Guest Access:
You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.
The Neighborhood:
Hoone Rd, fronting Poipu Beach Park and Brenneckes Beach, turns into Pee Rd. This winding street is a popular place to watch the sunset on the wall fronting Nihi Kai or to walk one way and return to the Poipu Kai Greenbelt.
Getting Around:
When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.
Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Beautiful property lovely location few mins from Poipu beach
This place was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, kitchen was well stock with all kinds of pots, pans, dishes, all kinds of glasses. We had everything we needed when cooking. View was wonderful, just a 8-15 minute walk to the beach depending on which one you went to. The pool was a nice break from the beach when needed. Check in and checkout was simple. South side of Kauai is where you want to be. Sunshine with an occasional shower that lasted maybe 2 minutes. You can access to the rest of the island with very little trouble. Hanalei is an hour, Kapaa is 30 minutes, Lihue 15. The best part is the location of this condo. We spent 9 days and enjoyed everything to the max. We can't come back soon enough.

I was very impressed with how well stocked this condo was with cooking supplies. They truely thought of it all. The grounds are spectacular to walk through and observe from the Lani. There are grilling stations throughout the property. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We nailed it this time. will definitely return to this place in the future.

Good spot for a casual relaxed vibe walkable to popular beaches. Having boogie boards available was great addition.
We loved our time here! The unit was very comfortable, with on-demand AC in the living room and both bedrooms, a small but well stocked kitchen, and balcony with beautiful view of gardens and ocean. The nearby pool was beautiful and both Brennecke and Poipu beaches just a short walk way. The boogie boards, beach chairs and coolers are really nice touches, reducing the need to buy or rent these. We would happily stay here again!
