This is a wonderful place to start the day with morning coffee, relax during the day and enjoy colorful sunsets in the evenings.
Meals and snacks can be prepared easily at home. A fully stocked food market is within a few minutes or you may shop for fresh local ingredients at one of Kauai's open-air markets.

We loved our stay, everything was perfect
Great north end location, well outfitted with beach stuff and kitchen tools. Sparkling 45 foot pool and nice spa. Close to Princeville shopping, town of Hanalei, and Haena State Park. Great communication with the owner including restaurant recommendations and activities. We woul stay there again.
This is one of the few properties that is better in person than in the pictures!! We just stayed for 7 nights as a family of 5 (3 generations). The layout of the house is great with a master suite on both levels. The beds were the most comfortable beds I think I have ever stayed in. The owners did an amazing job with the newly remodeled bathrooms.The location is perfect too! You are 2 minutes from the grocery store, shops, and restaurants in Princeville, and only a short couple mile drive down to Hanalei.The neighborhood is quiet, the pool is perfect temperature, and was a great place to relax while our 5 year old played. Although we never used it, the neighborhood BBQ located at the pool is a nice newer Weber 3 burner grill. The garage is stocked with plenty of beach gear, bikes, and toys. The wagon was a life saver for us when making all day trips to the beach. We would love to come back here and stay on our next trip to Kauai. If you are looking for a place to stay, this is the one!The one very small change that I would make is more comfortable chair out on the lanai that comes off the living room.If you’re looking for a sign to book this property, here it is!!!
Really enjoyed our stay! Home was as depicted in listing, access and instructions were easy. Lots of beach gear and fun toys - even a foam pad and straps to put surf boards on your car! Bedding and linens were all clean and comfortable. Would stay again. Thanks!
