Our bright and airy two-story condo is perfectly located in the heart of Princeville, just minutes from Kauai’s breathtaking North Shore beaches, crystal-clear waters, and world-class surf. Newly renovated with a focus on style, comfort, and healthy living, the home features thoughtfully selected non-toxic and organic materials, from the sofa and mattresses to the sheets and towels. A peaceful island retreat designed for relaxation and adventure.

The Space:

Step inside this bright and beautifully renovated Princeville retreat, thoughtfully designed with an eye for natural light, color, comfort, and relaxed island living. The open-concept main level creates an inviting space for everyone to gather, whether you're enjoying a quiet morning or unwinding together after a day exploring Kauai.

The brand-new kitchen is a highlight of the home, featuring premium GE Café appliances, including a new range, French-door refrigerator with filtered water and ice, dishwasher, and farmhouse sink. Prepare your favorite island-inspired meal at home or take advantage of the BBQ area by the community pool. The spacious dining table comfortably seats eight, while the oversized sofa provides plenty of room to relax.

Upstairs, the spacious primary suite features a king bed, peaceful meditation corner, small workspace, and a beautifully updated bathroom with a freestanding soaking tub and open rain shower. Step onto the private lanai to enjoy a glimpse of the mountains, fresh island air, or an evening of stargazing.

Two additional bedrooms each feature comfortable queen beds and share a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a shower/tub combination and separate vanities. A second lanai offers cozy outdoor seating surrounded by the tropical beauty of Princeville.

At the top of the stairs, you'll also find a small open den with a daybed and twin mattress—perfect as an additional sleeping or lounging space. Please note that this area is open to the hallway and does not have a door.

Each bedroom features a ceiling fan and plenty of windows to take advantage of Kauai's refreshing trade winds and ocean breezes. Central A/C with an easy-to-use Nest thermostat is also available for added comfort. To help conserve energy on the island, we kindly ask that the temperature be kept at 72°F or above.

Nestled on the northern shore of Kauai, Princeville is a vibrant and scenic neighborhood renowned for its natural beauty and luxurious resorts. Surrounded by lush green cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and the majestic Pacific Ocean, this coastal community offers a paradise-like setting for residents and visitors alike.

Princeville is famous for its world-class golf courses, attracting avid golfers from around the globe. The renowned Princeville Makai Golf Club and the Prince Golf Course offer challenging fairways with stunning views of the ocean and mountains, creating an unforgettable golfing experience.

Nature enthusiasts will find plenty to explore in and around Princeville. The nearby Hanalei Valley Lookout provides awe-inspiring panoramic views of the lush taro fields and the Hanalei Bay, while the Queen's Bath offers a unique opportunity to soak in natural tide pools carved into lava rock. Adventurers can embark on hiking trails such as the Hanakapiai Falls trail, which leads to a breathtaking waterfall, or the Kalalau Trail for a more challenging trek along the dramatic Napali Coast.

Getting Around:

We strongly advise renting a car for best access for exploring the beautiful island of Kauai!

Please note that for reservations 14 or more nights a mid-stay clean is required every 14 nights at half the rate of the out clean fee.
