Gorgeous remodeled condo Oceanfront! SUNSET!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and super clean! The ocean front view was amazing & peaceful. The sunset every night was breathtaking. We saw whales & spinner dolphins from the lenai! The Kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. Unit has a washer and dryer that was very nice to have. The shower was great, has a rain shower and hand held shower head as well. Does have a hair dryer so you don't need to bring one. The location is great, its close to restaurants & shopping by car. There is a private pool & beach & right next door is a public salt water pool that is fed by the ocean & incredible waves that is never very crowded. The Owners were very responsive if & when needed. We highly recommend this property! We will be staying here again when we come back to Hawaii! *We stayed here in January. The weather was in the high 70's-82*

Great location close to beaches and Kona town.

Great location and well appointed unit. While repairs are being done to Unit C stair towers, they are desperately needed for Unit E stair towers also. Metal brackets anchoring posts as well as framing angles that support beams are extremely corroded.

Christine was great, responsive. Loved the oceanfront view! The condo is very comfortable, simple but tastefully decorated. The bed was great! And it had all the beach gear we needed. Would stay here again.

The view was amazing from the lanai. Would definitely stay here again.

This unit E31 is excellent, clean, with all that one would need. Fantastic view, pool, beach area.

my onEverything was perfect! From sunset views, to the moon shining in at night! My wife cried because she had to leave. Perfect spot away from the crowds but not so far away it required a long drive to go out. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Amazing location, beautiful view of ocean and so relaxing.

My partner is having some health issues that limited our ability to leave the property as much as we normally would. He was so happy to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean on the days he couldn’t leave. We saw dolphins several times from the lanai and the sunsets were gorgeous. When he would nap during the day the beach out front was a great place for me to sit and read. You can hear the waves all the time but especially at night. We both slept so well, the bed is very comfy. It’s a cozy space but we felt very comfortable for the two weeks we were there. It’s an older complex but the grounds are well maintained, the grills are the best ones I’ve ever seen in Hawaii! We would stay again, happily.

This was the best VRBO experience we’ve ever had. What you see is what you get, which isn’t always the case! It was VERY clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Fresh flowers were waiting on the counter for us when we arrived. (Your cleaners do a great job!) AC units cool the rooms quickly. Other guests were quiet and respectful. Comfy bed and soft sheets. You can tell these folks care about their condo, because they use it too. LOCATION: We had a hard time choosing a location on the island, it’s so big with so much to do. But, I would 100% recommend this area. No swimmable beach out front, but you basically need to be at a big resort for that. The island is big (duh), and you are going to want to see it all anyway. Hop in that jeep. Incredible coffee with views is 15 minutes away (Sacred Grounds, Coffee Shack). Snorkel at two-step, and then find a beach to crash on for some afternoon sun. That’s how you Big Island!!

The view is worth going up and down on the stairs for the 3rd floor. The sunsets are amazing from your balcony. The sounds of the ocean through out the condo.the condo is very clean and had everything you need for the beach to the pool. The bed is comfortable . I would highly recommend this condo.

Exactly as we anticipated our stay to be! Condo was clean, the owner incredibly responsive, right on the water where you can enjoy golden hour every night from your own private lanai! Easy short distance to Kona and some fantastic restaurants. Complex is quiet and relaxing and the grounds and pool were immaculate. Chairs and umbrellas both at the pool and also down on the sand near the water where you can relax and snooze with the sea and a great book! Thanks Christine for a fantastic stay in paradise- we will be back!!

I don’t want to sell the fantasy stay that we had because selfishly I want to rebook this unit and have a yearly vacation on this magical island on this magical property so close and convenient to everything we’ve been to Hawaii many times so we wanted a stay one place enjoy the surroundings and be in the sun and that is what we did on this place is perfect!

Very pleasant and relaxing stay. Property was clean and comfortable but not like pictures on VRBO. Overall a very nice vacation.

Enjoyed our stay

Very enjoyable stay and we loved the convenient location to town. The small quiet complex and well-kept grounds were perfect. The view from the unit was incredible! We loved having breakfast and relaxing in the evenings on the lovely lanai. Saw a large pod of whales on our first morning right from the lanai. A great unit for 2 people. I hope to return on my next trip to Kona. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

You can’t beat the views from this third floor corner unit, the lanai was a treat any time of day or night. AC worked well when we needed it at night. Kitchen was well stocked, instruction book clear and communication with owner great. The remodel is now dated, and a bit worn out. The mattress needs to be replaced and the fridge didn’t work, which we discovered the day after we had loaded it with groceries. Thankfully there was a small fridge in the condo we could use. Owner was in the process of getting a replacement fridge. Unit was clean but needs a deep clean (screen in the shower, dusting light fixtures, grout, etc. )The grounds and pool are excellent, loved the lounge area on the “beach” and pool. Overall, we expected a bit more for the price, based on our many previous Vrbo rentals.

