Introducing our exclusive Oceanfront 2-bedroom Alii Villa, just 30 feet from the water! This luxurious home boasts an expansive great room with panoramic ocean views that seamlessly extend to the covered oceanfront lanai, offering the best sunset views in Maui. The villa has top-quality amenities, including a hidden Leicht European kitchen with premium appliances (refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, and microwave are all discreetly tucked away). It is located on the protected south side of Puamana, which was unharmed by the Lahaina fire.
Puamana's Alii Villa also offers top-of-the-line finishes, including limestone floors, glass, marble, granite, and limestone countertops, and a spacious primary suite with a walk-in closet, en-suite bath, a custom stone shower, and a deep soaking tub. A "spa quality" guest bath is also featured to serve the guest room with twin beds that can be converted into a king. Additional amenities include premium dual-zoned air conditioning, stereo speaker system piped throughout the home, CD, DVD, wireless internet, gas BBQ, outdoor shower, and purified water system.

First I do want to say that the communication with the team was the best. We arrived at the home and the code that we were provided to enter was incorrect, the gate code we were provided was also not correct. In addition the fridge was hot to the touch and we had to call to get a technician to come and look at it. He did go immediately to get us ice to for the groceries we had. There washing machine started leaking as soon as we did a load of clothes and the food was to put towels there until they could get someone to come and fix it. We didn’t get a call until the day before we were due to leave and we were not at the reveal so opted not to have them come. It also took quote a bit of time to cool down the living room area. The accommodations themselves were nice but I do feel like it could have been cleaner when we got there. There were dust bunnies in the kitchen and a slight musty odor in the main bedroom. The location was great and the views were amazing so it did have that going for it. Again, prompt response from the management team so the support was great.
We have stayed at Puamana a few dozen times over the past 30 years and it is a magical place. This unit was the best so far. Beautiful location. Great layout....instant hot shower as well...pretty cool. Great for our family for 10 days. Mahalo.

We ended up getting almost a full refund for our stay due to the fact that we had not been appraised of the condition of the unit. We arrived late in the evening and put our groceries in the refrigerator before realizing that the air conditioning was not working. The bedrooms were outfitted with portable units that were very loud and the windows couldn't open to allow any fresh air. This was the case in both bedrooms and in the master bath. The only opening window in the unit was the sliding glass door at the back. The couch cushions were flat and needed replacement. The bar stool seat cushions had separated seams with the stuffing showing . The unit was not very clean. The carpet in the kitchen had not been vacuumed, nor had the edges the hallway and bed rooms been cleaned. The AC vent in the ceiling of the master bedroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The central AC unit running in the hallway ceiling, was extremely loud when it ran. All of this should have been disclosed before we arrived. We would never had chosen to stay there. We lost a day of our vacation trying to find other accommodations and ended up booking through another company. We also were charged a cleaning fee which didn't seem reasonable since the unit was not clean when we got there and we had no choice but to stay the night. The owners should not have allowed their unit to be rented knowing the condition it was in.

It was unfortunate that there were several things that weren’t working: the air conditioning in both bedrooms, the fan over the stove, and the exhaust fan in the hall bath that when the maintenance man came to check it, found it was completely missing! The biggest mystery was the lack of hot water in the hall bath ~ there was hot water in the shower but not in the sink ~ and we could not find the turn off valves. My final complaint was finding out on the day before our departure that we were to check out by 10am, not 11am as indicated on our final confirmation paperwork. I was told the change to 10am was implemented in May, and my final paperwork was sent to me in August. If a change was made, the template for the confirmation should be updated, and I believe an email should have been sent to all renters after May to let them of the checkout change. We did get to know the very nice maintenance man, Pete, during his many visits for repairs. As I said, this is a beautiful unit, very comfortable beds and wonderful view, but it does need some TLC.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, dining and living area, privacy gate, 3 pools and a beautiful lanai to relax, eat outside and bbq. No resort on the island can give you all this for about 60% of the price. Located right down the street from the town of Lahaina and close to main access road to other parts of the island, everything was close by and easily accessible. When we come back, and we will, we’ll be looking to stay here again.

We were alerted that the AC for the master BR went out on our day of arrival. They had installed a portable unit which was noisy but worked. The problem was that the AC in the 2nd bedroom also did not work and it was not addressed. The after-hours folks had no way to deal with this so our kids endured one pretty hot night and they brought a portable unit the next day. We dealt with those the entire stay, never got the main unit fixed. There were a few other things I pointed out to the management company ranging from exhaust fans not working, air returns that needed heavy cleaning, etc. but no real show-stoppers.The rest of the stay was good, the unit was as described and seen in the photos. It is in a pretty ideal location inside Puamana, easy walk to beach and pools, right on the ocean.
