Unit is fully furnished with full kitchen, one king sized bed and one queen sized sofa bed. Free WiFi, Cable TV and one covered parking stall included. There is no partition between king bed and sofa bed. The laundry facilities provided on each floor. A resident manager is available whenever you need assistance.
On the other side of the building is Kapiolani Park, with Diamond Head right up the road and in full view.
Easy access to aquarium, Zoo and a world of Waikiki Shopping, dining and entertainment.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tamami was the agent with Kaina Hale Hawaii Realty that managed the rental unit. She, along with the realty company did a wonderful job! The condo was perfect for me while I was on a working contract on Oahu. The lanai was an amazing place for me to complete my computer work and then relax and unwind after a very busy day at work. The property did not have a pool, that I was aware of. However, the beautiful Kaimana Beach was just steps away, and perfect! Though it was a studio apartment, it was a very good size. It had one King bed, and a sleeper sofa that I think would provide plenty of room for a family with 2 young children. There is also a shower/tub that would work for everyone. I enjoyed dining at the Hau Tree Cafe right next door, and Fine Dining at Michele's just a very short walk from the condo. Also, the Waikiki Aquarium and Honolulu Zoo are well within walking distance, as well as, a very nice park across the street, and great hiking around Diamond Head. Waikiki and downtown Honolulu are also well within walking distance. This condo is truly in a perfect location! Close to everything! I would recommend this condo, and would be more than happy to return to it should the opportunity arise.

The best thing about this property is the location! You can’t get a better view in Oahu. The unit is old but it was comfortable. There is no ac even though it says there is in the description. If there are trade winds blowing it’s not an issue but if not…it can be really warm inside.

We've been wanting to stay in this particular building for a long time and, for the most part, it was everything we had hoped for with wide, wonderful ocean/city views, fantastic lanai, right on the beach. We were also happily surprised to meet people the first day and by the end of of the month, were sad to say goodbye to new friends. First, the good parts: The lanai is the best part of the unit, large enough to entertain and was our focal point of the stay. The furniture is comfortable and we enjoyed eating all of our meals at the glass table. The sofa and two large chairs were comfortable and the storage box, topped with a mattress, had all kinds of beach toys, including a Tommy Bahama umbrella/chairs, snorkeling gear and boogie board. The kitchen was well stocked with a high quality rice cooker that I used often and electric teakettle. There were plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, wine glasses, regular glasses and a large refrigerator. The bedroom and living room are all together, no divider, but the space is large and airy. I appreciated having a desk as I had some things to do on the computer. The free wifi was reliable and fast. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo with jalousie windows that allowed the trade winds to flow through the unit, keeping it fresh and airy. There is a closet separating the the bathroom from the bedroom area but the wall does not come quite to the ceiling, allowing air flow. Could use improvement: First, the carpeting was gross; old, worn, many stains. It is in serious need of replacement. Second, many of the cabinet doors in the kitchen and bath are falling apart. Third, overall the unit has a shabby, worn, dated look, e.g. the desk chair was damaged with a hole in the wicker. Some things could be remedied with a slight amount of TLC while others require more effort. There used to be two pictures centered above the sofa. One is missing but the other has not been moved so it's lopsided with the hooks still in place for the missing picture. Fourth, I get that we were there for a month so, ok, we bought our own dish soap and garbage bags but it seems like they could supply just a few cleaning supplies if they want people to keep the place clean. I resisted purchasing cleanser, sponges etc. I have to say, by the end, we were still so entraced by the view and lanai that we barely noticed the shabbiness (except the carpet) and would stay there again!
The view is the best! Looking at the ocean non stop, hear the waves lapping and even watching a monk seal come up the sand.the beach is at the door step. The unit has been well loved over many years. The wear shows. There is a reason the unit is priced so low compared to others in the building and nearby Colony Surf.
Amazing location view value facilities beach access
Wonderful and convenient location. Incredible view. Loved spending time on the Lanai watching the sunset and listening to the waves. We did not want to leave. Would definitely book again.

The whole experience starting with booking, having to modify booking few times, making payments, requesting last minute change of check-in time, the actual stay and the check-out were all very smooth. The room and the building itself was old but very well maintained. It wasn't airconditioned but the ceiling fans and ocean breeze kept the room cool enough. The highlights of my stay were its spacious terrace overlooking Kaimana Beach and its direct access to the beach from ground floor. Highly recommended!!!
