Regarded as one of the most coveted locations in the ONLY oceanfront condominium community in Mauna Lani, you quickly appreciate the vantage point of being on the second floor as you drink in the view before you; the vast Pacific Ocean spreads out beyond the meticulously manicured fairways of the famed Mauna Lani South Course, and you already feel the relaxation that awaits you as you watch the ocean roll in from your lanai.
You won't want to miss watching the sun set into the ocean or seeing the stars come out and blanket the sky; all from your own lanai.
You'll feel right at home with the granite countertops, Viking and Bosch appliances, hardwood floors, updates throughout, and luxurious furnishings. With two king master bedrooms, it's perfectly set up for two couples or a family of four, each with en-suite bathrooms, and on opposite sides of the condo for a little separation; you have the ideal gathering space in the central part of the unit, with the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room all feeding out to the large lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend most of your time.
One master bedroom is complete with walk out lanai, separate shower, soaking tub and toilet closet. The second Master bedroom is comfortable and welcoming with a high vaulted ceiling, en suite full bathroom, and expansive views of the Kohala and Mauna Kea mountains.
The comfortable and elegant living room with tray ceiling and ambient cove lighting, large screen TV, separate desk/office area, koa hardwood floors and beautiful koa wood kitchen cabinets and dining area provides a relaxed atmosphere as you plan your island adventures.
This condo comes with its own assigned covered parking spot.
We also include free WiFi, central air, and beach equipment such as a cooler, beach towels, and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs. We provide useful items such as laundry and dish soap, shampoo and body wash and paper products.
We also manage the unit directly below if you need more space for a larger family. VRBO number for that is 1563427.
Mauna Lani Resort offers many amenities to enjoy including two 18 hole championship golf courses, biking and hiking trails and The Shops at Mauna Lani with various shops and restaurants. As our Guest, you will have access to the private Owner's Beach Club and Restaurant which is for all Mauna Lani Resort Owners.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations made on or before March 5, 2026: Cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus credit card processing and reservation fees. Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable.
Reservations made on or after March 6, 2026: Cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in will receive a refund of the total rental amount minus credit card processing and reservation fees, credited to the original credit card on file. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are non-refundable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mauna Lani condo. It was very well appointed for cooking and the views and amenities of pool and beach access were spectacular. I can't imagine ever staying anywhere else on the big island! we'll be back.
Communication was great. The beach club was amazing for lazy days. The pool was also convenient but we did not spend much time there. It’s a great location to get around the Big Island. We visited Alaska Falls, the Waipio Valley, the Volcano National Park, the Hōnaunau National Historical Site, the Green Sand Beach, and spent time in Hilo and Kailua Kona. Could not have asked for a better view at sunset. If I could rate this unit and location 10/10 I would. We will look to book here again on our next trip to the big island.
Everything was well stocked and clean. Views of the ocean were amazing. Communication with Jason was great!I didn’t want to knock down the stars bc the place is so great, only complaints (washing machine has a bad smell right when you walk in, garbage disposal has same type smell and it takes a while for rooms to cool down in the evening). We would definitely stay here again.
Very happy we chose this condo for our two week vacation. The location and view was fantastic. The condo was very comfortable, clean and well stocked. The management company was great to work with. We will choose this condo on our next visit. Highly recommend
My wife, 19 year old daughter and I recently spent 5 nights in this unit. Based on the VRBO description, I had high expectations of the unit itself and the view -- and often that is a recipe for disappointment. Not this time!First, the unit itself is first rate. Everything is very nice. I have no complaints whatsover. Second, the view is incredible. The ocean...the coast...the golf course...the other houses...the mountains... Absolutely beautiful. Other than sleeping, we spent very little time in the unit and all our time on the lanai. Third, the Mauna Lani Point property is very nice. We did not use the pool or BBQ grills -- but they are really first rate. Finally, the broader Mauna Lani property is also beautiful. The beach club is a fantastic little beach with great snorkeling, a first class restaurant and great facilities. The grocery store was perfectly adequate for everything we needed. If you get a chance, go early to the black sand beach which also has great snorkeling. All in all -- a fantastic stay. The next time we are on the Big Island, I will search out this unit again.

Great location, beautiful view and a well equipped rental.
Views were amazing! Sunsets every night over the ocean! Kitchen was really great and well stocked with everything you need. I would have given 5 stars but there were a few issues. The 2nd bathroom shower didn’t have any cold water so we were unable to shower in our bathroom because it was too hot. We ended up having to share the one bathroom with our friends. The management company did try to fix it but could not and so they gave us some $ back which was very nice. They said they are going to remodel the bathroom and honestly it really needs it. The only other issue was the outdoor lanai floor was super dirty when we arrived. Otherwise I would definitely stay here again after they re-do the bathroom. It is really a beautiful and peaceful place with a great management company. Also the beach is very nice with a beautiful bay and a nice restaurant. All in all it was a great place despite those few issues.
Wonderful location and accommodations for family or couple vacations. Condo is absolutely gorgeous and close to everything.