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect spot to hang out in between events. The lanai was an absolute gem and the perfect spot to catch a sunset. The pool was refreshing and the grounds were fabulous. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our 6 nights at this special spot. We arrived very late so waking up the next morning was a beautiful welcome. Very quiet small complex which is exactly what we were looking for as we needed to decompress from our work schedule. The unit is great, every we needed and then some and the bonus of having a/c was a great way to live comfortably during our visit. We would come back and stay again on our next visit. Can't go wrong with this space and location. Dream goals were met and appreciated.

Excellent stay at this quiet, conveniently located condo! Probably the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at. Just perfect!

We had no hassle getting checked in. The place was very clean and stocked with supplies to do dishes and laundry. The view from the balcony was beyond gorgeous, pictures won’t do it justice!

My husband and I loved our stay here. It was the perfect location & had the convenience of being close to restaurants & activities. You are in the more touristy area of the island but this condo was very quiet and well maintained! The owner has snorkel gear, an ice chest and beach chairs also provided if you choose to use them. We felt the pictures provided are an accurate representation of their condo. We loved having coffee & breakfast on the lanai everyday followed by happy hour in the evenings.

Home away from home, with the added benefit of a waves lullaby. Condo is well supplied and exactly as presented. We wanted for nothing, were very comfortable, and enjoyed the sunsets from the balcony and shore. Relaxing, rejuvenating, and soul-filling. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven! This condo was absolutely perfect for our 9-night stay! It's just south of the little strip of restaurants & touristy shopping in "downtown" Kailua-Kona. It was a little further than what we would consider walking distance, but it's doable if that's your jam. The condo is a 3rd floor walk-up and it's 2 buildings back from the parking lot. A bit of a haul with luggage/groceries/gear - but totally worth it once inside the condo! Absolutely beautiful views of the ocean from the moment you step inside! Ocean view from the kitchen/living area, ocean/property/mountain views from the lanai, the shower & the bedroom! And you can hear the ocean from everywhere, all the time. Even if you choose to use the A/C & close the windows & sliders. The split A/C units (one in the living room, one in the bedroom) work very well & are quiet. We only used it at night & we were very comfortable. It was late June/early July; when it's not the middle of Summer the ocean breeze is probably enough to keep the unit comfortable. The furniture is very comfortable, including the bed & pillows. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need. We had one maintenance issue but we contacted the property manager who responded within 10 minutes & the condo owner remedied the issue the next morning. The condo complex is very quiet, very well taken care of & the small beachy area was an excellent place to hang out & catch the beautiful sunsets. Pool is nice & also well maintained. Mahalo!

We had a fabulous vacation. The view was breathtaking. The perfect place to relax and just enjoy the day. We will definitely be returning again.

The grounds are immaculate and exceptionally well maintained. The view from the lanai has to be one of the best, if not, the best location in the complex. We spent much time enjoying our meals and drinks on the lanai. While seeing an occasional whale and the many boats and canoes sailing by. The unit was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Certainly an enjoyable stay.

This was our second time staying in this beautiful in so many ways condo. The view is perfect. The complex grounds are pretty and the pool is quiet. Centrally located, close to Kona and near a nice outdoor market place. Our teenage granddaughter enjoyed swimming in the natural pool adjacent. We hope to visit again.

We found your property and condo very delightful. The condo had most everything we needed for cooking, had plenty of towels for personal, pool and sun, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment. Even some basic spices in the kitchen, enough paper goods for most of the week which we refreshed before the end of our stay. Sufficient cleaning supplies and nice appliances. It took a couple of tries to understand the dishwasher and the washer dryer combo. All was in great working order . The nightly sound of the waves put us to sleep and the view from the lanai was Awesome as was the whale watching from the same spot. The property was quiet and pretty much occupied by our same vintage 😉👍 The manager is hard working and we often observed him cleaning the grill area, raking the sand and all around cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Very nice man and I’m sorry to have not asked his name. Parking was easy and all in all we would visit this condo again. We loved the little market walking south and across the street. All the vendors were so nice. The Ahi Poke bowl was amazing, so was the chocolate vendor, the Hawaiian soap, etc. I brought my Ukulele and enjoyed the sunsets as I played. The waves were pleasant and quite loud so I don’t think anyone else could hear my playing and that’s okay, lol. One drawback is that there aren’t a lot of routes to walk other than the busy Alii Road. Time to upgrade your sheets and the comforter was getting rather pillballed . Mahalo 💕😊🌴

This is one of the best units we have stayed at in Kona. Best unit in the complex and close to so many things. We can't wait to come back!!
