Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS: 1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We strongly encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party. No Smoking Condo. No Pets

Instructions to get into the room were clear. The room was well equipped and quiet. The resort had two pools and lots of places to get food and snacks. Even though it was 45 per day, the valet service was great.

We stayed 9 nights at this unit. Unit was clean and communication was awesome with the host. We needed an early check in as our flight was an early flight; we were able to get it and the price was very fair. The view from the balcony was awesome and the balcony was especially clean, we spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying the view. We have stayed at the Illikai twice before and the other units did not compare. The unit was especially well equipped with the basics, paper products, kitchen accessories, etc. We are coming back in March and will be booking this same unit again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
Great location and views!
Well appointed condo with a beautiful ocean and lagoon view. Perfect vacation spot, close to all amenities and easy to get around. Condo in the Ilikai Hotel with access to all hotel facilities. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. D CarrGeorgetown, ONCanada
Exactly what we were looking for in a place. Located near beaches, walking distance to stores. Great for 2 people.
the air conditioner was very loud might need a new one unless thats normal for that condo. also lani chairs were ripping and one had a stopper broke on it dont know if the owner realize that or not other wise it was all good just thought i bring that stuff to there attention. thxs robert casper
unit was dirty,, shower stall, bathroom, paint pealing, air conditioner is very loud and inconsistant temp.
This property lived up to its description on VRBO. Place was clean and had the amenities listed. The property management company was responsive and accommodating. The view is nice and the location suited us perfectly. The only comment is the A/C needs to either be serviced or replaced. It is very loud when operating whether you are sitting on balcony or in suite. Bed was comfortable and all appliances worked properly. Interior could use a few touch ups that is largely cosmetic but a new shower head should be high on the list for replacement. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. The futon was ideal for our daughter and there was enough room for the three of us, especially on the balcony. We could easily walk to Mall and the beach but we were also very comfortable enjoying our meals and entertainment (fireworks and ocean activities)from our own balcony .
the condo was clean and was nice. It had everything you needed. The beach is a short walk. It has shops you can walk through like a little village and restaurants. ABC stores are close to buy anything you forgot. very happy with this pick.
