok, but I wouldn't suggest it to my friends (specifically because of the bed).
Our family has been lucky enough to spend many vacations on the islands, so we come with a lot of knowledge about the neighborhoods and vacation rentals in multiple areas. This particular complex was one we hadn't stayed at before. I'll start with the positives: 1. This area is quiet and very relaxing, yet close to everything you may want in a Maui vacation. 2. The unit is more spacious than other condos you would typically rent in the area. The big sofa is great! 3. The unit has multiple beds in the additional bedroom, which is a huge benefit for us. 5. The kitchen was reasonably equipped with all you would expect. Storage containers/serving size bowels would have been amazing! If you cook on vacay, consider purchasing some food storage items (wrap/foil as well) when you hit the store. Things I feel the property manager/owner could do to make the experience exceptional: 1. Spiders are abundant in and around the unit. We may have hit the time just before a regular pest control maintenance? But it was bad. Knocking down webs with housekeeping could probably curb this issue a bit. 2. I'm sure it's a busy time of year and not a lot of time between renters for housekeeping, but it really could use a deeper clean. Bathrooms/light switch areas/floors/walls have been a bit neglected. 3. The AC leaks like crazy. I read previous reviews stating the same, so I didn't bother to call it in. We just tried to give it some time off when we didn't need it. Mahalo for sharing the Aloha!

Was a good location and near the beach.
We like this appartement. It is very spacious and perfect for our family if 4. It can accommodate 2 other persons. It is modern and convenient. We did not know the unit was nearby the road and that was the downside for us as we could hear the car. We spent most our time outside exploring the island so it was it a big issue but I wish this was clearly advertise in the description of the unit.
Awesome location we were a group of four , very easy access to shopping, restaurants etc
