Noelani 112 is a Studio condo located on the first-floor featuring amenities such as panoramic ocean views, a private lanai, and air conditioning. This spacious condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area is tropically decorated with green and blue tones and a large flat-screen TV. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.
Unwind with a king-size bed and a split A/C unit. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances.
The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

Very humble place BUT the BEST view in MAUI. You will watch the sunset from your patio ON the ocean. Clean, well managed. Highly recommended, stayed for a month.
Location is great, turtles are awesome!!
We love the whole property. We usually just get a studio but have had a 1 bedroom in the past. The pools and hot tub are great and of course the private little beach where there are sometimes up to 20+ turtles. That makes it extra special. Lori and Daniel do a great job of managing and maintaining the place.
Amazing location with a pool and hot tub. Full kitchen with all the supplies for cooking fully stocked. Great views and parking on site is convenient. Highly recommend!
Picture perfect! This unit has everything you could ever need. Amazing staff, Well kept grounds, the view is spectacular and the turtles are a must see. People that stay here say "it's a hidden treasure".
The view was amazing! I loved sitting on the patio reading, drinking coffee, and just listening to the sounds of the waves crashing against the rocks below. Even though we had a first floor room, the patio was set up a bit off the ground and there was greenery and space between our room and the space where people walked to protect our privacy. Finding a parking spot was never a problem no matter what time we returned to the resort. The pool area was kept immaculately clean. Each morning, there was a hard-working man out straightening chairs, cleaning the grill, checking the pool and hot tub, etc. The pool, hot tub, and beach chairs were never overly crowded. Being able to see so many turtles at the turtle cove was a special experience. Whales were spotted while I was out by the pool my last morning there. I can't say enough about how beautiful the view is from the resort!
Very friendly staff and excellent views. Will say here again.
