LIVING AREA/KITCHEN:

If you love to cook, you’ll have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. We also have a blender, toaster and coffee maker for you to enjoy.

Across from the kitchen is a full washer and dryer behind a sliding door for your use.

BEDROOM:
A new comfy king bed comes with fresh sheets, pillows, and blankets. There is a portable AC unit you can turn on at night, and adjust to your perfect sleeping temperature.

BATHROOM:

Full bathroom ensuite, complete with fresh towels, hair dryer, soap, shampoo & conditioner.

PRIVATE LANAI:

A covered lanai behind the garden is a perfect spot to lounge, and where you will find beach toys and gear you can use during your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING RULES:

- No smoking.
- No parties (or amplified sound).
- No late checkout ($100 fee for late checkouts, plus any fees incurred for cleaners, or next guests).
- One reserved parking space with a provided parking pass.

Breaking house rules can result in immediate termination of the contract.

If there is damage to the property reported by our cleaners following a visit, we will send a reimbursement request via Vrbo in order to replace anything essential before the next guest arrives.

$50 fee for lost pool key

Guest access
You have full access to the one bedroom and private lanai patio. One you check in, take the pool to explore the pool, hot tub and BQQ all accessible to you.

Note: there is a $50 fee for lost pool keys.
