Our ground-floor condo at Kauai Kailani is designed for comfort and ease, situated in one of the most desirable beachfront positions within the resort. Being one of the units closest to both the beach and the pool, you are just steps away from the water’s edge. Our ground-level location means no stairs or elevators to navigate—perfect for heading out to enjoy the sun or returning from a swim without the hassle of lugging gear through the building
Living Area: An open-concept space featuring unobstructed Pacific views. Slide open the glass doors to the private lanai to let in the salt air and trade winds, or close the sheer curtains to enjoy the natural light with added privacy. Ready for a cozy night in? Pull the blackout curtains shut and enjoy your favorite shows on our brand-new 65'' smart TV. Whether you want to catch a movie or stream the latest series, the high-definition display offers a great viewing experience for a cozy night in.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for homemade meals (plates, bowls, glassware, utensils, Keurig coffee machine, blender and toaster. Enjoy your morning coffee at the breakfast bar or on the lanai.
Primary Bedroom: Retreat to the quiet comfort of the main bedroom, featuring a King-sized bed, blackout curtains for a deep night's rest, and a serene, modern coastal aesthetic designed for pure relaxation.
Second Bedroom: Includes two Twin beds making it perfect for kids, friends, or extra guests. Complete with sheer curtains to let in soft island light by day and blackout curtains for a deep, restful night's sleep.
Bathroom: A full bathroom featuring a versatile tub/shower combination, perfect for a relaxing soak or a quick rinse after a day in the sun.
Laundry: No need to pack heavy—we have a private, high-efficiency washer and dryer right inside the unit.
Beach & Pool Essentials: To help you make the most of our prime location, we provide everything you need for a perfect day by the water. You’ll find beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and coolers, along with boogie boards and a variety of pool and beach toys. Since we are just steps from the sand, you can easily wheel your gear out and be settled at the shore in minutes.
If you need extra sleeping space, a pull-out sofa bed is available in the living area for additional children, or small adults.
