Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. This condo was really nice. My family of was very comfortable here. We enjoyed the pool, balcony, and especially the easy access to the beach. The beach was amazing and we spent every morning snorkeling with resting sea turtles. You will enjoy your stay in this amazing place.

Clean, plenty of towels, good location next to oceanfront park, decent views, comfortable beds, complex in good shape despite age, friendly folks. Could use more ant control. Would stay here again.
