Noelani #306 is Maui living at its finest. This fully remodeled, oceanfront 3 bedroom condo features 2 ocean facing lanais with endless views of the Pacific and all of its attractions. Enjoy morning coffee in the winter months with whales breaching in the background or dinner al fresco with a glorious evening sunset glowing over you while you dine.
With beachy décor throughout, hardwood flooring and carpet, stainless steel appliances, updated cabinetry, stone counters, and ductless AC, this tropical escape is a dream to stay in. Kitchen is fully stocked for the chef of the family to whip up meals in. Large breakfast bar is perfect for a grand brunch buffet and opens to the living area including the dining area with ceiling fan and table for 6. Game night anyone? Living room has plenty of seating with bonus sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning and TV for cozy movie nights after a day of exploring the island. Upstairs primary bedroom has plush king bed and large ocean view lanai with loungers and features en suite bathroom with a huge vanity lamp & full-size shower. The second upstairs bedroom also has a king bed. The second full bathroom is in the upstairs hall and available to all to use. The main floor bedroom features 2 twin beds and has a half bath just out in the hall. Additional perks include beach chairs and beach towels for guest use and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Noelani Resort is nestled between Kapalua and Kaanapali and just moments from many of Maui’s top beaches. This property offers OCEANFRONT everything. Both pools, jacuzzi and even the BBQ grill stations are all oceanfront and have spectacular sunset views. There is a sandy beach on the north side of the complex flanked by lava rocks and coral that allow for great snorkeling. You can find dining and shopping less than half a mile away, including local favorite eateries Captain Jacks Island Grill, Miso Phat Sushi and pizza and grinders at Dollie’s Pub and Café.

Great location overall. Condo was very nice. Deck was the best part to watch the ocean, turtles and boats with coffee and wine.
This was our first trip to Maui and we really wanted to stay somewhere that captured being on the island with a close ocean view and this place delivered beyond expectations. The place looks exactly as described with an amazing ocean view with sea turtles that come near the shore daily between 11am-4pm. The sunset view from this location is also amazing with the photos we took set as my work desktop wallpaper to try and recapture that feeling. The upstairs rooms and bathrooms were great as well. We spent many mornings having breakfast on the balcony and used the pool on most days. There is also a small beach entrance to the north that is easy walking distance where we saw many snorkeling. The office staff advised us of great places to visit and eat which we made sure to take advantage of. The only downsides were very minor with the toaster only one side worked, the coffee maker worked for us but felt it may need to be replaced soon and there was not a full set of cooking utensils. One of the pillow cases in the downstairs bedroom had a rip and tear through it. Again very minor things but wanted to mention. I just want to thank the staff for making us feel welcome and really making our first Maui experience one we will never forget. Mahalo
My husband and I brought our 3 year old for our first family vacation and it was nothing less than amazing. Our daughter loved watching the sea turtles on the patio and swimming. The ocean front grills made dinner fun and relaxing. We will never want to stay anywhere else! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Close to lots of restaurants and shopping without being inside a giant resort complex. We would stay here again. I do think the bedroom upstairs facing the lot and the twin’s downstairs could use a refresh. Mattresses felt a bit worn. All of the pillows could be replaced. They just felt worn out. It’s not a luxury condo but the view is so beautiful it makes up for anything else.
The condo was expensive but then everything on Maui is. We couldn’t have been happier with the condo. It was immaculate and the ocean view was fantastic. The location was perfect Can’t say enough wonderful things about Noelani no 306. It had absolutely everything we could have wanted. We did have a problem with the refrigerator but management was there to help in a few hours. You won’t be disappointed with this condo. Also beds are wonderful best mattress I have ever slept on. This is definitely a five star condo, location, view. Great for kids with pools and beach. If you want to go to Maui definitely consider this condo
