Perfect
Family of 5 all adults stayed for a week. It was spacious enough. Lots of light with all the windows. nice views into the mature garden and lava rock. Being on the corner gave us more privacy and more garden views. Kitchen had most of things one would need. There electric kettle was broken so we had to boil water for coffee each morning. They have a coffee maker but we like to grind and do our on drip coffee thing. We grilled a few times on the patio and this was nice. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bath linens were ok a little hard, could be nicer. They provided beach towels. And this unit had coolers, chairs, and umbrellas, plus other things. Very quiet and secure area. We walked to the fish ponds in the mornings and evening and enjoyed the access the beach club.

Condos and landscaping are well kept. Overall a quiet and safe place with lots of activity in walking distance. Only wish I could smoke a cigar on the patio/lanai.
House was as advertised and better. We are a very experienced VRBO family and I’ve never seen a house so well stocked. We cooked a full Christmas dinner! Very clean, nice amenities, and great beds. Only drawback is the extreme, in my opinion, restrictions on “noise”. Although we never had a problem.
You need to fix the dishwasher. We fished the screw out of the dishwasher but it’s too short and the hole is stripped.
The property is a wonderful place to stay. Loved the private beach and loved the location of the place.
From the time we drove up till the time we left, we had nothing negative to say about this place! Plenty of room! We loved that every room had its own bathroom. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect. The views were stunning. We utilized the beach chairs, boogie board, and coolers that were provided. Those little touches were so thoughtful! We also visited the Beach Club a couple times, which was wonderful! There is a small shopping center nearby which we visited a few times. We were a few minutes drive to Waikoloa Beach which had a little bit bigger grocery store. Overall, this place worked out so well for us! We'd stay here again!
We had a great time at this property! The home and location were beautiful and we really enjoyed exploring the grounds. The only recommendations I’d make are as follows: more dish towels (there’s only 2), and more bath towels (only one per person). Otherwise the home was well stocked and very comfortable.
