The condo was perfectly set up for our group of 5. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and well-supplied with linens, and the few from the deck cannot be beat. We spent most sunrises on the deck, looking out over the pool and the beach to the ocean.

We came with our kids to celebrate 20 years of marriage. The condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean, excellent location, great amenities inside and on the property!
Parking was terrible. No assigned space. So we had to park under trees. We had to get really close to them to be out of the driveway. Also the trees dropped and shed on the car souch you had to bring hot water down wash the windshield to even back out of the spot. Then you could really clean them. This is each and every window. Or not see out of them.Lack of dish towels. Two is definitely not enough.No dinning table. So you had to sit on the couch to eat.No real place for 5 adults to sit and relax and enjoy their coffee. Had a broken blender. It was replaced in a matter of hours. Dryer took forever to dry clothes. Instruction on washer and dryer would really help. Beautiful view. Beds were ok.
It is right across the street from a Safeway and while on a major road, set inland so no street noise came through. Apt was clean, beds were comfortable. Convenient to island attractions.
My Husband Friends and I had a wonderful time on Kauai. I had been to this island once before and had a totally different experience. We stayed a little further North so we found this location in Kapaa to be perfect. Walked across the street many times to the grocery store, ABC store and local places to eat. We went mountain tubing and had a blast. Highly recommended. The accommodations were very clean, Spacious and provided everything we needed.
The condo was a great choice for us! Clean, well equipped, and pleasant deco! We especially enjoyed the sunrise views from the balcony! One addition that would have been appreciated would be a hand mixer in the kitchen and a large mixing bowl. Otherwise it very nice. There was a confusion regarding parking when we arrived, but that was quickly resolved! Parking is an issue. It is limited, and we often had to really hunt for a place to park our two cars. That was the only down check! Thank you so much!
The outside has a bit of a plane look to it. But the inside is beautiful and spacious. Everything about the unit was awesome! Just steps from the water and a perfect mid point on the island. We will definitely book 310 again on our next vacation.

The location was perfect for splitting time on the island. The property was great and as advertised, and having 3 toilets for the 6 people staying was a plus. My only gripe was that I did not receive check-in details the day we were supposed to enter (such as a door code to access the property) until past 8pm that evening. And that was only after trying to call and email the management multiple times. Kind of felt short-changed by the window of stay that was paid for. It was stressful, but eventually was contacted with the check-in details. Everything else was great.
The hotel and location was great. The only thing we had to buy for the kitchen was some potholders. The only issue we had was with the key code the zero stuck and wouldn’t let us in the room constantly so that was an issue. Just don’t use zero on the key code to get in and everything‘s great.
This Condo suited our needs perfectly for our family of 6. Plenty of space for everyone and super close to shopping and restaurants which was awesome. Communication with both the owners of the Condo as well as the Property Management were always quick to respond which was greatly appreciated. Mahalo 🌺
This was our first time back to Kauai with our baby daughter and we were SO glad to find there was a pack & play crib! Our whole family group (five adults + baby) were comfortable staying here and we loved being able to walk to everything we needed in Kapa`a. Gorgeous view from the lanai, too. Love seeing that Kapa`a sunrise. Thanks for a great stay.
The shower was running through the floor to the apartment underneath. TV had sparks coming through the wall. Very loud location from the neighborhood repair shop. The neighbors were very nice even though their room was being flooded.
