This rare ocean-front condo is stunning! Listen to the sound of the ocean from the comfort of your home, while watching whales (Dec-April) and Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles all year long!
Located a five minute walk from boats, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, shops and restaurants at Maalaea Harbor!
The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen—convection toaster oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and full size fridge. Washer and dryer.
The bedroom offers a beautiful teak King-sized bed, ample closet space and the tiled bathroom offers a large shower.
Remodeled and updated, 20 feet from the water! Designed for beauty and comfort, there is an air-conditioner, comfortable couch, pillow top queen-sized bed, large tiled shower, TV, WiFI, and lovely lanai with table and chairs. DID I MENTION THE VIEW? The view is enchanting! You simply cannot get closer to the water without jumping in!
Condo is located on fourth floor (elevator access) with 180 degree, unobstructed ocean views!
Ma'alaea is soooo conveniently located! Just about 12 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Costco, 15 minutes to Kihei, 25 minutes to Lahaina and 10 seconds to the ocean! Great surfing and snorkeling right out the front door, a long, beautiful beach for walks, shops, restaurants, the aquarium, and snorkel/dive boats, fishing boats, sunset cruises—all just five minutes away. There is a sweet little beach park just a five minute walk down the road. The Island Sands complex offers a pool as well!
Located off the the hwy, on a relatively remote beach where you will see almost no one else.
There is no more sugar cane on Maui so any write ups you may have seen about the inconvenience from burning sugar cane no longer happens!!
The view includes: watching the sunrise —or moonrise!—over Haleakala, gazing out to Molokini Crater, watching the sunset off of Kahoolawe, boats coming to and from the harbor, surfers at "Freight Train" surf site, Humpback whales from Dec. through April, Hawaiian Green Sea Turtles all year long! It truly is magical, mesmerizing and ever-changing!
We live about 30 minutes away and are happy to greet you in person if need be, however, we are all set up for self-check in so you can get in easily. We are always a phone call or text message away if you need absolutely anything. Our goal is for you to have a great stay, so please let us know personally if we can do anything to improve your visit while you are here. There is also an office manager on site in case of emergencies.
Maui is best accessed by rental car as it gives you the most freedom to explore. however, there is a bus service that goes to Ma'alaea harbor. You can walk to shops, restaurants, great beach walks, boats, live music....all within minutes once you have arrived.
If you want to split up your Maui experience between the ocean and the forest/lush upcountry experience, we have a charming cottage (Gingerbread House) upcountry in Makawao, as well.

We loved our stay. Amazing view! Saw whales and turtles. The location is great. The condo is clean and well equipped. Eve is wonderful to work with. The wind really helps keep the place cool. Definitely will come back.
The location is excellent, and the views are amazing. The host was easy to work with, and the trip was amazing. The AC unit is pretty loud, but we were able to open the windows after the first day, so we didn't need it.
Loved the view during the day and slept great at night .
Nice and clean condo. Beautiful ocean views. Central to all the activities we had planned. Easy access to condo and easy parking. A couple things I’d like to mention. The air conditioner is a small window unit at the front of the condo. The bedroom is in the back. It did get quite hot at night. We had to leave it on with a fan blowing toward the bedroom. To keep that room cool. July is hot in Hawaii. Other times of the year probably would not be an issue. The mattress was very uncomfortable. It needs replacing. It has dips on each side. I personally feel a good night sleep is most important. This is a nice condo so was surprised with the condition of the mattress. I still recommend this condo. If the mattress was replaced, I’d stay there again.
My wife and I recently stayed six days at the property and hated to leave. When we stay at a property, the number one thing we’re looking for is that the property is as it was described, the location is as we expected, and it’s easy to get into the property. This property met all those requirements and more! When we did have a question, the owner was super responsive and could either be contacted through the vacation app or her personal cell phone. The property owners also gave us some great recommendations on things to do when we were in town, and they were spot on. We would return to this great property in a minute. The views are amazing every day and once you get the timing down, you can stand on your balcony and watch 10 or 15 turtles work the shallow areas of the bay. Just a couple of hundred yards down the street is a beautiful sandy beach, and once you do a little exploring there you’re sure to discover a perfect spot that either has some people around, or can make you feel like you’re all by yourself. We would highly recommend this property.
When we arrived, we walked straight to the lanai. I had to catch my breath when I looked out over the water! It was perfect. Sea turtles swimming, waves, surf, and the Island breeze all caught me by surprise. This place was perfect in every way. Eve was a very gracious host who went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable (understatement). Sunrise from the lanai was stunning. We stayed five days- next time I will book ten! Just WOW! April 15 through 19.
Outstanding in all ways ...... view, location and unit amenities
We were only able to stay overnight (needed a spot to sleep between arriving and sailing excursion at the harbor at 0-dark-hundred the next am). But we loved it!! So comfy. So many personal touches. The bed and pillows were so so so comfortable!! We were only there for 10 hours, but Eve checked in on us to make sure everything was great. I consider myself lucky, and this place was perfect!!! I’ve been to Maui many times - I would definitely stay here again (or anywhere that Eve hosts).
We went to celebrate our retirements. Eve is great tp wprk with. Theviews of green turtles and whales was amazing everyday. Bring binoculars, its amazing how far you can see the whales.
We had a great stay. Easy to locate, very comfortable. The management company had identified an issue before our arrival, notified us of the problem, and quickly resolved it. We intend to stay here again. I would caution that there are a few (5) stairs to navigate so that individuals who are unable to do so are not caught unaware.
This is a great centrally-located spot in a quiet area. You can’t beat the view or be closer to the water. The beach nearby is quiet, but still a great beach. We loved watching turtles swimming right from the balcony! The description and pictures are exactly right. It’s a smaller condo, but perfect for two people that just need a home base and place to sleep. We made several meals here. The bed is very comfortable! Happy with our decision to stay here!
