Rental Overview
Stunning oceanfront views with Molokai and Lanai as your backdrop. Noelani 302 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that is perfect for families and groups. It offers a fully equipped kitchen including dining space inside and outside on the private lanai. This unit has A/C downstairs and upstairs with A/C units in each bedroom to keep the entire condo comfy. The living room has a sleeper sofa with a queen-sized foam bed. The master bedroom offers a comfortable California King bed, private lanai just feet from the ocean, and a private bath with walk in shower. Both guest bedrooms offer Queen size beds. There are two additional bathrooms, one of which is also equipped with a shower. This property also features TVs in the living area and guest bedrooms; cable and free WiFi are also included, as is a washer and dryer. For your convenience a Pack 'n Play is furnished for the wee ones.
A $75 extra guest fee applies to any guests over 6. This fee (per person) is applied per day and paid as part of the reservation total.

The Noelani Resort is located in a highly desirable area, sandwiched between a private estate and the finest sandy beach (known as "S" turns). The Noelani can be described as a charming, low-key, hidden-treasure, Boutique Resort. Enjoy snorkeling and swimming with turtles just steps from this condo. During the winter months, this condo offers front-row seating for the opportunity to catch a peak at the Humpback Whales as they tend to their young. This exceptional property sits atop 1.4 acres of well-maintained tropical landscape grounds with pools, jacuzzi, and barbecue grills – all oceanfront!
There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.

Maui is always great. We did have an issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom. The unit was leaking all over the floor and the temperature stayed at 75, a little too hot for us to sleep. They came two days later and put a portable unit in that was very loud and never cooled the room. Through emails the manager said it would be fixed in two days but then sent another email saying parts were needed. So we had to suffer through hot nights.

Everything was amazing from booking to departure. Our Family of 6 enjoyed our Dream Vacation! Great home. Great location. Beautiful pools and hot tub. Perfect little beach to call your own (almost ;) So much better than "resort row". Plenty of privacy and peace and quiet and sea turtles. Gorgeous sunsets. We would definitely return. The view alone is worth the price! Between the sunsets and sea turtles our balcony became a magical oasis! The location was perfect and the condo had everything we needed. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and needs. We will be staying here again!

This place was more beautiful than the pictures. The views were stunning!!! In my opinion you couldn't ask for a better location. Beautiful beaches and plenty of restaurants and shopping very close. This is our favorite place we stayed.
The property was very well located around everything . The master bedroom faces the ocean and we enjoyed watching whales every morning! It was beautiful and the sound of waves would wake us up! Very well maintained condo, well stocked kitchen and a great quiet neighborhood! All in all would always recommend small families to stay !
Amazing views - location was awesome.
Can’t say enough about the location of the property. Have never seen so many turtles without a million other people around. The unit has a perfect view, smaller complex so never felt super crowded at the pool area which the kids loved. We’ve stayed in or north of kaanapali many times and always come back to the area and loved the size of the unit for our family. Will definitely return!

Noelani was the perfect location for our family of 5. Our main objective was to share the magical experience of whale watching to our daughters. The moment they stepped out onto the lanai they saw whales frolicking close by. We saw lots of turtles swimming in front of the condo and on the beach. The condo was clean and met our needs. Most of our time was out on the lanai enjoying our meals, watching the sunset, and of course whale watching. It's an older complex but everything is updated. My Perfect Stay property management company was great to work with. They stayed in communications with us before and during our stay and answered our questions quickly. We will be back.
Spectacular location! Beautiful, clean and very comfortable condo! Kitchen had everything we needed to cook and used the grills by the pool. We ate dinner and watched the sunset every night on the deck! We snorkeled everyday at the little beach next door! Breathtaking views! Can’t wait to go back!
The Noelani was a perfect location. Turtles out front, next door a beautiful snorkeling beach, and out of the way from the crowded big hotels at Ka'anapali. The condo was very clean and has all the amenities you need, we will be back!
The management company was on there job we had a problem with the fan and light not working they sent someone over immediately

This condo is very comfortable. It is right on the ocean with amazing views. We saw turtles and whales every day swimming by. The turtles would sleep on the little beach on property every day too. The location is close to restaurants and snorkeling beaches. Our family had a memorable stay and can't wait to return to Maui.
