Ground Floor Condo with Ocean and Mount Makana Views with A/C

Great place with a ocean view, has all the beach supplies one would need!

We were very happy with the property - especially the bathroom shower, the well-stocked kitchen (glasses, cups, cookware, etc.) and the unbeatable view of Bali Hai sunsets. There is a secluded beach accessible from the property. Even better is the close proximity to Hideaway Beach (ten minute walk) which has some of the best snorkeling on the island. The one issue we had was the king-sized bed. It is very soft. If you are looking for a firm mattress, you might be disappointed.

Everything was perfect. Easy parking and checkin. The view when I walked in took my breath away. The kitchen had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed. The outside lanai was wonderful! I did not want to leave.

Amazing views of the ocean and Hanalei Bay! Very comfortable condo. So enjoyed relaxing in the living room and porch with beautiful views! We saw whales in the distance and the rainbows on a few mornings!! A great location in Princeville.

Hello, We booked this residence for our honeymoon based on the pictures and the view. While the view was great, the accommodations were least than ideal. First, and to be quite honest, the bed was gross. We could visibly notice that the comforter had not been washed. There was dirt and scuff marks all over the pillows and when we peeled the sheets off the bed, we found copious amounts of human hair that was not ours. It made it very hard to get comfortable and sleep in the bed. Second, the towels had a distinct musty, dirty smell to them when we went to first use them. And lastly, there was no hot water the entirety of the trip. The shower got warm, at best, but never ever got hot. We appreciate you opening your home and we understand it is no easy task to let strangers into your own home. However, we were devastated to see that this was the condition of a place where we were spending our honeymoon after the pictures looked so promising.

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and well supplied with the things you would need (or want) to enjoy your stay. The furniture was comfortable and the decor was beautiful. The love of Kaua’i shines through. Our favorite part was the amazing view and the fantastic weather. We even saw whales from the lanai. We look forward to coming back.

We had a wonderful stay as first timers at this lovely Princeville property! The condo was spotless, comfortable and well maintained with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable vacation. Great location on the water. Our host was very responsive on the rare occasion we needed something. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful condo in Princeville.

I don't think I could have found a better value. I would definitely book here again if the following could be resolved. Now for the except. This property is not ADA compliant (in my opinion). My wife uses a mobility scooter to get around. The pathways are too steep and slanted for her to feel comfortable, especially after the scooter tipped over before we even got in the front door. Luckily, she was not hurt, only scared. Yes, we would recommend this property.

Great property, easy and quick communication with the host, stunning views.

This property is situated in the perfect spot in Princeville, with sweeping views of the ocean and the mountains. It is the most well appointed rental we have ever stayed in. They truly thought of everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and more!

Perfect condo for me and my hubby, just the right amount of space. Plenty of a/c and fans to cool the unit down. The kitchen is very well stocked! The bathroom has been updated , loved the convenience of having washer dryer in there.The pool and hot tub area is a short walk away. Convienent to have Hideaways Pizza there too. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The Hideaway beach is a steep paved walk down to the ocean worth it if your in shape !

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The views can’t be beat - the views from the condo and the beach below. We watched sunset one night from the beach below and it was extraordinary. Great communication when needed. Highly recommend.

The unit is nicely furnished and well equipped. The bed is weird. The hike down to the beach is really steep and the beach is coarse and rocky but lovely.

The refurbished appartment has a quality kitchen with all equipment you may need. Although there are 3 houses in a row, it is very quiet. Fantastic is the ocean and sunset view. And the "private" beach is one of the best in Hawaii.

Everything was great. Loved all the beach gear. Kitchen was well stocked. Only suggestion is in the listing it should be noted that there is a short but steep slope to go up and down to get to the condo. It may be hard for older people to manage that. View was fantastic!

Very nice property and an excellent location for beautiful views of Hanalei Bay. The unit has a very well-stocked kitchen with all you need to cook any meal for enjoying on the lanai. Very comfortable.

The property is beautiful, and the condo accommodations had everything one would need to feel spoiled and comfortable. Note to self, maybe we'll look into a second story unit next time. Our upstairs neighborhoods were very disrespectful. Lots of angry yelling that left us feeling a little unsettled.

