OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Our space is intimate in size due to the studio layout and close proximity to neighboring units.
For light sleepers: Because the property is part of a condo community with shared walls, some noise transfer between units is possible. Occasional passing vehicle noise may also be heard.
Extended stays: Reservations longer than 7 nights require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep the space fresh and comfortable, especially since there is no guest laundry onsite or elsewhere on the North Shore. An $100 cleaning fee will be requested separately after booking, and includes fresh linens and complete towel exchange.
Complimentary beach gear is provided for guest convenience and is used at your own risk. By booking, guests accept responsibility and waive claims related to gear use.
