Let’s start by saying the view is unsurpassed, ocean as far as your eye can see. There are also sea turtles that come up to the rocks along the shore every night. Assigned parking was great. The unit was clean and management was very responsive. We did have major issues with the WiFi, none at all on day 1, intermittent day 2 and 3. They came to look at it and called the service provider. Apparently they had had issues with the last four guests. That should have been mentioned or we should have been offered a different unit. That affected our trip considerably. Although the unit was clean, it is really in need of a refresh, as it’s really outdated. The upstairs bedroom is really odd, they added a bathroom, shower blocks part of the window, sink is in the room. I would say for kids only, as there is no privacy.
This unit is in a great location and the grounds are kept up impeccably, however, the actual unit is in need of some major loving. The kitchen is outdated, rugs are in need of replacement, shower head in upstairs bath faces the wrong direction and we were afraid to adjust it for fear we’d break it, toilet intermittently ran in the middle of the night, first use, towel bar downstairs fell off. We didn’t spend much time in the unit, perhaps we would have had it been nicer. But will repeat, great location however, the unit needs some work.
The condo was great, with an absolutely incredible view and balcony. The location was also very good as it is in a quiet area away from the noise of Kihei, but still central to most everything.
This was a great property with amazing views. The management company was very responsive and over all our stay was great. The property has everything you need and it is centrally located to everything. A note- the upstairs is private-ish but just be mindful you’re mostly on display if that is something you care about
Great location to explore Maui.
Beautiful view, great location, clean accommodation and good communication throughout the stay. The travel crib and high chair for our toddler were much appreciated!
