MAUNA LANI BEACH CLUB PASS: Your stay will include a pass card to the private parking area for the Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Mauna Lani Beach Club is a beach area on the South end of the Mauna Lani Resort. It is a white sandy cove with calm water. There are lounge chairs available on a first come, first serve basis. There is a full service restaurant adjacent to the beach area.

PARKING: Parking for two cars in the garage. Maximum two cars allowed. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
NON SMOKING: This vacation rental is a smoke free property. No smoking allowed on the premises.
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
"START UP SUPPLIES" PROVIDED: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.
Enjoy luxury in our 3 bedroom-3 ½ bath home in the Villages at Mauna Lani. ResorticaHawaii manages our home with a very professional staff. Cleanliness is a priority and comfort for our guests is just as important.
Our unit is one of the few with no stairs from the driveway to the front door. We do have 2 levels, but everything, except two bedrooms, is located on the ground floor. The main living area has a well stocked kitchen, dining for 8, laundry room, ½ bath and also one of the bedrooms with a King bed and its own full size bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find the master suite with a king bed and full size bathroom. The other bedroom has two Queen Size beds with its own full size bathroom attached. All rooms have fans so you can choose air conditioning or use expansive sliding doors and enjoy Hawaiian breezes.
You will find you won’t need to drive anywhere once you settled into the home. The pool and fitness center is at the end of our quiet street. The grocery store, Foodland, is outside the front gates ¼ mile from the home. You will also find shops, restaurants, fresh coffee and treats. Mauna Lani Resort has walking paths winding around the entire resort area. World class golf at Mauna Lani is a couple min drive away. The Fairmont Orchid Hotel is close by too if you want to enjoy resort dining.
Outdoor dining at the house is a must to experience. There are two patios to enjoy outdoor dining; one private patio off the kitchen to enjoy morning coffee and a large outdoor dining area with a full size BBQ and table for 8 where you enjoy the expansive garden and lawn.
You will have access to the private MaunaLani Beach club. This allows our guests to enjoy a very nice sandy beach and quiet calm swim area just for the private community. There are beach chairs available for guest and a full service restaurant and bar. Bring your own snorkel as the bay has wonderful places to explore.
Beach chairs and umbrellas and boogie boards are in the two car garage. There are fresh beach towels for guests to use using their stay.

Everything was wonderful during our stay at the Mauna Lani Villages. The amount of space was great for our family of 4 adults and 3 children! The condo was clean and well maintained and we appreciated the start-up supplies! It's also in a great location as it's a very short walk to the pool!We also appreciated the beach gear that was available for use! Mauna Lani is where we'll stay from now on on the Big Island and we definitely would rent from this owner/property management again! My only recommendation would be to install a fan on the back lanai as the way they are built doesn't really allow the wonderful tropical breezes to flow into that area and it got hot in that space. We ended up bringing the fan from one of the guest rooms outside and used that. But that's the only thing I would change about the unit! Mahalo nui loa for being such great hosts!P.S. We rented a golf cart from Kohala Beach Buggies and glad we did because the grocery store was a short ride up the road as well as Snorkel Bob's. It made it easy to the beach and also get around the whole Mauna Lani complex!

Great house with lots of room and spaces for family. Back yard was nice as well as the short walk to the pool.

The house was the perfect set up for our family. We loved the outdoor space! Everything that we needed was provided. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The condo was accurately described. Place was very clean and in good condition. Only negative was the BBQ needed cleaning.
Property was beautiful. The property had everything we needed (dishes, beach towels, linens, towels, startup toiletries, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, beach chairs, great instructions, hair dryers, etc). It is close to the pool and hot tub. Property management checked in with us a few times via email to make sure we had what we needed. We even stopped by the office with a couple of questions and they gave us a free shopping bag and a treat. Would definitely stay here again.
5 stars clean, everything as stated. If I had to pick on one thing, it would be A/C only went down to 72. We just like it colder. Close to the shops, groceries, restaurants. Would recommend to everyone. Great vacation. Than you.
The property was in excellent condition and had everything as advertised in the listing. It’s in a great community with close access to beaches and golf.
Perfectly laid out for privacy w/ 2 masters. Beautiful view to very large green belt of tropical flowers trees, flock of island egrets. Well equipped kitchen. Felt like new property. Conveniently located close to pool & walk thru villages to grocery store & shopping center. HOA beach access a must & equipment provided. TVs in every room & a bit different to access programs but we figured out. Overall excellent experience.
