This condo is exactly like the pictures. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked. Super comfortable bed. The area is quiet and a wonderful location. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants, bike/walking path.

bedroom air conditioner was more than adequate. Had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Filtered water from the tap. amazing view of the beach and ocean. Walking distance to the coconut plantation. Food and shops plus the Lava Lava beach club.

This was a fantastic place to stay, the unit was fully stocked with everything that you'd want for a beach vacation and the location was perfect. The hosts answered every question in a fast manner and even sent us updates for unforeseeable things like an area wide power outage. These guys are awesome!

Loved the view and sound of waves breaking on the beach. Slept on sofa bed in living room (remarkably comfortable) to be able to sleep with that in the background. Close to highway but that was ok, sound of waves covered car noise. Convenient location, close to walking/biking trail, shopping, restaurants and farmers market.

Management was very responsive and helpful during stay. The value of the property is good. Only issue is the lack of air conditioning in living but the total complex is the same

Checkin was easy, well organized and emails were consistent with arrival. The kitchen was clean and well stocked.

Overall very nice place to stay in convenient location. WiFi was spotty and AC leaks if on too long but overall very enjoyable.

The view from the lanai is why we chose this property and it didn’t disappoint. We absolutely loved the views. Pool was also beautiful and the condo was well appointed with all the things we required for the week. They were also so kind to extend our checkout by 2 hours since we have an infant and a long travel day ahead. The air conditioner is confined to the bedroom, so the condo does get quite hot even with doors / windows open. We did know this before we booked this property though. A few maintenance things needed to be addressed. We were told a handy man would come Sunday or Monday but they didn’t arrive during our stay. The bed was very uncomfortable / saggy. I think the box spring may have been broken. Otherwise just small maintainance things.

We had a great time. The view was awesome and the accommodations were great. We were impressed with all that was included. Even binoculars and a telescope!

This property is in need of a major facelift. Nothing worked well and everything needs updating from the bed and furniture to the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very worn out. The view is the best part but it was on a very busy highway which degraded the property.

Wonderful place to stay with great view! Suggestion to owner was to put a blind over front access door so outside lighting could be reduced. Security lights over front door shined into hallway and bedroom ….Also people could see in even with current window treatment in place

Nice condo with everything you need. We stayed for three nights after extending our stay on Kauai. The views of the ocean are spectacular. There is the highway very close to this condo but the noise is minimal.The bed was very comfortable and opening the balcony door allows for a nice breeze through the condo.Walkable to the town of Kaapa and the Coconut Grove shopping center. The airport is a short drive also.

The view was great and it had ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING in it that we needed

The condo was like home away from home with a beach view. I usually stay at hotels and was pleasantly surprised to see the goodies provided including laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner, beach chairs & umbrella, extra beach bags, boogie boards, and more. Not sure if this is normal. The property and condo were clean. I would definitely book again!

Cozy and clean, well equipped with a fantastic view. Very comfortable for a couple’s getaway. Would definitely come back.

We were impressed with the cleanliness. The view from the lanai was wonderful. Well equipped. Air conditioning in bedroom only. Bed very firm and hide-a-bed bot very comfortable.

The property is good. No AC in the living room kinda junk. There was a lady that complained about noise in the pool. From my granddaughter kicking the water. I guess we suppise to sit still in the pool. No swimming. The toilet not working properly scary, it

This condo was fantastic. Beautiful view, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Bonus is that it is literally across the street from Passion Bakery Café which we enjoyed a few times, especially their malasadas! We really enjoyed our stay hear and would highly recommend.

Enjoy the property and location. Appreciated you thought of all the necessities. Would recommend checking the laundry machine. Did a load and sounded awful during spin cycles. Not sure if wearing out. Only loaded a light load of towels as to not damage the washer/dryer. Rest of towels in tub Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I went to Kauai with my partner to elope and have our honeymoon. This was an excellent place to stay for us. They had everything from hairdryer to iron and ironing board for our preparations. The unit was spotless and enough linen and supplies for the entire 8 day stay. The washer/dryer was a huge bonus. The condo complex is also very well kept, and has a beautiful view. The unit manager was prompt with our questions. We enjoyed our vacation immensely. Thank you!

Very well managed, property grounds beautifully maintained. The pool is salt water, clean and beautiful. It was a smaller pool but nevr crowded. It is walking distance to restaurants, shopping and of course beaches.

The condo was clean, with plenty of parking. The location was a little hard to get to because of traffic, but the traffic noise didn’t bother us at all. The view of the bay was excellent, although it’s a very windy bay with a hardly walkable beach. The only complaint I have is that the towels smelled like mildew. Some improvements that would’ve helped our stay here include instructions on how to use the washing machine which I found very confusing. And instructions on using the television.

We have been to Maui, which we love, and Oahu, but this was our first time to Kauai and it was absolutely wonderful. The condo was great. Just as shown in the listing. There is a main street by the condo but it didn’t bother us at all. You barely hear it. The condo is also located to where you can go in either direction to visit all the different places on the island. Driving around this island was nothing short of, amazing and beautiful. We loved the private beach of the condo. If you walk off to the side of the condos, there is a private little beach you can lay out at. It was clean. It had everything you needed, and the complex was very quiet. This unit has an AC in the bedroom only but we didn’t need it in the living room. Once you opened up the glass doors and the breeze came through. I knew use the ceiling fan. It was very very comfortable. We came in March. The condo also had plenty of towels and other amenities out on the little lanai that you could use for the beach.

Very nice condo with a great view. Good location that is close to all the amenities you may need on vacation. Great hikes within 5-10 minute drive.

Lovely view of the ocean & beach. Centrally located to many attractions

This rental has a great location and amazing view of the bay! The property was clean and quiet. Everything you need for your stay is provided. I was surprised at how much was thought of in stocking this property. Much better than other rentals we have used. Restaurants and shopping are close and easy to get to. Washer and dryer inside the unit was also a plus.

This condo has a picture perfect view!!! Was super helpful to have beach gear, such as beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. Condo could use a refresh and some minor repairs, even a new comforter/bedspread would be a good addition. Had an issue with the wi-fi that was quickly addressed. They were great in assisting me with a weather related issue back home that required me to add an extra day (this created a problem with the entry code, but it was addressed quickly). Overall, a great location and good value.

The location was central to all the places we wanted to go in Kauai, the couch and bed were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed, and so many extras - from a beach bag to mosquitoes repellent. Cindy was very responsive and helped us with our needs. A perfect place for us to stay on our first visit to the Garden Isle!

Overall, we were pleased with our stay at this property. The condo is clean and furniture looks new. The location is great as far as where it is on the island. There's a nice bakery across the street. Unfortunately, the area surrounding the unit is dirty. There was a vehicle at the beach that is either abandoned or has someone living in it. There's a homeless camp under the bridge down the street/beach and that population traveled the street and beach near the condo. I also don't recommend this unit for people with children. Pool rules are very strict and while most people were friendly toward our children, others made it clear that even on their best behavior, they were not welcome.
