We stayed here during our visit to Kauai and I recommend the stayThe communication was mostly good. Pre booking and during the stay. There were minimal delay in response. Checking in was mostly fine. The property was good. The views were amazing. The apartment had washer dryer microwave TV etc. Overall a family must be happy here Just note The apartment did not have elevator in case you have leg pain make a note but then I think first floor so it's okay The slight odd thing I observed was floors seemed a bit sticky.Overall not a luxurious property but then a decent one with a great beach view Price point I think it was okay tooOverall good.

Convenient location. Very clean and well equipped. Anything you could want for the beach or the kitchen. Only thing lacking was a cocktail shaker. Hard to find on Kauai, for some reason. But found one at Walmart in Lahui. Problem solved! Left it there for future guests. Absolutely loved sitting on the lanai looking at the amazing view while having breakfast and planning our days.Shayne had lots of good recommendations for places to eat and things to see and do.

This property is ideal for your stay on Kaua’i! Perfect location, for easy travel to the north and south part of the island. Shayne was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The condo was immaculate. It was exactly as pictured and listed on VRBO! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need and more to make meals in the condo. We loved waking up every morning to the beautiful beach & ocean view! I think the view is better in person than the picture online. It’s a perfect way to relax on the lanai. Very easy access to the beach. Beach chairs, towels, and beach toys were provided for us to use. We loved the week we spent there and were sad to go! We will definitely be back. The condo was as advertised. Shayne was easy to deal with and provided a PDF document for our stay which included information on the condo, restaurant recommendations and places to see. The view was amazing. Saw a few whales and a turtle the first morning we were there. In the afternoons we would watch the windsurfers and people on motorized boards. Complex was very quiet and peaceful. Street noise was not an issue. We turned on the A/C fan and used earplugs for a very peaceful sleep. The mattress is one of the most comfortable we have slept on. It's was nice that there were restaurants that are within walking distance. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board and ice chest. Loved that there was a washer and dryer. It's nice returning home with a suitcase full of clean clothing. Good Happy Hours, Lemongrass in Kapaa and Kalyspo in Hanalei. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was welcoming - the lights were on when we arrived so late at night. The unit is as advertised with an awesome lanai and oceanfront view. Well equipped and everything worked.

This is a great condo to stay in, in a great location. The condo was clean and bright and well equipped. Bed was comfortable, air conditioning in the bedroom did the job, shower in the bathroom worked well, and the kitchen had everything you need. We appreciated that the host provided coffee and filters for the coffee machine, beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, big sunshade umbrella, and a boogie board. The apartment complex is close to a busy road but the road noise was minimal - we heard the sound of ocean more than the road - and the views are just stunning - the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s great to get up in the morning, make a coffee and go and sit out on the lanai and drink in the view along with your coffee :). The apartment is a short walk to a breakfast cafe, a brewery, the beach (tip walk up Papaloa Road to the beach by the Lava Lava Beach Club), and the Coconut Marketplace, and short drive to Kapaa. What more could you ask for?

Very clean, wonderful place to stay. Amazing view and comfortable. I noticed some of the earlier reviews complained about street traffic , but I did not find that to be a problem at all. I would definitely stay here again . . . this place was even better than the photos.

Clean. Easy access. Smooth check in process. Air conditioning in bedroom. Washer and dryer in unit was much appreciated. All appliances worked well. Great view. Responsive host.

Great sunrise beach view. Many good restaurants within close walking distance. Coconut marketplace. Good central location to many fun island activities and hikes. Only downside I would say is the traffic noise with the bedroom facing out to the main highway. Loved having the ice chest, beach chairs, etc. for use during our adventures.

Wonderful location and stocked appropriately. The only thing I would change is adding air conditioning to the main room or a much better fan. It got very hot during the day even with all the windows open fully. Cross breeze was ineffective on several days. The AC in the bedroom was amazing! Otherwise, I would not change a thing. Quite complex, pool was nice as well.

Wonderful place to stay! Location was great and served as a great home base as we explored the entire island! I definitely got spoiled by the view of the beach and the sound of the waves as I cooked breakfast every morning. The place can be slightly on the warmer side at times, but just expect that and you’ll have a great time :) my wife and I will definitely come back the next time we find ourselves on the island!

Stayed with my husband for our anniversary trip, the place was beautiful and the location is perfect! The AC in the bedroom was a godsend and the breeze in the front room comes in wonderfully. The balcony view can’t be beat and the location is perfect for anyone wanting to easily explore all the island has to offer. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance, we are already planning to be back!

Great views and location in center of Kauai was great to visit all areas. View from the lanai was wonderful. Host was outstanding. It was a little close to the road and we got traffic noise.

I cannot express enough, how beautiful and breathtaking the view was from our balcony. When I saw that it was ocean view, I figured you might be able to see a glimpse of the ocean. I never expected to see the beach with the waves crashing in the beauty of the ocean, the palm tree, everything that you could ever dream of it was like a painting in real life! The check-in was so easy the people who manage the property were so kind and helpful beyond what they needed to be. When we walked into our vacation rental, Music was playing setting the mood for our tropical paradise. The air conditioner in the bedroom worked amazingly. We frequently use the VBRO and this was by far the best one we’ve ever rented and not the most expensive either. I will for sure stay here again when we return!

Nice location centrally located between both sides of the island. Great restaurants close by. View was awesome and we loved the sound of the waves. A bit noisy with the highway so close. We had everything we needed and had a great vacation

The view is breathtaking! Lots of places close by to eat/shop, easy access to Lihue and Kapaa.

Very nice location. Unable to see sunset or sunrise from lanai due to way building faced on the bay so was a bit disappointing. We like to leave windows open but a lot of traffic noise was on both sides of building. Overall though a great place to be.

