Large lanai with all nearly new Tropitone furniture including tables, chairs, and chaise. We have just completed painting entire unit, added granite and many new appliances. flat screen TV in living room and tv in master bedroom etc.. Condo is beautiful 2 br 21/2 bath with fully equipped view kitchen. Beautifully landscaped complex bordered by golf course. Short walk to shops. Superb location . Walk to beach, restaurants, and shopping.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mr. Rice's condo. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views are beautiful. It is a short walk to the beach. The area is great for shopping. Mr. Rice is helpful and communication was excellent. Our family of four had a pleasurable stay.
We stayed for one week of our stay on Big Island at this property. We loved the location for it’s proximity to the beach, beautiful areas to walk, close by shops and restaurants, but more than anything, we loved the outstanding views throughout the entire home. The condo was spacious both inside and out on the wrap around lanais. Great kitchen, spacious living areas, you are left wanting for nothing while staying at this unit. Outstanding sunrise views over Mauna Kea, and sunset views over A bay, need I say more. Personally, I think the pictures do not do this rental justice. If we return to the area, I would definitely stay here again.
David has a lovely condo that he takes very good care of. He was responsive to all our messages in a timely manner and made our stay as comfortable as it could be.
Aloha! My two sisters and I spent a week here. David is awesome to communicate with! Very spacious! Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure and the views from the lanai are absolutely beautiful! You can see three mountains; Mauna Kea, Mauna Loa and Hualalai. A good view of A bay! We saw the sun rise and set from balcony every day. Property on third floor with fast elevator. Parking spot very close and in the shade. Home is very quiet and has everything we needed to stay comfortably. Condo stayed very cool inside and has silent ceiling fans. All large and small appliances worked great! Short walk to large covered grilling area and huge pool with two jacuzzi’s. The pool area is the perfect place to lay on padded lounge chairs and watch the stars at night. Grounds are well kept and very clean. Very close to huge market and ABC store in Queen shops. I was born and raised on the Big Island and now I live on the Mainland. This condo is in the perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay here and I plan to stay again when I come home.
The condo was clean, roomy, comfortable and well-equipped. The views are outstanding of the mountains and the water. This is a tranquil, relaxing place to escape. The location is convenient to the Kona/Kohala Coast and Waimea. We enjoyed exploring many local beaches including A-Bay, 69s, Hapuna, Mauna Kea, etc. The unit has beach chairs, towels, coolers, boogie-board, etc. The lanai is oversized and we enjoyed morning coffee and happy hours enjoying the magnificent views. David, the owner, was very informative and responsive. We had no issues but I know if we did have issues he would have resolved them immediately. We look forward to coming back soon. The unit and location can't be beat.
We had a GREAT time on the Big Island. My favorite and I’ll keep coming back. This home was in the perfect location. Sand, beach, shop and golf and you go go either direction on the highway to do site seeing. The home had everything we needed with plenty of space. The view was BEAUTIFUL! The owner was great to work with and was very attentive. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you.
Me and my girlfriend rented the condo for a wedding out on the Big Island. The condo is very spacious with a great relaxing view from the Lanai. We had a little hiccup when we first got to the condo but David answered my call and got things fixed ASAP. The location is perfect walking distance to near by resorts, shops and restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo to stay at and 100% would recommend to all my friends and family to stay at David’s condo.
This condo is located on the top floor and has some of the best views on the complex. You can see a sliver of "A" bay and can watch the moonrise over Mauna Kea. The stars are also pretty amazing being that you are at sea level, the area does a good job keeping light pollution at night to a minimum. The condo is clean, there are beach towels, an umbrella, and cooler that you can use for your beach trips. The location is great for trips to the beach or into Kona. David was quick to answer questions before booking and easy to work with. We will consider E302 again when we return to the Big Island.
