Spacious and light-filled condo close to the beach was perfect!
We very much enjoyed our stay in the condo in Napili Bay. It was a short walk across the street to the beach, and it is a gorgeous beach. The condo was very spacious and clean, we enjoyed all the natural light from the large windows. The quiet back porch and yard were very nice too. It was nice to have a garage as we had bicycles and we could store them there instead of in our living space. We had a great experience and would rent there again!

Recent Stay at the Napili Gardens # 4
The condo offers everything you need for a very enjoyable stay. A gorgeous beach is a 3 - 5 minute walk. The condo was a very good value and our family holiday was most enjoyable. We hope to come again next year. The managers are very easy to work with.

Reminder:
The Hawaiian Islands have some of the most remote and benign tropical rainforests in the world. Although we have regular pest control, like any moist and fertile environment, you may find some ants, mosquitoes, roaches and critters like little geckos that share this beautiful world with humans. To keep out bugs, remember to close the doors right after entering. Don't leave food or crumbs on counters or tables and avoid eating at the bed because ants are really smart and fast. Remember that although geckos may scare you, they are our friends and help to eat the bugs.
Please remember that this is somebody's home, and not a hotel so please leave the home as you found it.

Wonderful stay! Host was very welcoming and accommodating. House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed!
The town home had everything we need for a extended family of 8. Napili Beach is a quick walk across the street and is just gorgeous. The bedrooms and bathrooms were as described. You do have to use a couch or blow up bed to reach the 8 person number though. It worked just fine for us though. The location is clean and you can easily drive to restaurants and activities.
Location and access to the property was great. The space of the condo was great for 7 adults. The cleanliness of the location was not great. The until says there’s an air mattress but there was just old mattress in the closets that had interesting stains all over. The master bath looked like there were pee stains all over. The pantry/cabinet had old food with maggots. The cleaner of the unit seems to neglect a lot of areas of the unit which was cringy.
The location of this home is great but it has had a lot of use and could use some updating. The beds aren’t very comfortable.

The house was clean with everything we needed! 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was really nice for our group of 6! There was an air mattress and lots of extra bedding, pillows and towels if you had a larger group. We didn’t cook a lot but the kitchen has everything you need! The walkability to the beach can’t be beat but it was tricky to find walkable food beyond what is offered at the hotel restaurants across the way. The garage was full of beach toys, chairs, and other essentials. If you need snorkel gear then Snorkel Bobs is literally across the street. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are a large group!
This townhome worked great for our family party of 8 (4 adult couples). We could walk easily to two beaches with good snorkeling. The kitchen was well equipped and the private backyard with grill was very nice, we cooked most meals there. The unit was a bit older and showed its age, but it was functional and comfortable. I think this was a great find and value for the area! One thing to note - the cell reception for us was very spotty at the house, but there was internet so not a big deal for us.
Dan was the best check in we have had staying at these condos. The condo could use some maintance. Painting would be great and the King Bed could use an upgrade. Otherwise we had an awesome time!
Nice unit in a beautifully landscaped and maintained gated townhouse community of only 16 units. Very convenient to Napili Bay (3 min walk) and Kapalua Bay (10-ish minutes) for great beach fun and/or snorkeling. Unit was very clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our week in Maui.
Property is in a really good location, walking distance to the best beaches and resorts in Maui! We enjoyed our stay for the exception of cleanliness. The part where it says it sleeps 8 people is misleading since there are only 6 sleeping spots in the house. The sofa in the living room doesn’t convert into a bed, there’s a air mattress that you have to inflate in the living room or sleep on a sofa. The smell of dirty hair and sweaty armpits was pungent from the sofa pillows and cushions, whoever stayed there before us most likely lunged on it after the beach. The doors and kitchen cabinets were dirty and sticky to touch. Before we could enjoy the place we ended up taking all sofa and pillow covers off and washing them in the laundry and cleaning the cabinets and doors. Also had to run all the dishes through the dishwasher before used, since found a plate in with food stuck on it in the cupboard. If I was to stay there again I’d only book for 6 people and expect to disinfect before hand.
This is our fourth trip to Maui, and hands down Napili Gardens is located in the best part of the island. It is an easy walk to the best overall beach in the Hawaiian islands (Napili), as well as walking distance to two great snorkeling beaches and yet another great swimming beach. Specifically related to Unit #12, the photos are accurate. The wording is not accurate, in that the unit itself is NOT recently renovated though it very much would benefit from being renovated along with a fresh coat of paint. At a minimum, it could use a very deep clean. As it stands, it is a phenomenal value and therefore if you are ok with outdated finishes you won't find a better place. I can't speak highly enough of the property custodian Daniel. He was remarkably responsive to any questions or concerns that I brought up, absolutely the best that I've come across. The queen bed in the quest room was very uncomfortable and Daniel brought over a bed topper before sunset!
