Lovely front-row home on Oceans Bluff w/views of Bali Hai, WiFi, pool & hot tub

Perfect spot for two! View and comfort couldn’t be improved…location was good for privacy and access to all Princeville and Hanalei offers.

The property sits on a bluff with a prime location for viewing the most gorgeous sunsets. The attached photo was taken from the lanai outside this unit. We would spend the evening enjoying wine taking in this beauty. The location of this complex makes for easy access to all activities the north shore area of Kauai has to offer. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very clean and well stocked. Use of the washer/dryer also came in handy. The unit comes equipped with beach chairs and a cooler, which are great options for daily outings. The AC is only in the bedroom, which I learned after the first night, if you close the bathroom door and the door to the living area, the bedroom stays quite cool for sleeping. The unit gets afternoon sun which makes it toasty late in the day when we returned from our outings. Needed to be opened up and aired out which the fans facilitated. This is our 3rd time to stay in Princeville, and our first time to stay in a VRBO/private residence here. It is a lovely place and a great value. If you choose to stay here, hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Mahalo!

We love the area this condo is in and have stayed nearby several times. It’s close to several beaches and the town down the road has lots of shops and restaurants, plus the area itself is just beautiful. The condo was very accurate to the listing. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well for the bedroom area, they did supply snorkel gear, beach chairs, and other nice touches that weren’t in the listing. We really enjoyed having a full kitchen and fridge which we haven’t had before and will definitely make that a requirement for our next visit. I don’t think we would stay in this exact condo again because it is ran by a property management company I had to download another app, the view of the sunset and beach was gorgeous but it also made the main living area very hot so you had to keep the blinds closed anyway, and it’s probably just the luck of the draw but our upstairs neighbors were playing music and were kind of annoying. We definitely will come back to Kaua’i and will look for similar condos to this as it does have a lot of perks and features we enjoyed.

Location and the view were perfect! The condo was very clean and well equipped!

The view is unbeatable and the area is great for walking to the beach/other local spots. The unit was pretty nice though could probably use some freshening. There were a couple small issues with the property which could be easily fixed. Was also quite disappointed they they did not warn us the pool/hottub/grilles would be under construction when they knew far before we booked but still advertised it then only gave a heads up a few days before we got there.

When you walk in the front door the first thing you see are the beautiful mountains and the azure ocean waves. Then the Nene birds come cruising by to say hello and walk right up to you, amazing!!!! I could have stayed on the patio the whole trip

Great location, clean, but problems with hot water in shower. We enjoyed our stay.

Really enjoyed our stay at this ocean front unit - amenities great - included a loaner backpack, snorkeling gear and beach toys.

This was our second stay in this very unit and we were thrilled to “come home.” The sunsets were breathtaking! This unit provides everything you need in a lovely, well-appointed setting. And having 2 weeks to enjoy made it seem even more luxurious!

Our stay here was overall a great success. It is in a wonderful location for getting around and there are gorgeous views out the back looking at the bay and mountains. We loved having beach gear and a cooler at our access. Only downside was the AC unit in the bedroom didn't work very well. It was more of a fan just moving air than cooling down so be warned it was pretty warm. Also the paved path the beach is STEEP. Beware, but it leads to a nice secluded, peaceful beach to enjoy.

Expected more for price paid based off of pictures/listing. When we first arrived every light fixture was on and it was approximately 85 degrees inside. Light fixtures were hot to the touch as in you could have burnt yourself. The excessive use of outlet splitters and extensions seems like a fire hazard. We had to kill 2 bugs on the floor, the shower head did not work and I did not dare force the handle after reading other reviews. The AC was venting inside and did not work anyways as it had a “P1” code meaning the drip pan was full (this could be remedied by simply letting it drip outside). Other than that, the bed was decent, the view is good out the lanai and the kitchen is modernized.

The property was wonderful….view breathtaking! However the lack of response to issues was a major factor in whether we use Vrbo again. Especially being unable to access pool because key didn’t work. We reached out multiple times; no one responded when replacing a key should’ve been an easy fix!
