Our luxury 1400+ sq ft condo (F102 at the Mauna Lani Terrace) is walking distance from the world class (Auberge) Mauna Lani Resort, with nearby restaurants, Stores tennis, and golf facilities. It’s a short walk either to Mauna Lani Hotel or to one of the Islands best beaches with snorkeling, paddle boarding, and scuba diving. Our unit is located close to the first hole of the world class north course of the Mauna Lani Golf courses and is walking distance to the club house. It is both private and luxurious, but close to all amenities including shopping and grocery store. Dine out at the waterfront Canoe House, or eat in. There is a private BBQ area, and private pool. The resort was built around the unique and outrageously beautiful Mauna Lani Bay Resort. This condo offers the best of both worlds: classic Hawaii, and world class resort. The condo itself has a spacious open floor plan with outdoor dining on the lanai. This is a one of a kind location and will give you an unforgettable vacation experience. My Family has been at the Mauna Lani Terrace Condominiums since 1983. We provide rubust support for our guests and are available 24/7. We have a manager on the close by in case of any kind of emergency. We look forward to adding you to our list of returning guests!

Everything about this rental was perfect. I can’t imagine a better place to stay with a family on the Big Island. The beach just a short walk from the condo was amazing for snorkeling with kids.
Absolutely beautiful!!! We have been here over 5 times and each time has always been a joy. The unit itself was great- spacious, clean, and well stocked. We hope to be back again someday!

Two couples enjoyed a week in the condo. View is beautiful with the pond and convenient location to golf club and beach club. Comfortable beds and two and a half baths were perfect, We had two rental cars and never had an issue parking.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We enjoyed spending time on the lanai looking at the peekaboo view of the ocean. It was a great location - easily walkable to the beach and the beach club. We would definitely come back.
A lovely condo at the water’s edge in Kona. It’s really heaven.
While this property is on the first floor, access to the condo is via a full flight of stairs. I think this should be made clear in the property description. I was was looking for a place with no stairs as we are quite elderly. Getting our luggage down and up those stairs was quite a challenge!The listing said there was an ocean view. There is an ocean "peek" - not a view!The condo is in a great location with a lovely view over one of the fish ponds. It is within walking distance of the beach and the Mauna Lani Auberge Hotel. The pool is very nice with plenty of available shade and comfortable seating, but there is no fitness center on the Terrace property. There is a fitness center on the resort grounds, but it comes with a pretty high cost to use it. The fitness center amenity on the listing should be removed from the listing. The condo is very well supplied with towels, linens and a fully outfitted kitchen. It is in need of some upgrading, particularly the tile in the showers. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are hard.

We enjoyed a last minute fall stay here. Communication with owner was excellent! The area is fantastic and close to golf and beaches. Condo had everything we needed.
We love the Big Island. We love these condos. This unit did not disappoint. A wonderful property to act as home base while we enjoyed all the island had to offer. The Terraces F102 was so lovely.... nicely decorated, spacious, right on the pond, sounds, smells, and small view of the ocean from the spacious lanai, access to pool and ocean just a 5 minute walk, as well as easy walk to The Mauna Lani Beach Club one direction down the beach and the hotel the other, right next door. The owner was very kind and responsive. I adored my time here and plan to come again!
This condo met all my needs for an easy, truly enjoyable Hawaiian vacation! It's the best location I've found in years of visiting the Kohala coast: five minute walk to a sheltered beach cove with spectacular snorkeling; 12 minute drive to Hapuna Beach state park for waves and boogie boarding, restaurants within easy walking distance, grocery store and shops a 5 minute drive. The condos feel private and luxurious with grounds containing beautiful plants and birdlife. They are set back from the ocean but with no buildings or road in between - you feel like you have an expanse of beauty in front of you. There is a landscaped lagoon that reaches the lanai and in the distance palm trees and ocean. The condos are adjacent to ancient Hawaiian fish ponds and these are fascinating for observing birds and fishes. I took a number of scenic walks and there are places for biking too. I was able to easily speak with the owner and he was always gracious and helpful. In sum, I loved my experience in F102. It is well away from the hustle/bustle of the hotels and yet offers better amenities for a much better price. Highly recommended.
The Mauna Lani Terraces are perfectly situated on the ocean, with prime swimming and walking to the north and south. This unit is welcoming, comfortable and well appointed. It boasts two master suites, a washer and dryer, living room, dining room, and kitchen that let out onto the lanai where we spent many hours. The host, Daniel Crowe, is gracious and easy to work with. A property manager is available in case of problems. It's a joy to get here and hard to leave. We've stayed here a couple of times and hope to return for many more visits.
