Little Paradise in Waikiki with Lovely Ocean -15th FL

The room smelled great and it was very clean. We had a great stay! Views were wonderful and good location. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

The room was so hot the entire stay, even with the air conditioner on high. We were very disappointed!

Easy check in process. Parking was nice and reasonably charged for the area. Close to many things to do and water activities. The two issues I had with the stay are that the listing shows a pictures with a small closet like area, in reality it is just hooks on one wall with hangers. The other is mentioned in other reviews, the ac unit has a difficult time keeping it cool since there is a wall of windows, while there are curtains they are not blackout curtains which would keep more of the heat out. I kept them closed the entire day to try to keep temps down.

Clean enough room. Dated room decor. Yes, though the views are good to the right you can see the ocean and to the left, the mountains, the windows are smudged and dingy, on the outside. This is more of a building management issue than this host. Internet is blazing fast. Closer to 800M download and 500M upload. That is blazing fast for me. Easy walk to Waikiki beach, about 2 blocks. Plenty of shops and stores around. Many tourists in the area. Close to Waikiki Hilton. Make sure you setup your parking if you rent a vehicle. This is a separate charge. If you use Uber and walk around for Wikiki shops or beach, you can disregard this point. Pool, open air area viewing of the buildings and mountains, as well as washer and dryers, (currently US 1.50 each load) and is on the 5th floor. Basics like disposable plates/bowls and plasticware are in the drawers under the TV. The aircon is a bit loud. It is just good enough to keep the room to about 78F. I travel with my Tozo NC9 with Active Noise cancellation for my flights. I use these as well, because of the basic ANC, for bed and will drown out most of the drone of an AC, Fan, road noise, etc. I was able to sleep well with these on.

The A/C struggled to keep the place cool because of the sun exposure. It can definitely use the investment of a newer, higher capacity window unit, otherwise you’ll have to keep the shades drawn during the day as the sun warms up the place beyond the capacity of the AC. It won’t cool down unless the curtains are closed, which defeats the purpose of having such a beautiful view.

Perfect location, wonderful host who was very attentive, and clean. The view was also incredible. And extremely reasonable parking.

It was so nice! i love how small the room was because it was perfect for a solo traveler! they have towels and cutlery and stuff u might need! host was sooo nice and the ac works sooo well!

Great, clean, place in a great location. Simple amenities and host was very responsive to any questions. Would recommend reserving the parking spot the host offers.

It was a beautiful view from the bed, and the property was easy to get checked into. I had no problems.

Clean convenient and not over priced like some other places nearby. Walking distance to stores, restaurants and beaches.

This was our first time staying at this property but won’t be our last. It was super convenient to everything. Great proprty with self parking, pool and even laundry which you pay with your cc on the machine. Highly recommended when visiting Honolulu.

Had a great stay and our host was very accommodating with the last minute Parking request we were so happy. Nice place to stay safe cozy and clean.

Although the space is small, it worked well for our 3 days in Honolulu. It was easy to walk to beach, dinner, shops.

We had a wonderful stay at Tiffany's paradise condo! The location was perfect for exploring the city, the space was very clean and well-maintained, and Tiffany was incredibly responsive to our messages. We highly recommend this listing.Keith

This condo was perfect for my husband and I! Very clean, great location, nice size room and our host provided everything we needed for our stay. No kitchen, just an efficiency like a hotel room, but we didn’t want to cook on vacation so it worked great for us.

Spent a week in this studio appt. Perfect for a couple. Nice and clean. Easy walk to beach and shops..parking was available for an extra fee. Tiffany was very easy to work with and got back to us quickly. Non-issue to report and would stay there again

Everything was great and exactly what we needed. Cozy place with clean bathroom and room, air conditioning, great location and easily accessible, responsive host, and awesome view. Would definitely stay here again.

Living most of my life in the islands I wanted a place that was close to everything in Waikiki but also easy to get out of Waikiki. Rhulocations is greas

The entire exterior wall is glass, so the day/night views are amazing. The location is fabulous and the parking was well worth the nominal fee. It isn't luxurious, but it suited our needs. The bed was comfortable, the unit felt secure, the A/C worked well enough with the extra tower fan running, and the frig and microwave worked. Two digital keys to operate the elevator and some mugs would have been nice. We did see three or four cockroaches (very typical in Hawaii), but the host responded promptly with traps and repellent that seemed to take care of the problem.

The property is in great location within a ten minute walk to the beach and main shopping/eating areas. Communication was great and access easy enough, it had a great view from the 15th floor.

We were only in Honolulu for a couple nights, so this was an ideal unit for us. Excellent location and the check in & check out process was smooth.

Pool was out of service with no mention of it till we arrived! Had bugs in bathroom, dirty tile floor, lamp shades dusty and crooked, loud af window ac, no black out curtains so good luck sleeping with all the outside and ac noise and the sun shining thru the curtains. 1 roll of tp for a 5 day stay. 3 towels for 2 ppl for 5 days. ad says it comes w/ parking but after I rented I was told it was $15 per day for a space! That should have been in the ad. 1 elevator fob for 2 ppl w/ no spare in the lobby if you misplace it. no bath tub stopper to take a bath! Best part was the gracious staff of the building. They have nothing to do with the owners except to give out the fobs but they were helpful and freindly! I will definatly not stay here again!

Bedspread was dirty and had blood spot on it. Microwave was not working without lifting cord. Roaches in bathroom.Apparently coming up drains. Owners staff responded promptly. All things resolved by 3rd day. Room has a nice view and is super close to restaurants and beaches. good for just sleeping and shower.

It was everything we expected and just what we needed. We loved our stay there. It was comfortable, the view was amazing and the people and staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely want to stay there again when we come back.

Location was great, easy to walk to dining and shopping. It was on a very busy road and you could hear the cars, so a window upgrade and soundproofing would be nice. You could just see the ocean from the window. Nice onsite parking. There was a pool with a nice deck to over look the view. Host was very easy to work with a emailed back almost immediately. Pricing was very reasonable. Would book again!
