Place was clean and kitchen fully stocked along with extra towels (including beach towels), some fun beach toys (boogie boards, snorkeling fins and masks) and beach chairs. I asked a question (or two) prior to check in and didn’t receive a response and then after we arrived, communication was much better but it’s pretty bare bones service. Overall we had a great time but do note that this area of Maui is not a touristy area so there’s not a whole lot around (other than a few shops and the Maalaea Harbor). This harbor is where we departed from for a Molikini snorkeling trip so it was nice to be less than 5 minutes from that but otherwise, everything is at least 15 minutes away by car. As others noted Haycraft Park is right next door and it feels very isolated and untouched except for a few tents of people right at the beach entrance. The vibe was more family oriented but I still didn’t feel comfortable going on long beach walks by myself in the morning without my husband. We saw lots of turtles in the water in the park and from our condo balcony which was fun. Overall this was a good value but you just need to know what you’re getting.

We have stayed in that building 5 times. So we like the condo. Had every thing you need.
Very beautiful location!!! Only drawback was the table chairs in balcony being so high that it felt risky for our kids to sit on them alone.And dishwasher never worked. Other than that it was great experience.
Beautiful view from the Lanai. Steps from miles of beach for walking, running and laying out. Great small reef for snorkeling. Food , fun & aquarium with-in walking distance. Condo was beautiful with everything needed including beach supplies. I will re-book again when visiting Family in Wailukui.Faboulous stay!
