The building (Kihei Akahi D) is situated at on a spacious 8-acre campus with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, shuffleboard court, barbecue facilities, lush tropical landscape, and steps away from shopping and restaurants. It is located just across the street from one of the area's most beautiful family-friendly beaches, Kamaole Beach Park II, with life guards on duty daily.
Nearby the famous Kamaole Shopping Center is within walking distance and offers many of the best local shops and restaurants. Also nearby you will find the resort towns of Wailea & Makena, as well as several of the island's best world-class golf courses. We're 25 minutes from Kahului airport. The unit (#511 in building D) is managed professionally year-round by AA Oceanfront. It is situated three units away from the elevators, so while it affords easy access to the elevators for carrying your luggage & supplies from your car, you won't hear any of the elevator traffic.

The facilities and view were terrific. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to interact with.
Great view, location and stay.
The view from the balcony to the ocean was gorgeous. We loved it so much, we slept on the pull out couch for the last 3 nights we were there so we could wake up and look out at the scenery. The pull out was very comfortable as well as it was directly in front of the ac unit, which was an absolute blessing. It was the perfect place and would definitely stay here again.
It was an exceptional stay in this beautiful flat. The owner was always immediately available and took care of everything. In addition, the owner gave us wonderful tips, some of which are not in the travel guide and were therefore priceless. Many thanks for that. The flat was phenomenally furnished and decorated even two beach chairs that we could take with us and a cool bag absolutely top class. Ari, thank you so much for everything. Very nice quiet property. Nice ocean view close to kameloe beach II and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool in the evenings and walks on the beach in the mornings. Very good yoga class at Mana Kai resort within walking distance.
We put the patio to good use, a wonderful view of the ocean and mountains, as well as we can see Molokini from the patio. The condo complex is quiet and very well-maintained, they even provide you with a map of and information about all of the plants on the property. Tennis and Pickleball are both available. We did not use the pools because the ocean is so close and welcoming. We saw many others in the pool and barbecue areas. The condo itself is well laid out, nicely furnished, the bed is very comfortable, and the breeze moves from the front to the back making it so you don’t need to run the air conditioner (we only ran the ac in the bedroom at night). Nice, big smart TV in living room. We did not use the pull out couch in the living room for sleeping, but sitting on it it’s a bit lumpy, could probably use to be replaced. Ice maker on fridge is awesome and the owner provides a couple freezer packs for taking the provided cooler to the beach as well. Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear (we had our own) is all available and in great shape (thanks!). All in all, being across the street from the beach, just up the driveway, and having the amenities as well as dining, so close, makes this a perfect location to come back to. Oh, snorkeling off Kam II beach is awesome, saw a turtle, an eel, and tons of fish!
This place had everything we needed for beach trips including coolers, beach chairs, boogie boards. Its location and view were perfect. The toilet seat was broken when we arrived, they replaced it within 24hrs. The bed and couch were not super comfortable, but the location made up for it. Floors were sandy and lots of decorations made the place seem smaller than it was. Kitchen had most everything we needed. Pool and beach access were great. For 2 people it worked and was a great way to stay by the beach and not spend too much.
This was a great clean condo with a wonderful view. The living room furniture is a bit worn out/uncomfortable, the bathroom is fairly small and the mattress is very firm but you are looking for great location in Kihei I would recommend this location.
This condo is in a great location. The owner was quick to respond to my inquires. The kitchen is well equipped and appears to be remodeled. The bed is comfortable and there is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, although not needed with the cool breeze. The couch and chair in living room, are in need of replacement. I would stay here again.
50% of this condo I would rate top marks. Bed, kitchen, view. 50% of the rest, was very dissappointing. The living room furniture was so worn, you had to put pillows on top to sit on anything. The hide a bed had you sitting on springs. The lanai table was a woven plastic, which was warped so you couldn’t safely put a glass on it. The management team was attentive and quick to respond. Please, replace the furniture, and make this a 5* property!
Lovely views of the sunsets. Great access to the beach and a quiet spot!
Perfect location in Kihei. The place itself was nice and can see the ocean from the patio. We were very happy with our 2 week stay.
