Oceanview Poipu Studio Condo with Pool, Gardens, Steps from the Ocean!

The location is perfect. Just walk across the street for snorkeling, a monk seal, and great sunsets. Head in one direction for Wiamea canyon or Hanapepe, and another for an unforgettable hike along the Maha'ulepu Heritage Trail. We spotted so many whales we lost track. The condo had everything we needed, even a cooler and an ice block which came in so handy for picnics. The pool was pristine and refreshing and the grounds are gorgeous.

Directions were spit-on. Great location for winter snorkeling. Coolers and chairs were handy.

Check in went smoothly and the host was in contact checking on our arrival. Great location, close to the covered parking. Local restaurants nearby.

Air conditioning was effective and the kitchen had all that we needed. Room was clean. We enjoyed the beach chairs, beach bag, and little cooler for our cold drinks!

Great view! location was perfect. The kitchen was perfect size for me and my husband. We enjoyed how great the ac worked especially on the more humid days. Overall, a great place to stay :)

This apartment is very convenient and comfortable. My only criticism is the lack of information about the front door. We didn't know that it locked automatically once were inside.The kitchen was fine.We were never able to get the tv to work - but used our personal computers.

This place was great! Very comfortable for my adventure. I would definitely stay here again. The guy working there was super chill and helpful when checking in, and the process was pretty easy. No issue with parking in the garage too. The view was perfect for a cup of coffee to start the day, and some meals on the balcony. One word of caution...the roosters will become your friend. Especially as a wake up call every morning around 5am. I didn't mind though, and actually looked forward to it each day. All part of the spirit of Aloha on the best island. Enjoy!

This was a centralized, great location for us. The check in process was a little confusing, due to my lack of knowledge; however, once we figured it out, then it was simple. It was a convenient location from the airport and to all beaches and places we wanted to visit. This was right across from The Beach House, which had great dinners and a beautiful sunset. Our only wish was that you had tumblers for making a drink to go watch the sunset, but other than that it was perfect!

This place was great, but the parking situation isn't. Not enough parking for the complex and the garage spaces are silly narrow. If you have mobility issues be careful.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Kauai condo! Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The surrounding landscape was stunning, with lush greenery that added to the perfect vacation atmosphere.The parking garage was super convenient and just a short walk to the condo. Inside, we had everything we needed—beach chairs, utensils, and all the essentials. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we slept great every night. The spacious balcony was a nice bonus, perfect for relaxing.One of our favorite parts of the trip was our nightly walks to the bench by the beach house, just a two-minute stroll away, where we stargazed together. Lāwai Beach, also just two minutes away, had fantastic snorkeling. Plus, Poipu and Kōloa had plenty of great dining options, and Poipu Beach was nearby as well.Staying here felt like the perfect balance—close to everything yet peaceful and local. We’ll always cherish the memories we made here. If you’re on the fence about booking, I highly recommend it. This place truly captures the raw beauty of Kauai without having to splurge. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The location was perfect! Across the street from the ocean and the fabulous restaurant, The Beach House. Ocean view. Close to shopping and many south shore attractions. The unit was well appointed. (Would have liked a bath mat and more than one washcloth.)Easy and close parking.We are planning to return.

We were tired when we arrived and the space seemed a bit smaller than the photos, kitchen area especially. We were there for 10 days and needed to get organized and utilize all available space. Once we did some shuffling of things, we felt more comfortable. Tired and wanting a glass of wine, my husband went to open my bottle and the corkscrew broke. Longs Drug is 1/2 mile away, so I drove over and bought one. The next morning I went to make toast and only one side of the toaster works. No big deal, at the end of the day, we were happy and enjoyed our room and lanai.

Very unclean and untidy accommodation with full of ants. No parking place to park the car. Host is unresponsive for any of our messages as well.

Property was very clean was able to walk around barefooted. The lanai was exceptional wonderful view. Had all of the amenities needed to go to the beach and function for 12 days. I kind of wished I would’ve gotten a reply to my message to find out what was available so we wouldn’t have had to drag so many things with us The lock doors in the kitchen would rattle at night. You need to put some Felt liner in them so that they wouldn’t rattle With the wind in the middle of the night. Other than that, it was a wonderful Stay.

Loved the condo - very clean, fan + AC kept it cool, the parking was easy, and the location was great. We loved walking 2 mins to the beach each night for sunset. Also very close drive to restaurants/food trucks.

