Beautiful setting in a clean condo with incredible beachfront access. Our family of 4 enjoyed snorkeling in the calm ocean water, watching movies and playing games in the evening, and listening to the waves at night. The owner was so kind and wonderful to work with. Thank you!

We loved staying at this condo. We loved that we were far enough from all the tourists but close to a lot of fun things. We loved that we could go to the beach behind the condo and not have so many people to deal with. The turtles at the beach were an added bonus!

Gorgeous oceanfront property. The condo is in an older building undergoing renovation but the condo is in perfect condition and beautifully decorated and supplied. We loved having the beach chairs and snorkel gear to use. The full kitchen was awesome. It was quiet and we loved our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here. Gorgeous view and we loved being able to wake up and watch the sunrise on the beach with our kids. Our kiddos loved splashing in the ocean here and it felt very safe. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and there were plenty of towels for the beach.

The apartment was very clean, matched the listing exactly, and is a fantastic location. The host was fantastic in communication before, and during our stay.

This property is wonderful! The hosts made sure we had everything we needed to totally enjoy our stay! Not to mention the view and the turtles!!

This place is in a perfect location. First class throughout. Beach access is perfect with minimal waves. Snorkeling is great without the crowds at all the other beaches. Special experience was seeing turtles on the beach in the evening (remember Don’t touch and keep your distance). Saw them out snorkeling as well. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Word stay here again.

The property was just as advertised, very clean and stocked full of all kinds of things to make your stay easy and memorable from a cooler and beach chairs to snorkel equipment and body boards! And there is nothing like opening the door to the ocean views and sounds and walking the beach to see the turtles or watch them swim by from the balcony. You won’t be disappointed! The book of information the host has assembled is very helpful in deciding what you may want to visit and see while you are there. And communication is prompt and easy! Great hosts!

Setting was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great breakfasts as we enjoyed the sunrises - which were stunning. They also had things available for traveling to the beach.No air conditioning. We slept on Murphy bed which was very comfortable. Back bedroom slightly warm.Would definitely stay again.

Chris and Al are wonderful! We hope to book with them in the future. So easy to check in, so accommodating, very reachable!

We couldn’t have picked a better rental! 10/10 would recommend. We have three kids, and we all slept comfortably. The views are spectacular. We loved that we could walk down to the beach. We saw a few turtles on our morning walks. The building is very quiet. The neighbor is very sweet, too.The kitchen is fully stocked with pans, utensils, etc. We appreciated having beach chairs and a cooler that we took to the north shore one day. There is building construction going on but it did not cause any disturbance to our stay.Chris is a wonderful host! We hope to come back in the future!

Get away from the crowds at Waikiki. Enjoy a beach with very few people. Relax in a super clean and beautiful condo. Your host is incredible. Don't wait. Book today.

Wonderful stay at a wonderful property

Nice condo, quiet and clean. We had a wonderful stay and I loved the snorkeling right off the beach!

Honestly when we pulled in to the complex, I was a little hesitant. The condo building is very old and almost rundown looking. They are fixing it up tho. BUT when we arrived in the condo we were taken to a magical stay. The views from the balcony are amazing and we immediately saw 3 turtles right from the patio. The beach is secluded and it felt like our own private beach. My young kids, enjoyed countless hours swimming in the ocean. The condo is equipped with everything and I mean everything you need!!!! They loved the boogie boards, us parents loved the nice chairs to enjoy watching them on the beach. Close to some yummy places to eat and get shaved ice. Thank you for the beautiful space and every amenity I could possible think of. We LOVED it!!

This condo was absolute paradise! Our favorite Oahu vacation spot so far(we have vacationed to Oahu 5 times and lived in Kaneohe 10 years ago)!! We love this side of the island! The condo location could not have been better! Right on the beach, the views were incredible! We rose with the beautiful sunrises over the water each morning and the lovely sound of the ocean. The swimming and snorkeling off this beach was incredible! Started each day snorkeling with my favorite animal, the honu(green sea turtle)! One morning we counted 9 different turtles in the water to the left of the condo complex. It was magical!! The condo itself was pristine and beautifully decorated. Fully stocked with everything we needed for our 10 day stay there. The 6th floor location allowed for amazing views! Rainbows, fish, turtles, flowers, and gentle ocean breezes!! Pure bliss! The owners were kind, helpful and professional. They were amazing with email communications before and after our trip. We would 100% recommend this condo for your Oahu stay!! We will for sure be back!

We loved the condo and walking the beach every morning. Couldn’t have asked for a better location! It was everything we needed and the. Some. So nice to have very responsive and kind hosts! Highly recommend this property.

This rental did not disappoint! The apartment is stylish, functional, and comfortable. My sister stayed in the primary bedroom and I enjoyed the murphy bed in the living area. It was unbelievably comfortable and very east to use. We were thankful for the heavy duty washing machine, coffee pods, and beach equipment. We made great use of the beach chairs, snorkels, and towels during our stay. The owners are very communicative and eager to ensure that each stay is flawless. Thanks for a wonderful stay on Oahu.

