Only blocks away from the beach, and the best restaurants and bars that Waikiki has to offer! Conveniently located 1bdrm unit on the 28th floor in the popular Island Colony! Ocean View Unit sleeps up to 6 people with the King bed in the bedroom, and queen sofa bed. There are 2 twin size bunk beds in the living room as well. Enjoy beautiful views from the 100sqft private patio.

Water Shut Off intermittently due to water pipe replacements project. There will be effects between 7/5/2024-8/13/2024 and 9/11/2024-9/18/2024.

The apartment building is going through a large scale plumbing project to replace water pipes. There will be NO WATER in the unit during the days listed above from Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Weekends are unaffected.

Island Colony is a high-rise condominium building located in the heart of Waikiki, one of the most popular tourist destinations in Honolulu, Hawaii. The building is located at 445 Seaside Ave and features over 700 units spread out over 44 floors.
