Unit 520 Ocean Front Condo "serene and affordable"

Spent an amazing week at this awesome condo! Communication with our host was great and thorough. Tons of extras inside the condo (cooler, towels, frisbee, beach chairs) to make our stay extra comfortable. Everything was very organized!

Condo was in great shape, super clean, wonderful location and fully stocked with all the basic (and not so basic) necessities. Appreciate having beach towels, chairs and sand toys as well as laundry detergent, paper products and basic toiletries.

Great location!! Perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen was fully stocked. Hosts communication was quick. Beach was perfect, sea turtles daily! The perfect Maui beach vacation 3

This condo is wonderful! The views were spectacular, and it was amazing falling to sleep at night to the crashing of waves. The location is perfect, the beach can be walked in both directions for quite a ways. Directly in front of the condo complex and to the north is a protected area frequented by sea turtles. It is a nice area to snorkel and watch them.

We had a great time here! The unit was just as shown in pictures with a wonderful view of the sunset. The host graciously let us have a late checkout so we could get showers and laundry done before heading to airport. There's is no AC in this condo, so we probably would come back next time in winter when nights are cooler. Tried the on site restaurant our last night and it was really good!!!

We had a wonderful time and spent a lot of time on the balcony. Beautiful location and the sound of the waves was peaceful. We would definitely come again. The house is fully stocked and great communication. Road to Hana is a must can’t wait to come back ! Thank you

The beach right out front was ideal. Great location easy instructions for property. Lots of items to use at the property. Responsive owners/managers. Would definitely stay again.

Property was as nearly exactly as described in the post and the perfect launching point for our Maui trip! Almost anything we needed was quick drive away but some places could be walked or biked to easily. Pool was refreshing after days at the beach. Owners were very accommodating with a late check-out b/c of a late flight departure!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, we discovered all beach items needed to enjoy an entire day on the beach, and the condo was very clean and had a nice homey feeling. It was wonderful to hear the ocean waves every morning waking up and going to bed - the condo is beachside with wonderful views off the patio and master bedrroom. It was cool to have the whale sanctuary building next door and to easily view turtles at the beaching area there. Kihei has plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and you can walk the beaches for miles. We didn’t want to leave and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was exactly as described. Perfect place to stay. Short travel distance to visit all areas throughout the island. No issues or concerns.

The place met our needs and all our expectations. It was clean and had everything needed. The roof top with the barbecues were an added nice bonus. We never did use the pool but it was nice to know it was there. It was quiet, easy, and close proximity to many places on the island.

Perfect place under 10 minutes away from Kihei. Spotted turtles on the beach everyday from the balcony , we went end of April and I guess the water in Kihei is kind of cloudy this time of the year still great ! If we wanted the typical post card beach we just drove to kanapali or napili. Great central location and very close to the airport which was convenient. Even with no AC we still loved the stay. They have very nice fans !

Wonderful relaxing vacation! Views from the condo balcony are amazing. Don’t miss evening sunsets from the roof, balcony or beach. Opening the front door and balcony door provided excellent air flow; we were never too hot. Even if we had air conditioning we would not have used it. The condo is well stocked with anything you would need to be comfortable for cooking, relaxing or outings. Very good location. Easy drive to airport, beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. The pool was nice and never crowded. Easy beach access. Keep your eyes open for sea turtles! The host provided detailed helpful information before arrival and inside the condo.

Absolutely loved this condo. Location on the beach was amazing. Such a gorgeous view from sunrise to sunset. Central location to explore the entire island. Loved all the chairs and coolers available. Really made our stay so comfortable. Communication was good and we had all the info we needed for our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed everything about our stay here. It was clean, comfortable and well stocked. It felt like home as soon as we walked in. The location was perfect. We really enjoyed our time here. Loved the property.. Everything was clean and worked out great for our family. Access to beach was so convienant and you can beat the view from the lanai. Only wish would have been A/C since our visit was upper 90's most days so made for hot nights. Would def stay again. sosome got nighrs

Great condo and perfect location on the beach!

Clean well equipped condo in a perfect central location! Owners provided everything we needed this week-beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, full kitchen, and games. View from Lanai was beautiful. Turtles right on the beach in front of condos. Perfect jumping off point for our travels around the island. We even got a phone call checking in ahead of tropical storm Hone arriving. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The location of this property was awesome! Direct ocean view from all windows and lanai. The condo was stocked with everything you needed, and i really enjoyed all the small things they thought of for guests. The shower in the guest bath could use some cleaning, but it was fine. Walls and baseboards could also use a good cleaning. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We loved hanging at the pool and playing shuffleboard. My kids enjoyed running around on the grass area. We would definitely consider this condo again!

We had a great first time in Maui and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, had a great view, in a great location, and very friendly and responsive owners. You can't get much better than that. We were a little concerned that it didn't have A/C when we first arrived since we had a toddler with us who is used to sleeping with A/C (coming from Texas), but with the windows open and breeze off the ocean, it was great each night. The entire property was clean and well maintained and the access to beach made it feel like you had your very own beach compared to the crowded public access beaches around the island. We'll definitely go back!

Excellent location, wonderful balcony & view!

Nice and friendly. No air conditioning but the sea air flowed beautifully through the condo.

The condo was clean and the beds were comfy. The view was wonderful. They had beach chairs for us to use. I went to the rooftop patio and it was really neat. It was to windy to stay up there though, just one of those pesky mother nature things. I would recommend this condo.

We loved the condo! It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. We spent all 5 am mornings on the beach walking looking for seashells and enjoying the sunsets. We enjoyed our coffee on the lenai and wine at night listening to the waves and taking in the beautiful view. The condo was very impressive. They had everything you needed in the kitchen to make your own meals. Spices inclided!!! So it was great to go the the markets and save mo ey by cooking food at the condo. They had beach chairs, board games, sand toys for kids, reading material and extra batteries and flash lights. It was home away from home. I would definitly stay here again. Our hosts were very good about responding to our messages and very welcoming. Thank you both for an amazing comfortable place to call home for 8 days.

Great location, was perfect for us had everything we needed.

The moment we walked into this condo and saw the view we felt instantly relaxed. The view is INCREDIBLE! So is the location as the complex is situated one two nice beaches. One of the beaches has an ancient Hawaiian fish pond that blocks the waves and is perfect for young children and turtles, who we saw there daily. Unit could use a fresh coat of paint but has everything you need for a dream stay. Totally recommend.

This condo has a great view of the ocean and all the amenities you could need. Captured some great pictures. Our timing wasn't the greatest being it rained most days we were there, however it was nice to have a clean well appointed condo to stay in. One small complaint - the carpet on the lanai didn't drain to dry making sitting outside challenging

Property was perfect. It had everything advertised and then some. The view was beautiful and Communication with owner was the best we’ve ever experienced. She made “home away from home” really mean something. Finding something that fits a family of 5 is not the easiest but the set up here was great and everyone at the property was friendly and helpful.

We couldn't have asked for more! The condo had everything we needed and more. Beach gear, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, quiet evenings and the view ... stunning! Maryanne was a responsive and kind host. Kihei is a sweet twin with awesome beaches, great restaurants and shopping. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