My husband and I and 7yo daughter loved this property. The kitchen was perfectly stocked, and we enjoyed the pool, beach, washer/dryer, and free parking. The North Coast was such a relaxing place with great food and beaches as well as close proximity to the PCC. The hosts are extremely communicative and flexible with help. Our only challenge was that much of the gym equipment (treadmill, bike) were out of order, but we made do. Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was excellent. We definitely missed having AC, but that is true most places in HI. The views are world class, it was very clean and organized, and the owners were easy to communicate with.

If you want peace and serenity, stay here! If you want a family-friendly place, stay here! The vibe of this side of the island, is so chill! The condo had everything we needed for our week-long stay. You truly have your own private beach experience and the views are incredible. We saw sea turtles every morning, which never got old. The condo itself, was cozy, clean, modernized and the Murphy bed is actually comfortable (not all Murphy beds are created equal!) My favorite thing to do in the morning was to open the screen door and the front door for that coastal wind to pass through! The communication from the owners was top notch I would definitely stay here again because this side of the island is quiet and chill, but close-ish to amenities. We had a car, so we did not mind driving to other locations on experience as much as we could. There were so many amazing beaches, which is all my kids wanted to do was to “beach”. The only cons were the complex itself is a bit outdated and unsightly, but I never felt unsafe and it did not negatively impact my experience. Not to mention, the people who live at the complex were neighborly and friendly. Just make sure to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The bedroom window is on the street side, so you can hear road traffic. Again, these “cons” were so minor and would not impact my rating of “highly recommend”.

The beach feels very private, shared with few people and many turtles. A great location for seeing this side of the island. All the toys needed for the beach are included. Would recommend to friends.

This condo thought of everything to make our stay perfect! It’s off the beaten path and so worth it! Hope to return soon!

We loved everything about our stay from the friendly neighbors to the view from the balcony to the amazing host! Perfect for a small family! The condo was well equipped and Chris was so helpful with emails, things to do, etc. 10/10

We have stayed at Pat's at Punalu'u many times and this was one of the best places we've stayed. Besides the amazing view and closeness to the beach, the condo was so well stocked - we just had everything we needed - especially in the kitchen. The one bedroom, 1 bathroom with a Murphy bed in the living room was plenty of space for our family of four (mom, dad, two teen girls). My husband (6ft tall) and I slept on the Murphy bed because we wanted to listen to the ocean waves and it was very comfortable and plenty of room. We would recommend this condo whole heartedly and hope to stay there again.

The view from the unit is wonderful as is the small beach where we started each day with a dip in the ocean. The building is undergoing major renovation on the outside but not for our unit. When the process finishes, the condo building will be even more attractive. We liked the location---did our major grocery shopping at Safeway in Kaneohe before getting to the condo. Kitchen was very nice and the bed comfortable. Would replace the ceiling lights with less bright bulbs. Beautiful beaches everywhere and not crowded!

Thank you Chris and Al for letting us stay at your Ocean Paradise! Were sad that our vacation had to come to an end because we really enjoy and love Hawaii! We stayed for around 9 days, and everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Were a family of 5 with 3 kids ages 4 to 10. Everything came with the place and we did not need to buy anything extra from paper towels to toilet paper. Even the shampoo and body was was enough for us to use. There was plenty of bath towels and beach towels and the cloth washer and dryer came in very handy for our daily beach activities that we almost used it everyday for washing our cloths. All the kitchen items were there and it was complete, from coffee to the dishwasher soaps. The ice maker of the fridge and the filtered water was great as we used it everyday for our daily outings so we did not need to buy bottle water too. Just make sure you bring reusable water bottles. Communication with Chris/Al was great! Quick to respond, and very understanding. Check-in was a breeze as you just need to follow the instructions and get the fob from the lock-box on the main floor to get into the elevator and your given a special code for the entrance of the door. Checkout was also smooth too as we just put everything back as it was and everything was good! Location was easy to find through Google and it takes around 50min from the airport. Thank you Chris/Al for making our vacation a memorable one, we hope to come back!!!

We had such an amazing stay at Ocean Paradise. It was as advertised. The condo is updated, well appointed, with an incredible view of the beach and ocean. We actually slept with the patio door open on the Murphy Bed so we could fall asleep to the sound of the ocean every night and feel the cool tradewinds. The beach was quiet and felt like it was there just for us....In our past visits to other Islands, we travelled all over to see the Honu (Sea Turtles) resting on the beach.......with this condo...you simply had to walk the beachline at the condo..we counted 18 one night. It is a quick drive to the beautiful beaches on the North Shore and Turtle Bay. We also used the gym almost every day so we could eat more Shave Ice and Hula Pie :). We loved this condo so much, we cxld one of our nights on Waikiki Beach so we could enjoy the condo one more night! Chris & Al are great....very responsive and worked with us on the spot to add an additional night..... The exterior of the complex is undergoing updates...but the work is done at respectable times and we barely even noticed it. Thanks Chris & Al for sharing your little piece of paradise with us. We will be back!!

