This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. Plenty of room. 2 min walk to pool and hot tub. Kitchen worked great. Beach stuff: chairs, snorkel, boards, towels....Wainae market 10 min away. Mountain view. Beaches nearby... turtles...seals...
Gated community. Safe, quiet and very beautiful property in the hills of Makaha Valley. On the western part of the island with beautiful, not crowded beaches. There aren't many places to go eat and drink in this part of town. If you like quiet, serene areas, you will love this. Homelessness is definitely an issue here although we saw this throughout the island of Oahu. Definitely check out the Tao Luau. What an experience!!! It is a bit out of the way from local attractions of Honolulu, Waikiki, Pearl Harbor and the North Shore. We had to drive a bit everyday and the traffic during rush hours on 93 and H1 is terrible. Overall, I will give it an 8 from 1 to 10.
Very nice place to stay. Lots of space very kid friendly. The pool and workout space was excellent. All beds comfy and spacious kitchen. Easy to contact with questions and fast response. The close beaches were the best. We felt very safe in this location. Linda

Clean and organized property. Only criticism better basic stocking of kitchen since this is a family environment. Also since this property is difficult to locate some type of map to the property.
The house was very nice and it was in a gated community however, all our activities were in the east side of Oahu and the south side not the best location for us
The home was perfect for my family visiting for a wedding. Quiet. Close to beaches. Clean. Enough towels and dishes. Beautiful back yard. Wish you all had some home a little closer to JPPHH. Takes about an hour to get there from the home. Otherwise throughly enjoyed the stay
After driving all day this place was a great refuge to relax and unwind.

This home is situated by the mountains and the beach. It was beautiful just to hear nature with peacocks sounding in the distance and the neighborhood being so quiet. The beach was just down the road. It was quiet, comfortable and lovely. Thank you for opening your home