My spouse and I had a wonderful stay here for our south side leg of our Kauai trip! It’s very conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shops. It had everything we needed, including towels, beach chairs, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils/ pans. Plus coming home to air conditioning was fantastic after a hot day at the beach! The only thing I would point out is that the listing stated there were vending machines for laundry detergent. When we arrived we were on a time crunch to wash our clothes, and we couldn’t find any laundry vending machine. So we had to go back in town to buy a large thing of detergent. We left it for future use but would’ve been nice to know. Otherwise we were extremely happy with our stay!

I love staying at Prince Kuhio, and this spot was perfect. Spacious, clean, ocean views- it had everything I could need. Communication with property manager was great and very clear. Check in was a breeze. Love love love this spot and can’t wait to come back again ♥️

We really enjoyed our time at this quaint Prince Kuhio condo near Poipu. What made this place great? 1. Location. Every place on the island was within about an hour drive. We liked being able to walk to the beach also. Having reserved parking on the first level of the parking garage was a perk. 2. Amenities. In the condo we appreciated the items already in place, including a cooler, plenty of kitchenware, and even simple things like ziplock bags, etc. It made if feel very welcoming. 3. Air Conditioning and ocean views from the patio!

This place is perfect and so clean! The host was responsive with checkin. The place is spotless and so close to the beach. The grounds are lovely. Can’t wait to come back!

The stay was exactly as listed! We split our stay on the island, with half of it spent on the North shore and the last half in Poipu. We loved how we could wake up and walk to the beach, and how we could walk across the street for the sunset. The place is small but has all the amenities you could need for your trip. We even cooked a few meals here! I loved the balcony that looked out to the ocean, we ate there and had our morning coffee there every morning. Great stay!

We had a great stay here. The place is very small, we had every surface covered in stuff, but we only were here to sleep and stuff so it wasn’t a big deal. We love snorkeling so having Lawai Beach literally across the street was amazing! Lots of great food within 5 minutes as well as super close drive to Poipu. Quick run up to the west for Waimea, Port Allen for Na’pali coast excursions too. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. Wish there had been more than two super thin beach towels and two shower towels but we made it work. The roosters will wake you if you like to sleep in, we were usually up before them though! Would recommend this spot if you don’t mind not having much space/storage. There is nowhere to put suitcases or really unpack much at all.

Very nice property. All the amenities needed in a studio unit. Across the street from the beach with good snorkeling during low tide. Great area to do morning walks down the shore line to a small harbor with a beach or a 1.5 mile walk to the Spouting Horn park. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Easy self check-in. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Simple layout with everything two people would need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect home base to explore Kauai

Our Stay at the AB&B was reasonably comfortable however, the “Stormdoor” needs to be adjusted. It doesn’t close all the way, and the breeze would keep it banging all night. We called but was told to stuff a towel in it, needless to say it was not the solution.

We had a lovely stay, the unit was very well equipped with everything you would need to make breakfast, beach gear such as a cooler/towels/chairs, etc. and having on-site laundry was great to wash off some Waimea Valley mud. You can tell the owner spends time here :) Location was great, about an hour to West Shore or North Shore, right across the street from Beach House for sunset cocktails, and just a few minutes drive from the main Poipu area or Koloa town. The unit is small as described in the listing but it was perfect for the two of us and no space in the unit was wasted, it was very well equipped for almost everything you might need on a trip to Kauai!

The condo was clean and comfortable. I loved the beautiful gardens and view of the ocean. Easy check in, friendly staff and plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.

The unit was clean. The check in process was easy. The unit has everything you could need. There was always a parking spot available. You will grow accustomed to the endless sound of roosters in the morning.

Very nice newly remodeled unit. Well appointed. Need to eat outside. Not much room inside and it is a bit dark. All in all a nice stay. Good communication with owner/manager.

We wondered if this was going to be too small for us but it was surprisingly perfect. All the reviews on this place that convinced us to choose it paid off. We loved our stay and would choose it again and again.

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated how it was stocked up! Fun to go to sleep with the sliding door open listening to the waves across the street! The roosters reminded us it was time to get going! Would be happy to stay there again!

We loved our two week stay at this updated cozy condo with a view of the ocean. The bed was comfy and it’s right across the street from a great snorkel beach and one of the best restaurants in Kauai. The beautiful grounds feel like your own private gardens and everything was clean and well maintained. The owner was quick to respond to our questions and needs and the condo had everything we needed, including chairs for the beach!

My fiancé and I loved this place! It was in a great location. Several beaches, shops, and restaurants within walking distance. The size of the studio was perfect for the two of us. Our favorite thing to do was drink our morning coffee out on the lanai while watching the chickens and looking out to the ocean. The bed was a little on the firm side but we didn’t mind it because we were so tired at the end of each day. Overall we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Kauai!
