Had a great stay. The room was as described, it was very clean, check-in/out was a breeze, the sunset view was incredible, and the location made several restaurants quite accessible.
The iconic Ilikai Suites are located at the gateway to Waikiki.
Available at nightly and monthly rates.Taxes and cleanings extra. WIFI included.
Fully equipped and very clean. AC, cable, WIFI, Long Distance, 24/7 Security, Keyless Entry No Check In all included.Condo is professionally managed and maintained.
Friday evenings include free fireworks display with Hawaiian live music and hula dancing on the resort's lanai.

Starter set includes paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, lotion, bath soap for your first night.
Towels and linens provided based on occupancy and length of stay.
Parking: Parking is available for $45 per day, payable upon arrival to Elite Parking. (valet)
Damage & House Rules Policy / Guest Responsibilities.
We inspect every condo at every check out. We again inspect every condo before every Guest Arrival.
We have documentation for each condo to assure the condo is good condition and working order before your arrival.
1) Guest is responsible to pay for any missing/broken/damaged items, extra check out cleaning & for a drain or toilet that requires clearing due to Guest clogging the drain or toilet. Every condo has a plunger for the toilet. If you clog the toilet, please use the plunger provided. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 2) Do not use the Kitchen Sink Garbage disposal for potato peels, fruit rinds, banana peels, pineapples, egg shells, noodles, rice etc. Calling a Plumber is a Guest Expense. 3) Sand: Please rinse off all sand (self and gear) before entering the hotel/condo (there are rinsing stations at the beach) to avoid extra cleaning fee and clogging the shower drains. 4) Lanai: Please do not hang towels or other items from the lanai. Please do not feed the birds. 5) No smoking in condo, on lanai or in common areas. Guest charged to have upholstery, drapes and linens cleaned, deodorized. 6) Guest responsible to pay for locksmith if they lock themselves out the of the bathrooms or damage a lock.
CANCELLATIONS:
1) Reservation deposit is non-refundable. 2) Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the check in date can have the deposit applied to another stay at the same condo within one year of the original check in date. 3) Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit. 4) Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in will forfeit deposit and rental balance payment. 5) We encourage you to get travel insurance so a cancellation can be recovered.
Rentals are not transferable to another party.

This space has the loveliest view of the ocean, the Marina, surfers, and parts of the island south of it! It is also cutely appointed. We wanted for nothing of significance! And it was very reasonably priced! It is centrally located, housed in a lovely building with shops and restaurants and two pools, and has valet parking! So nice not to have to have dealt with our car other than waiting for it to be brought up. We had a really lovely stay here!
The condo was mostly great and had a lot in walking distance. It was pretty clean upon arrival aside from a few little things. The kitchen dishes and silverware weren’t all super clean so they required washing beforehand. You can see fireworks from the property but not from the condo. That as a bummer. The AC is not the strongest so we had to buy an additional fan to help keep us cool. Also bo access to a luggage cart required multiple trips from the car. Parking is pricey.
Fit our needs completely! For a weeks stay or longer, more towels would be helpful. But all in all a lovey place.
Relaxing and enjoyable
To be this close to the main resorts and beach at this rate is a great deal. No fuss unit comfy bed, and property is always well kept. Full kitchen is a saver for meal times. Great shops in the lobby really nice. Tile floors solid counter tops, no fuss but homey for what it is
This is a comfortable bright room. The bed is especially comfortable. The view was lovely and according to the pictures. I hope I can stay here again someday.
The place needs some up dating and paint touch up. It needs a good deep cleaning. Cabinets in kitchen you could see stuff on it. The view out weighed it though.
Needs updating and should have a vacuum for the tile floor it’s hard to keep clean with a broom.
Check in couldn’t be easier, the location is great for walking in Waikiki and the view is fantastic. Thank you.
The location was lovely and convenient. However, the kettle was broken and the only saucepan leaked so there was no way to boil water except in a measuring cup in the aging microwave. I contacted Hawaii vacation properties and they said they would be by to drop off a new kettle but they never came. We were there 8 days. Overall, the unit is run down ( cupboards, baseboards , patio furniture), but the location was great.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is very comfortable with everything we needed. The view was stunning!! The Ilikai is an excellent building in a great location. The bus stops just outside the front entrance but it is also within easy walking distance to the mall, the Hilton lagoon, and even Waikiki beach. We look forward to returning!
