The condo was somehow better in person than it was in the pics. Check-in and -out was straightforward and simple and the one time that we needed to reach someone, we reached someone immediately and the issue was handled in seconds. Would 100% stay again.

Everything was as described. The well-stocked kitchen made everything easy. And everything we needed for the beach, as well. The cooler was a nice surprise.

My wife and I had such a wonderful time! Our hosts were so accommodating and just wonderful! We wish we could have stayed longer but hope to come back someday. The Penthouse was beautiful with absolutely stunning views! Listening to the ocean waves was peaceful and the bed super comfy! It was clean and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Easy to get everywhere you want to go from this location. The beach is just a few steps away and the sunsets are spectacular. Thank you James and Lori!

Beautiful property! Stunning view!

Could sit all day on the protected lanai from sun and afternoon wind. Enjoy watching the outrigger canoes practicing every morning and beautiful sunrise and sunsets. The management company did a stellar job of keeping us updated on property painting project and were always reachable by phone with a helpful smile. The unit was spotless and so welcoming with the kitchen and bath amenities. The beach chairs were great Central location for all activities. We look forward to returning

This condo is absolutely perfect! It was exactly as described and offered fantastic amenities which enhanced our stay. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on at a VRBO! The views were fantastic and the lanai offered comfortable seating for both lounging and dining. We will definitely book this condo again!

Everything you need for enjoyable stay. My 2nd time here. Very reasonable place/price.

The property is exactly as described. Everything you might want for a vacation stay was there. The kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances are high-end and brand new. The bed and linens are super comfy, as were the furnishings in the living room. We ate every meal on the patio with an unobstructed view of the ocean. It was a weeklong paradise. Highly recommend!

They provided everything you could need while you are there and to make it feel like it was your vacation home. It was a great landing spot for multiple areas and gorgeous views every day. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing! It has a very welcoming and homey feeling, and it has every amenity you’ll need for your stay. And, the views are absolutely stunning, will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time during our 3 week trip. The condo was a large part of it. Much nicer than we expected, and everything is top notch. Lot of extra amenities. Amazing views and soft sand beach- not crowded at all. So happy we picked this one over all the others. Totally worth it!

I was very happy with this penthouse apartment right on the water. I enjoy walking the beach there and have always wanted to have a condo that was right on the beach. Didn’t even need air conditioning, just open the door to listen to the ocean and the waves.

The unit was very nice with an amazing view. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in. The location was a little remote and not really close to anything but just a short drive to town. The pool looked nice and having an insite snack ahop/bar was helpful.

Probably the cleanest apartment I have ever visited! Felt so welcoming and warm with the view of the ocean while cooking up a meal. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices which seems to be extremely uncommon. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is spectacular - over looking the beach and about a 20 minute drive to other parts of the island. Highly recommend this property for Hawaiian get away.

Our fifth stay at Sugar Beach Resort. This unit was the best outfitted for our 2 weeks stay of all the unitss we've had at Sugar Beach. The grounds are well maintained, great pool. Away from crowds, yet ten minutes from resturants, groceries. The beach is lovely for walking and swimming.

We had such a wonderful time! The condo is really nice and that balcony has amazing views. We enjoyed eating numerous meals on the balcony while watching the waves. We even saw whales and sea turtles from the balcony. The condo is very clean and the bed is comfy! We had everything we needed. The closet with beach chairs was an extra bonus. All of the appliances are new and work great. Kitchen is fully stocked!! Fast response from the owner when asked a few questions which was great! Would definitely recommend 👌 Also, the location is perfect!! The beach was beautiful, clean, not crowded, and the central location made it easy to go everywhere on the island. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo! We will return!

My one complaint is that there were gnats all over the balcony. I could not go out and sit on the balcony like I wanted to because of this. That said, it's a very nice apartment and the view is spectacular.

I felt like grounds were nice. Little farther out than I prefer so I might stay in other side of Kihei where there are more things by walk to and nicer accommodations. We were however disappointed to arrive at check in 4:00 to find the room had not been cleaned yet . We had to wait two hours to get in the condo . Thus resort is in the bay not along the ocean front so whale watching was not as good as I’d hoped . We paid 500 a night I think that was too much and you could find a nicer place elsewhere

The condo was clean and well appointed. They had everything you didn’t know you needed. The view was wonderful and we were able to do a lot of whale watching from the lanai. The sunsets from the beach in front of the condo were beautiful.

This was a great place for our honeymoon. Conveniently located between Lahaina and Wailea. Not far from airport. Pacific Whale Foundation just up the road, great whale watching excursion. Lots of great places to eat within reasonable distance. Plus the condo was super well stocked with all necessities. Really enjoyed our time there; clean, quiet, friendly and accommodating.

Our stay in PH19 was great ! The condo was very clean and well equipped. The view was excellent. We could see whales from our balcony. The location was close to Kihei for dining out. Would recommend Sugar Beach Resort and this condo highly!

This place was a perfect place to take in the views. Unreal. Definitely one of the best views on the Island. Very clean and well stocked. Sugar Beach is amazing. Thanks for having us we will be back.
