Sealodge G9 is a one-bedroom, top-floor Princeville condo for four, with 180-degree views of the Pacific, whitewater, reefs, beaches, and Kilauea Lighthouse in the distance. Every room looks toward the water, turning an ordinary breakfast or quiet afternoon into part of the trip. Make meals in the full kitchen, use the in-home washer and dryer after a beach day, then take a dip in the shared pool. Anini Beach, Hanalei Bay, Princeville dining, and golf are close when you are ready to venture out. This is for a couple or small family who will happily plan the day around the view, the sea breeze, and time together on Kauai's North Shore.
The Space:
Open living spaces and natural light keep attention on the panorama: ocean, surf, reef, beach, and Kilauea Lighthouse from this top-floor perch. The one-bedroom, one-bath condo sleeps four and includes a furnished ocean-view lanai, full kitchen with dishwasher, cable TV, and an in-home washer and dryer. Start sunrise mornings outside, then return to a comfortable place to reset.
Guest Access:
Guests at Sealodge enjoy access to the shared communal pool right on the bluff above the Pacific. Units include a private entrance with a lit path to the door at night for easy arrivals. On-site parking is available, and the property's landscaped grounds make for an easy walk between the pool and your condo.
The Neighborhood:
Princeville is Kauai's green North Shore at its most dramatic: deep blue water below, mountain rainbows above, and Hanalei Bay down the hill. Princeville Center is handy for groceries, coffee, and a casual meal, while Anini Beach offers gentler water on many days. Drive into Hanalei for its shops, taro-country scenery, and broad crescent of sand. This is the right side of Kauai for families and couples who want slow mornings, beach time, and lush scenery rather than town bustle.
Getting Around:
Lihue Airport is about 40 minutes away via a scenic drive along Kauai's coast. A rental car is highly recommended since the North Shore's beaches, restaurants, and Hanalei's shops are spread out. Princeville itself offers walkable access to some shops and dining, while beaches like Hanalei Bay are a short drive. Parking is typically available in lots or driveways at most properties.
Other Things to Note:
This property is managed by Heavenly Vacations. This rental is located on floor 3 (the ocean view makes every step worth it). The path to SeaLodge Beach is steep and can be slippery when it rains, please use caution.

Gorgeous view day or night- perfect location and clean accommodations.
Walking to private beach was worth the stay alone. Gets a little hot with no air condition. However, worth the sacrifice for the view, private beach and size of the condo.
We've been staying at G9 off and on for decades, and love the view and location, but wish the current owners would give the place some TLC. Some of the furniture is new, which we appreciate, but some is old and cluttered with stuff, and the tub has really gotten disgusting. It just needs replacing, or at the minimum new grout. Windows have become almost impossible to open, and need maintenance. We do love Sealodge, though, for the views. And appreciate Vacasa being available when we couldn't get the very long digital entry code to work, in the winds and the rains, it was so frustrating! Appreciate Vacasa helping us get in! The views are great, good for a couple but definitely not a good place for kids, or if you want an easily-accessible beach.
We have enjoyed this unit for four years in a row. It has become our favorite home away from home.
This efficient, cute condo was a gem! Views, views, and wow, views! It had everything we needed. Quiet & close to everything North Shore & not a long drive to every thing else. Sea Lodge beach was so private & beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again!!
Great location, excellent view. Stocked with everything you need. Condo could benefit from some bathroom upgrades, was looking a bit rough, but otherwise the place was great. This is a condo for the able bodied - must climb stairs to get to it.

You really can't beat the view. It's a cute little place. Perfect for me and my husband. We loved our stay and would come back to this condo again in a heartbeat.
Lots of stairs, but worth it!
It was a beautiful property but I had some issues with Vacasa. The internet stopped working after the first day and we tried to get assistance from the local Vacasa team but they were no help. Finally have three days of not having internet service we were able to get internet but not with the assistance of the local Vacasa team. It just started working on its own. She said it might be the north area that is out of service but I told her that everyone else's internet on the resort is working so that's not the case. Upon arrival the property was not cleaned. There was food crumbs on the dining room chairs and the floors were not cleaned. Vacasa said the pool will not be in working order and they said they would refund a certain amount for loss of amenities but I had to call them and email them and finally they are saying they will mail me a check for 126. I still have not received a refund for the property not being cleaned. The property was beautiful but the management team at Vacasa made this an unpleasant experience.