Upon initially perusing the reviews for this establishment, I was taken aback by the numerous individuals ranting and raving how great it was as I had assumed it was merely an ordinary beachfront condominium. After my time spent here, I can confidently state that this has been my favorite beachfront accommodation, marking my fifth visit to Hawaii. The views are remarkable; however, it is the sounds of the ocean that radiate through the condo that truly captivate you, as they reflect the proximity to the water. We took great pleasure in having a panoramic view of the ocean and watching the turtles in the morning, equally as much as we did while snorkeling alongside them and other tropical fish. I have visited various locations where the beach conditions were not ideal for swimming; however, regardless of whether it was low or high tide, this particular beach proved to be exceptionally enjoyable for swimming. It was remarkable how private it truly was, we often had the area to ourselves. The beds were comfortable, and all necessary indoor and outdoor amenities were readily available (including snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler). The condo was remarkably clean. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Their kindness, helpfulness, and evident pride in maintaining the vacation rental were truly remarkable. We will undoubtedly be returning!

This was our first trip to Hawaii and this condo did not disappoint! They have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. From cooking supplies to 4 beach chairs to snorkel gear, it was all provided. I would highly recommend staying here. The area is cooler weather and quieter than other parts of the island. It was nice to come home to a quiet and cooler beach after being on the north shore all day where its hot. Great food options are up in Laie 10 minutes away. Only 30 ish minutes to Northshore area (sunset beach). Overall, it was a great condo to stay at due to how clean and prepared it was, as well as the location.

We had an incredible stay. We loved the location and the beautiful beach! The condo was perfect and had everything we needed. There were many thoughtful touches throughout the condo. It was very easy to check-in and get around the grounds. We would go out and explore other areas but you really do have it all here. No need to leave! The beach is just so perfect! We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the sound of the waves. My husband and I had the best time and can't wait to return!

This property has been the best we have seen at VRBO - not just because of the beachfront location and overall cleanliness - but because of the little things that really helped us feel at home: full sized soap, high end appliances, tupperware/baggies, beach towels/toys, and all kinds of helpful information. The best place we have ever stayed on Oahu! The condo is beautiful and when you walk thru the doorway and look straight ahead out the balcony doors the view is breathtaking! The condo is right on the beach and the beach seems private even though all the beaches in Hawaii are public. We watched giant sea turtles swim right by us in the water. The swimming area is safe as there is a coral reef for snorkeling and the waves break about 300 yards off the shore. Only turtles and pretty fish! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we could have needed or wanted. We love the location of the condo on the island. The North Shore of Oahu is the best hands down! We enjoyed horse back riding, hiking, and eating out at some great restaurants. We did not turn on the TV the entire time we were at the condo. Just sitting and looking out at the water was food for the soul! We will be back for sure as we go to Hawaii every 2 years for business.

Chris and Al didn’t miss a thing while setting this place up for guests! Every single thing you need is on site for a magical Hawaiian beachfront vacation. The sea turtles were over the top! They swam along side us, beached themselves for an afternoon nap right outside the condo, and slept in mass at night a very short walk up the beach. It was our first stay on the windward side of the island and is now our preferred place to stay. You greet the sunrise from the lanai with coffee and can take a short drive to have a sunset dinner. We explored the entire island and felt we were centrally located. You can not go wrong staying here!

The host was outstanding! Best stocked vacation home. Loved seeing so many turtles and being on a private beach. We will return.

The condo was great! Right on the beach. The owner was awesome and we had a great stay. Seeing the turtles on the beach at night was the coolest thing ever! One heads up for anyone traveling to Oahu is that the traffic is unreal! We deal with Denver traffic but this is on a whole different level. Make sure to plan for extra time to get anywhere! Also, the little store, Kaya's, like a block away from the condo is nice and they have quite a bit of stuff. Mahalo!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo in Punaluu! The location was nothing short of breathtaking, with stunning views and a serene atmosphere that made for a truly relaxing vacation. The hosts were fantastic communicators, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. Their hospitality really made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The condo itself was spotless and newly remodeled, boasting all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. From a well-equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces, everything was designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The building was quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect backdrop for a restful getaway. We especially enjoyed the delicious food carts just across the street, offering a variety of tasty options that added a local flavor to our stay. The condo’s location was ideal, being just a 40-minute drive to both the North Shore and Honolulu, making it easy to explore all that the island has to offer. Overall, this condo in Punaluu exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Hawaii. We can't wait to come back!

Absolutely will be coming back. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds and linen were so comfortable, even the Murphy bed where you can sleep listening to the waves crashing. The backsplash is gorgeous. Soft close cabinets and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The location is also just as perfect. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Cultural Center, North Shore beaches and most importantly the beach right outside your door. We saw turtles throughout the day swimming by and saw some at night hanging on the beach. Beach gear was also an added touch including a hard cooler, chairs and towels; there is snorkel gear as well. We were sad to leave and will def be returning. Chris and Al were great hosts reaching out before and after our stay.
