Beachfront on Kauai's Beautiful Coconut Coast!

Great spot, perfect size for our family of 4. So glad we chose ocean front for the views & sunset/rise. Very clean & the kids loved the pool.

Our condo was excellent for our needs of two couples. Spacious and a beautiful view from the ground floor balcony. The roosters were a nice addition...haha..

Location, location, location! A quick 10 min drive from the airport, and the unit overlooks the ocean. A walking trail takes you to a lifeguarded beach, and a nearby hotel offers a luau and outdoor restaurant. Other shopping, restaurants are a short drive. The unit is a bit dated and neglected, especially the BRs and bathrooms. Newer kitchen cabinets and appliances were nice, and the cooking supplies and dishes were good. The pool and outdoor common areas were very nice—well-manicured and beautiful. We were told this unit was on the market for sale so I suspect a new owner with a little investment could make this unit a real jewel.

This condo is the closest to the beach! Ground floor with 2 lanais. A bit aged, 1975, and the back of the house needing updating..it just went on the market when we arrived..may have sold. Full kitchen and utensils, but no condiments. Only 1 hand soap in baths. Comfortable and clean overall.Extremely good customer service from Kauai Vacation Rental reps by phone and texts! Great job ladies! Mahalo!Overall, very nice!

Everything was fantastic! The house was well stocked and there was lots of stuff for our beach experience. Great walking path also! I would stay here or any of their other properties again. Thank you for a great week!

This property was quiet, beautiful, and had everything we needed. The ocean directly in front was a bit rough and not great for swimming but it was a short walk to Lydgate beach where this was possible. The other thing I should say is that there is no A/C in this unit which would make a very hot summer but for March it was okay. Really loved all the condo had to offer and the fact that it had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. I would definitely recommend this facility.

There is no AC but none was needed as you get wonderful crosswinds through the unit. We loved the central location, easy to get north or south. Check in/out were very easy. The unit was very clean. It is not very walkable to shops and restaurants but the rest made up for that. It is a short walk to Lydgate beach and 75 steps out the back door to the water ahead. We absolutely loved it and we can't wait to go back!

It is also very close to the pool and the BBQs. It is also just a few minute walk to Lydgate Park/Beach. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo and feel it is the best one in this complex.

The only problems were jalousies falling out of the windows and lights not working. Some windows were inoperable and we have stayed in this condo before and used Kauai Vacations several times. They are wonderful! The door wouldn't lock properly and one time we came back from our walk and the door was open. Luckily, nothing was taken.

Watched the ocean from our patio and basically had the beach to ourselves. Lovely pool too!

Property was older and needs an update. However, we found it comfortable and the view was great. Had everything we needed. Breeze off ocean was cool. Beach is not really swimmable. Lots of driftwood and heavy surf break.
