This inviting ground-floor, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo offers all the comforts of home with unbeatable access to the beach—just steps from your private lanai. With space to accommodate up to 4 guests. In the bedroom, you'll find a plush King-size bed to ensure restful nights. There is a window AC in the bedroom and ceiling fans and refreshing ocean breezes keep the space cool and comfortable. The bright and cozy living area features a Queen sleeper sofa, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up your favorite meals. Enjoy dining indoors at the table for four or take your meals outside to the lanai for a true island-style experience with stunning ocean views and the sound of waves as your backdrop. The bathroom offers a tiled walk-in shower and plenty of storage for your personal items. Thoughtfully decorated with Maui-inspired touches throughout, invites you to relax and unwind. Recent updates (Fall 2024) include new kitchen cabinets, counter tops, appliances and furniture.
Nohonani Resort provides fantastic on-site amenities, including a beachfront heated pool, community BBQ grills, and seasonal direct beach access. Located in the heart of West Maui, just 10 minutes north of Lahaina, you'll be close to top-rated beaches, dining, shopping, and more. Please note: the beach directly in front of the condo may vary in size depending on seasonal tides and wave activity. Enjoy free parking, on-site laundry facilities, and no resort fees!
**Please note the resort is undergoing a parking lot repair between August 31 and September 23, 2026. The resort will assist with alternative parking.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.

Dealing with My Perfect Stay was great. The communication was excellent & the cleanliness was as good as it could be considering the condition of the unit. We very much appreciated the yummy cookies & coffee upon arrival.As for the unit, it needs a lot of work. The bathroom is horribly tiny & needs overhauled, the patio furniture needs replaced (it leaves brown on your clothes & is too short) along with the closet mirrored doors that don’t slide. The shades & ropes on the patio also need replacing. We would also highly recommend doing a retrofit on all the can lights in the unit which would help tremendously. The bed was comfortable & the large slider to the patio is fantastic! Would be much better if the seawall wasn’t so ugly. We felt like we were in the traffic pattern between the pool & bottom units. This would be a great spot if you had kids, but pretty busy for a couple on vacation. We did very much appreciate the beach chairs & Hawaii vibe of the unit! For the cost we were expecting a bit more, but we did have a lovely time in Maui. Thank you.
