One Master Bedroom & One Guest Room is equipped with its own air conditioning unit. No air conditioning in the additional Master Bedroom or the upstairs Living area. For those who need a dedicated workspace or an additional private sleeping area, the fourth bedroom provides an office with a sleeper sofa (no air-conditioning). This private retreat extends to a secluded patio, offering a peaceful spot to work or relax.

Place was awesome.Would highly recommend staying here. The screened in dining area upstairs was great and the view in most directions (if not cloudy) were awesome. Grocery store and some restaurants are just a few min drive away and basically the whole island is within an hour drive.

We've been to Kauai many times and we all agree that this is one of the best homes we have ever stayed in! We traveled with our older children (18 and 14) and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The decor was modern and fresh and everything was *super* clean. We appreciate all the special touches, including the excellent beach towels, fun beach toys, shampoo/conditioner and lotion, and AC in the bedrooms. It is a beautiful location by the golf course and the backyard was lovey too. An absolutely perfect place to cook dinner and relax after a day exploring Kauai!
We have stayed in multiple short term rentals in Princeville and this was one of our favourites. Freshly renovated, great property management, quiet location, fruit trees and a great layout. Will definitely be back
