The nearby private beach club is a perfect place to snorkel in the beautiful clear water with the Honu (Green Sea Turtles) or you can lounge under the palm trees in the cabanas that are reserved just for Mauna Lani Guests.

As a guest of the Palm Villas, you will have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beach Club access includes excellent snorkeling, chaise lounges, restrooms and showers. Private beach parking is also available for guests. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are available for rent. The beach club also features the Napua restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily.

Mauna Lani Beach Club & Palm Villas
As a guest of Palm Villas, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club offers fantastic snorkeling, complimentary chaise lounges, restrooms, and showers, along with convenient, private guest parking. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are also available to rent on-site.
There is an exercise room within the Palm Villas as well as a pool and hot tub that are available for your use. You can visit and use the Mauna Lani Fitness and racquet club for additional fees.
The Beach Club is also home to Napua Restaurant, which serves lunch daily and offers a gorgeous oceanfront setting. Napua closes at 4:00 p.m. and then reopens at 5:00 p.m. as an upscale, white-tablecloth restaurant for dinner. Napua is open to the public for dinner (not just Beach Club guests), and reservations are highly recommended.
Palm Villas is a small, luxury gated community in the heart of Mauna Lani, offering a peaceful, tropical setting for your stay.
There is one assigned parking spot per unit. Please note that our garages are compact — while most cars and small SUVs will fit, we recommend avoiding oversized SUVs if you’re not comfortable maneuvering a larger vehicle into a small garage.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and sand toys for your use.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered.
If you think there’s any chance your plans may change during the period when the cancellation policy is in effect, we strongly recommend purchasing the low-cost travel insurance offered at booking. This ensures that you’ll be eligible for the refund you’re hoping for, even if unforeseen circumstances arise.

Beautiful property, exactly like described, excellent location in a gated community. Great support from the management company: we had an issue and they came to our villa on Sunday morning! The outside garden is beautiful, directly on a golf course. Disappointment was the pool closed for maintenance work. The cleaning could have been better, but we quickly fixed this. The two single beds in one of the bedrooms need some maintenance. We also had some issues with air conditioning, but the host helped to sort this out. Check-in instructions were excellent and clear, like the check-out process. The garage includes a variety of beach tools (large and small coolers, 4 chairs, beach umbrella, masks, fins, etc.). Multiple beautiful beaches in the range of max 15 mls, as well as nice shopping centers. Great experience overall!
We have a restful stay and enjoyed the swimming, shopping, walks, especially fish ponds. Delightful!
Suite, property and location all great. Only complaint we had (and speaking to others they felt the same) is the staff member coming out to quiet people by the pool in the middle of the day(kids having fun in pool). Signs posted about quiet hours between 8am and 9pm but grounds people start working with lawnmowers outside bedroom window before 7am.
Overall, we had a great stay at this condo, and there are some issues that need attention. The location of the condo within Mauna Lani is excellent, right around the corner from the historic walking path to the beach. Within the lovely, intimate condo complex, this unit is in a nice, quiet location. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and well laid out, with a nice golf course view. Now the issues: the primary bedroom mattress needs replacing. The air conditioner is very loud in the middle bedroom, and my son ended up sleeping on the couch because of this. The cleaning of the linens between guests needs improvement. The bedsheets were clean, but the outer bed linens and kitchen towels were pretty grungy. The freezer door is difficult to close all the way, so just be aware to double check that, and the kitchen could use a tool update, but it is acceptable. Finally, the owners require that the guest was and dry the towels, as well as start the bedsheet laundry before check out, and that is a tall order for a 7am flight. All this said, we would love to stay in this condo again if all or most of these issues are addressed, and despite these issues, still enjoyed our stay very much!
We were so pleased with this condo. It is exactly as the pictures show. It is well maintained and very clean. You can tell there is attention to every detail from the furnishings, kitchen items, stocking of basic supplies, and beach gear including chairs, coolers, tons of snorkel gear, sand toys, etc. The condo even has children's toys and books which was a pleasant surprise as our grandkids visited. The lanai is perfect for morning sunshine and evening shade. The beds are comfortable with the exception of the twin beds as they are smaller and more suited for children. The management is very prompt with responses and were great to work with. I highly recommend this condo for families. You won't be disappointed.
Nice, quiet place with a very short walk to a great pool/hot tub. Drive to the beach is about 5 minutes and it's a very nice beach with chairs and cabanas (if you get there early). Also a nice selection of beach chairs, snorkels, etc in the garage. Nice grounds to walk around in the morning or evening. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the view of golf course from the back patio.Only complaint is the comfort/ loudness of the squeaky beds and the couch in living room, and noise of other guests walking around in the floor above us. Walls must be very thin.
Our stay was very comfortable at this condo. Very nice and clean, had everything that one needs for a vacation. Kitchen had spices, and pots and pans for cooking our own meals. The location is close to the airport, and the shops were close by. We had a relaxing and a great experience during our stay.
This unit was very clean and so close to the resort pool. Beautiful grounds, felt safe & convenient garage for our car rental. We found the kitchen to be well stocked & took advantage of the outdoor grill. I messaged management twice & they responded immediately. Very friendly & helpful. One of the bedrooms was a bit warm, but the other areas felt cool & the all rooms had plush towels, beach towels & amazing bedding. Not terribly far from the airport. We enjoyed our stay and our party of 6 could spread out. We used the washer & dryer daily. Golf course was gorgeous & a few in our party golfed & said it was great. Highly recommend this unit.
This condo was perfect for our needs. Very good location with a great view of the quiet golf course. Very safe, nice pool for a small number of units. Communication was mainly through email, but very detailed leaving nothing out. A lot of small things were provided, too (snorkels, coolers, paper products). The grill was nice along with patio. The only issue we had was super minor: coffee still in the coffee pot. Highly recommend.
This unit is lovely. Well appointed with great kitchen appliances, omfortable beds and bedding, a comfortable living arrangement and convenient access to pool and beach. Property Manager was responsive to our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
