Now This Truly is Maui!! Oceanfront & Pool views from lanai

Such a cozy, well equipped place! Great location. Wonderful pool. Lanai is comfy and secluded, yet views of pool and partial ocean view.

All dishes, cooking equipment and small appliances were dusty and musty. The place smelled so musty when we got there that we had to burn candles to burn out the smell. The batteries in the tv remote control were burned out and we had to go purchase new batteries for the one night we stayed in to rest and watch tv. And on the tv was only sports and news. Nothing enjoyable to relax with.

This condo was better than the pictures shown! It was clean and fresh. It had a relaxing lawn area in front of the lanai facing the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean. It was situated where it was easy to drive to the beach, shopping or walk to get coffee snacks etc. I definitely recommend staying here and will also stay here again!

This was a wonderful condo. Great location, kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and so was the couch :-) the upper deck was a great place to watch the sunset. The host were very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. definitely will be staying here again.

The location and views of this condo are wonderful. The place is clean and there is very easy access to the ocean (not beach access location, but beautiful sunset views). Walking distance to a public beach, food, drinks, and fun! Be advised there is NOT any air conditioning in this unit so the two fans are all ya got. Opening the doors and windows help, but yeah. The complex residents are great and there often a shelf full of non perishable goods that other tenants or rentals have left for those traveling. Overall a great place to stay.

Was very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment

It is a cute place and has a lot of potential. But, the carpet in the bedroom was filthy and the vacuum wouldn't pick up anything. The manager sent someone to vacuum while we were gone but it was not any better. The microwave didn't work. She ordered a new one, but it didn't arrive during our 9 day stay. The coffee pot wouldn't stay on. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay.

This was a great condo for our family. It had all the amenities needed to make a fantastic family vacation. We particularly enjoyed BBQing by the pool just after sunset and amazing snorkeling within a 10 minute drive from the condo.

The own was easy to reach and very helpful for any hick-up along the way. The condo was perfect for our family’s stay. We enjoyed the oceanside access, pool, and the close by beach was a wonderful surprise. We also liked that we weren't far from the Whaler’s shopping area and the food truck courtyard. The location for us was Five Stars. This return trip after 12 years to Maui was extra special with my husband’s recent diagnosis. Ms. Ashley’s family condo made it possible for us to enjoy a beautiful area of Maui on a family budget. Thank you.

Everything was perfect. View was amazing. Being able to sit and watch the sunset was super special. Amount of space for just the 2 of us was perfect. Location on Maui worked great.

Nice stay with beautiful views of the ocean in rhe backyard and a pool area with bbq grill to enjoy. Owner not very responsive.

The units picture tell the story.the Ocean with lots of Green turtles and snorkelers are right there. a constant comfortable breeze through the unit.close to groceries, restaurants. Great hub for our trips to the rest of the island.

This was the perfect stay for our week on Maui! Close to everything that we needed. The unit was clean, quiet, and rejuvenating. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Northwest side of Maui in an older area. Plenty of things to do. Grocery shopping within three miles. Best cinnamon rolls .5 mile away…you’ll see the line at 7am. Saw turtles the day we got there. Easy check in and communication was spot on. Small condo that fit two people perfectly. Really enjoyed our stay. Our weather was very breezy and light showers every day. Appreciated that there was beach chairs, boogey boards, cooler, snorkel gear, umbrella, beach towels etc. that we could use. Thank you for a great comfortable vacay!

The place was great!Clean, good communication with the property manager exactly as advertised.I would recommend this place to anyone heading to Maui.

We enjoyed the stay. We found out the last day there is a spot to walk down to the shoreline where snorkeling would’ve been great. We saw several whales in the morning which was fun to see. No AC but there were a ton of fans. Definitely would book again.

Perfect location in West Maui! Was central and quick access to all of our favorite spots.Was as advertised. Quiet, charming, awesome condo and awesome complex. We would definitely stay there again!

A bit small

Communication with owner and manager was terrific. The king sized bed is tops! Well equipped kitchen made our Costco stop well worth while. We enjoyed the pool and ocean views from the lanai. Overall, an9/10!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This condo was the perfect size for the 2 of us and there is an awesome view of the sunset. All of the snorkeling and beach gear was a huge bonus.

The property was amazing!

Place could use a deep clean; pot holders and dust pan. Ceiling fan in bedroom had loose blades.

Very nice and well located

Nice complex with ocean front though ground floor view is partially blocked. The grounds are well kept as is the swimming pool. Note that the pool area has no shade at all; no umbrellas. The condo itself is standard and the kitchen was well equipped. I have to say that the photos online don’t represent how the condo is currently furnished. There is a lot of clutter on tables, walls and counters. Less is more in my opinion. The unit backs up to the parking lot, through street and homes and can get very noisy at night when you are home. But the area in general is charming and is close to great snorkeling and sandy beaches.

Nice comfortable 1-bedroom condo with a view of the pool. Just a few steps away from the ocean. The condo was clean and had all the dishes and cookware needed to cook your own meals. The Host communicated the check-in process, directions and parking pass in a timely manner before we arrived. Close proximity to stores and nearby beaches. Was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

We had 3 lovely days in your condo! We found the condo to be exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we might need. We loved watching the whales from the sun deck and were greeted with a beautiful rainbow on our last morning. My only negatives were the difficulty printing a parking permit as we had been on a different part of the island prior to our stay here. There was also some street noise from construction trucks and blaring radios…nothing that the condo owner could control. The lack of AC was not as issue as the breezes were delightful. We would return here again!

My son and I stayed here for 9 days. We had the best time. Perfect place for us. Having the pool right there was excellent. We got to see whales and a spectacular rainbow from the large deck all guests have access to. It was very close to grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants and shops. We rented a car and would suggest doing so. We were close to so many beaches and activities. We had a very long travel day and my son was too tired to stop and get a few things for the morning so we went directly to the condo. In the morning I could not have been more grateful for the coffee and tea that I found in the cupboard. Having a few basic things already there was so nice. Communication was great. I loved sitting out on the lanai sipping coffee. It is a beautiful spot. In reference to other reviews.. I saw literally one mosquito as the only bug and that is because I left the doors to the lanai open right after a rain. We did get lots of bird visitors and saw a tiny lizard. There was one day you could hear the groundskeeping crew. Motors of lawnmowers, leaf blowers etc. It was not intrusive at all. And the grounds were kept very clean. Noise was not an issue at all. I would 100% stay here again. Perfect location, perfect spot. Had lots of extras I wasn’t expecting that I did end up using: snorkel equipment, beach chairs, cooler, beach towels. Helped make our stay that much better. Thank you!!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. First time renting a VRBO place. This was an outstanding experience and the owners were very communicative. We really couldn’t ask for more and the price was was more than fair.

Unit was advertised as on the ocean with ocean views. It was a bottom floor unit with NO view at all except the pool. Did't know that we had to supply our own toilet tissue, outrageous, also no AC. Host was very hard to contact, never could contact owner, and manager was extremely hard to contact as host gave us 3 wrong numbers and his information was not given correctly in the information guide. VRBO does not even have the correct contact numbers. If your service is too big to handle the small things like checking views, then we're wasting our time with you.

The condo was very clean and had every amenity we could have asked for. The check-in/out process was a breeze! You do not miss the a/c. The breeze was perfect and controllable with windows and screen doors.