Good central location. Balcony looked right out to ocean. Could listen to the surf while in the kitchen/living room. Had a great stay and would do it again. Mere feet away from great coffee breakfast spot. It was super popular and super crowded. Farmers market in Coconut mall on Tues and Thurs. was a 10 minute walk and the ABC store had food to go including 8oz prime rib dinner for 19.99

The condo was well outfitted and clean. The location is very noisy. The unit we stated in is located right next to the main highway. You hear the cars siren etc. The owner cannot control this but it should be disclosed in the description. The beach has homeless people staying on it. At night they but. Drift wood so you cannot leave the doors open unless you like smoke.

staying during Jan-Feb, it was a bit windy, but that gave us great opportunity to watch the surfers from our lanai. The location was so convenient to get to from the airport, walk the beach, go to the marketplace, and drive to all the locations on the island. it was fully stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen and bath; beach chairs, beach mats, umbrella, cooler, snorkels, walking stick for hiking, and even binoculars! we kept it clean, but there were ants daily in the kitchen as expected in a tropical location. we didn't have any need to contact the host because everything was working well throughout our stay.

The condo was adequately supplied. Only lacked oven mitts & instructions on how to use the TV. Little disappointed that the traffic of Kuhio Highway was overtaking the sound of the ocean inside & outside the condo. So many emergency vehicles going by.

Balcony looked right out to the beach but right below to the right is an abandoned building which was a bit unsightly but overall a good view straight at the beach. Street noise is a bit loud but still enjoyed the stay. Good central location. Nice pool area.

Love the location and how close it was to the beach and restaurants. Everyone was really nice and welcoming. The only issue we had was small ants in the apartment. We always cleaned up our messes and took out the trash and it was still an issue in the kitchen and bathroom. Other than that we will definitely come back to this rental it’s perfect!

Everything we needed was here, including the majestic views. We hope to stay here again soon.

We enjoyed our stay, and have no issues to report. Other than the unsightly property next door, the general area was nice and seemed safe. Beach view is wonderful. Nice central location on the island for easy access to all areas.

Amazing view, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful location to have as a home base while traveling around the island. Shayne provides so many extra items that made our trip comfortable and so enjoyable.

Very close to the beach and the condo was well equipped wirh chairs, towels, cooler, etc. Enjoyed the pool also - nicely landscaped and private. Overall an excellent stay!

This spot is a great location for getting to all the fun food and things to do on the island. A/C in the bedroom made it especially awesome. There was an emergency for the cleaning person , but they got that all fixed up the next morning! Marvis was great! Shayne is a great repsonsive host and Jesse the onsite manager was super helpful!

This unit was super quiet. We had the beach below practically to ourselves, outside of a few local fishermen who added to the scene. The owner quickly responded to all questions, and was very helpful with suggestions for the area's activities. We would recommend this rental.

The check-in process was seamless with the instructions emailed ahead of time. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the AC in the bedroom worked well. The balcony overlooking the ocean was enjoyed every morning and evening! The Coconut Marketplace was a short walk away, where we had dinner and bought groceries a few times. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved this place. Central location. View does NOT disappoint. It's what you want in a tropical getaway. The apartment is comfortable BUT there is NO AC in the living room which is where the view is. It was so very hot when we were there..end of Aug. The bedroom does have a portable type AC unit that worked great. Oveall,Fantastic!! I'd love to go back. thereretreated tonthe bedroom soon

Easy and convenience

Comfortable but there is no snorkeling in front of the property. Picture is deceiving constant waves with very little visibility

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. This property was well stocked and close to several restaurants and shops. This location was very convenient to get to many locations throughout the island

Overall this condo is great. Central to all parts of island. Hope to get back soon and would for sure rent this condo again.

My spouse and myself stayed at this property for 6 days. The house was very clean with a complete kitchenette and ample towels. The best part was the balcony overlooking the ocean. The constant sound of ocean waves 24x7 was extremely calming. Would stay here again if visiting Kauai!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay in Kauai. This place is a little dated as you see in the pictures but does the job above and beyond. The A/C unit in the room was awesome, kitchen had everything you needed and the waking up to waves every morning was simply incredible. The only problem we had was the checkin code we were given to get into the condo was not correct. And we didn’t get an answer back until 2 days later. Luckily there was maintenance staff that was able to get us the code after we tried for upwards of an hour to get anyone to help us. It was a rough start to the trip but other then that it was a wonderful stay in a great location!

Overall I must say the water view is lovely on the side that doesn’t have the dilapidated building in view. Communication from host was terrible, especially after we shared that one of the kitchen cabinets was broken off and had some questions. It smells inside and when leaving doors open, you get a whiff of a stinky odor so that’s not pleasant. Positives are, there’s a view, bed is comfortable, and there are a couple chairs/ umbrella and snorkels to use. I would not recommend staying here for the listed price given all the negatives.

Great area, about half way between the 2 sides of the island. The condo was clean and furnished nicely. The bed was comfortable, the balcony great, what more can you ask for! Hope to come back someday.

This condo was excellent for our stay on Kauai. The ocean view from the lanai was so welcoming every morning. We had everything we needed for the stay in the condo. The central location was excellent for visiting all areas of the island from Tunnels beach to Waimea Canyon.

Clean location with plenty of parking. Self check in to get parking pass at front office which they leave later at your door. Lanai gives you spectacular views of the ocean

The owners's communication and adapting to make our trip perfect was beyond our expectations. The condo is just as it is pictured. Right on the water. The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen is well stocked. We would highly recommend this VRBO

The condo was as described, was in a great location in the middle of Kauai. There was a gas station, great coffee/breakfast locations within walking distance and a microbrewery. Would recommend and stay there again!
