The Home:

The Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 12):
The layout offers maximum privacy, featuring three independent suites completely separated
from one another, plus a flexible fourth bedroom.
Primary Suite 1: King bed, direct pool access, and a massive spa-like ensuite with split
his-and-hers vanities, a massive walk-in shower with a 12" rain showerhead, and a deep
garden soaking tub that opens to an outdoor garden.
Primary Suite 2: King bed and a large private ensuite with a garden soaking tub and a
12" rain shower.
Suite 3 (Ohana Suite): King bed nestled in lush greenery with its own private ensuite
and Ultra-HD TV.
Bedroom 4: Two Twin XL beds (can be seamlessly combined into a King with a plush
topper upon request) and an HD TV.
Additional Space: A premium Restoration Hardware sleeper sofa in the living room
(sleeps 2) and two foldaway twin beds (best suited for children).

The house was in great condition and was very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and easy to work in. Our favorite part was the bathroom with dual toilets!!
Absolutely loved the house, the amenities and the location. Everything we could possibly need was available. We would recommend this home to any family looking for a comfortable fun place to stay! We hope to visit again in the future.
The villa was so clean and big enough for 5people. We had a great time.
We very much enjoyed our time in this home-it was so beautiful, the art, the very quiet and gated neighborhood. The kitchen is well stocked with Wolf appliances, Miele built in coffee maker, ice maker-we really enjoyed preparing dinner together as a family as there was plenty of elbow room for all 6 of us. Being that it was such a quiet neighborhood you could hear the distant waves crashing at night. We also had access to the Beach Club for snorkeling and afternoon dips in the ocean-4 beach chairs and snorkel gear were available along with some pool floats in the garage. It was the perfect, restful-relaxing home for our family vacation.
We truly enjoyed this fabulous house in Mauna Lani. The house is well maintained, has an amazing floor plan, is equipped with everything you need. The closeness to the hotel and the beach is also a big plus. You can't do better than this! We loved it!!
It’s our third stay at this property and we love the house and neighborhood. This trip was sadly very different as there is some new policy about heating the pool and hot tub. You need to pay $300 extra to get the pool warm. We happily paid the extra but then weren’t allowed the freedom to heat the pool or hot tub outside of very limited hours. I liked getting up at 5 to watch the sunrise from the hot tub, but it’s not very pleasant when it’s cooled to 81 overnight. The kids like to go swimming early before breakfast but were cold. My wife hates being cold and barely used the pool this trip. After paying a small fortune in airfare, rental car, and a very expensive rental home, this penny pinching by the owner was unacceptable. I even offered to pay more than the $300 but no - very disappointed as I sit here and listen to my family complain about this trip.
We stayed here to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday and we were not disappointed. The house was beautiful, exactly as pictured, and comfortably accommodated 3 different couples. The location was within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. It was also a short drive to Kona and several other shopping centers. We were also able to utilize the fitness center at the clubhouse which was great. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the island that wants all the comforts of a home vs staying at one of the local resorts.
Beautiful property complete with fully equipped kitchen for entertaining.
We had trouble finding the property. The neighborhood itself was pretty barren with nothing much around. Our directions led us to the gated community, but didn’t include the house number. We contacted the owner after driving around for awhile and were given the full address. There was quite a bit of construction happening all around the house, which we wished we had known before making the reservation. It was a bit noisy during the day. This property itself was beautiful. Beds were comfortable, ample a/c and fans, well appointed kitchen and laundry facilities. Lovely furniture and decorations. Bedding and towels and all the necessary amenities were included.The pool area was lovely, but the pool itself was full of bugs and plant matter for the first couple of days (my kids refused to get in). A pool cleaner was sent out, which was appreciated, but we weren’t given any notice and discovered someone there early in the morning while in our pajamas. All in all, we loved the house itself, but weren’t a fan of the location as there wasn’t much nearby.