This unit was exactly what we wanted: Amazing views all day long and especially at sunset right from the lanai! We were also pleasantly surprised by the snorkeling gear, cooler, and even a boogie board and beach chairs available.

This was our first time to Kauai, and this condo fit our needs perfectly. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (and the labels were awesome!), and the views were beautiful!

Loads of supplies in the kitchen cupboards and for the beach A view to die for! Best location in Princeville for under $1000 a nigh IMO Everything was spic and span, with my only con being that clothes came out of the dryer smelling very musty if left overnight...

Clean, comfortable and well equipped.

The condo was as advertised. Every morning was coffee on the lanai overlooking the ocean and that was spectacular. It is showing it’s age, needs a little minor TLC and could have less furniture. Afternoons were nice and can get hot outside with setting sun. Priced right for location. Glad we stayed there.

A Slice of Heaven! The Phenomenal view no better place to stay on the island than right here. Highly recommend

We thought the view was amazing. And the place was very well appointed and stocked with all that you might need from towels to dishware and it was clean. However, we were a bit disappointed in overall lack of detail to keeping things in good working order. The BBQ was not working well, the blinds seemed thin and old, the microwave door handle was almost broken off, and the sliding doors would not open all the way and were difficult to manage. All of that aside, we did enjoy our stay and the location was great! We enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs and umbrella also. Overall, a nice place.

We loved this location and our view of the ocean was incredible

Very clean, wonderful view, and good location. The only negative: if the A/C is something you are looking for, these are portable/temporary style units that are very noisy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The small private beach was great, not crowded with shade! Very steep walk down/up, which probably keeps a few people away. The view was amazing and the condo had everything you need for meals. AC works great and was a nice touch. We took a couple mile walk for Starbucks in the mornings a couple of days. Close to Hanalei and Kilauea

We stayed in this perfectly located Princeville condo for 4 nights in May. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. You can't beat the sunset views. It was an easy drive to Hanalei Bay (we loved Postcards Restaurant and the the coffee shop behind Slow Yourself Down) and to Napali Coast Shuttle (need to book a month in advance) If you like to walk there is a paved path along the golf course and the steep path to the beach. The beach below the condo is pretty, but very rocky. To the left of the One Hotel gatehouse and down a lot of well-kept stairs is a great beach with snorkeling, bring the provided equipment. It was an easy walk to the One Hotel for a upscale dinner at One Kitchen (also great views). The reason we gave this condo a 4 is because it's showing its age and could definitely use some TLC. An update on the sliding glass door & screens, new fans (2 of them didn't work), a new beach chair or two, and some new swimfins, would make it even better.

Our stay was excellent. The view is unbelievable, and watching the sunset from your patio is worth the stay alone. It is also stocked with all of the amenities you would need in the kitchen, bathroom, as well as your day at the beach. I will definitely book this place again!

This property is fully equipped with anything you would need; which is wonderful ! ( Including full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, big beach bags, chairs, cooler, etc., multiple spices and coffee filters) The bed is extremely comfortable and has nice bedding. Be advised that the unit is old and dated if that is of concern to you; however we found it to be priced accordingly. The couch is uncomfortable. The little countertop fan in the bathroom is limping by and filthy (I tilted it and it blew fan stuff on my face). We had a couple of issues and the property management was extremely responsive and took care of each issue ( the issues were the sliding doors were stuck and wouldn't open properly; the oven door handle broke off on one side). All that said; we enjoyed our two week stay here and the area and grounds are really outstanding. Just be aware too that the pathed path to the beach here is pretty steep and long, a bit of a climb; it is a lovely quiet beach though!

Great location, beautiful oceanfront view. Condo furnishings were good, but a little dated. The access to enter the condo involved a somewhat steep hill, which was made more difficult because we arrived when it was raining and the walkway was covered with leaves. Booking, check-in and access were all smooth and without problems.

Nicely maintained property, great location for exploring the north shore. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beach gear, laundry, outdoor seating…all good. Thank you!

The condo was extremely well furnished. It was a very comfortable unit which became the headquarters for my family who were staying in another condo nearby. The view was beautiful and the outdoor patio was my favorite place.
