Beautiful home in a very quiet and private part of the complex. Perfect for us over the Christmas holidays. Jessi was very responsive anytime we had a question. The home was well equipped including beach chairs,umbrella, two bicycles, and all the kitchen equipment to cook with. I have stayed at this unit two times now and will stay again.

Beautiful home that has been very thoughtful and intentionally designed for guests. The beach club access is a huge perk! Jessi was very kind and responsive. Excellent all around! Many great family memories were made

Place was great, very well appointed as pictures indicated. We had a bit of trouble with the AC it was fixed extremely fast. Thank you! Jessi was quick to respond and very helpful The only thing to note is the gym is small and unless you want to work out in the afternoon you really cannot access it. Everything else fabulous!

Beautiful condo in a wonderful gated community. Pool and hot tub are great to unwind after the day’s activities. Loved how well stocked the condo was- needed for practically nothing. Cooked almost all meals. On the first day of arrival we had turkeys walking around the front porch and lizards on the back porch where we ate. Would absolutely recommend to anyone with kids or couples.

Kitchen was well equipped, clean and communication was excellent! We are looking to return next year at this property if possible. We have been to this area many times and this place meets all of our needs!! Can not go wrong!

Loved our stay at this condo. The beach pass was wonderful, a cute and gentle beach with lots of chairs, and the great restaurant Napua is your beach bar! Smart tv was easy to figure out, kitchen well equipped, lots of towels and beach chairs and umbrella came in handy too for Mauna kea beach. One minute drive to foodland and Tommy Bahamas restaurant too, where we had great meals.

Perfect location for us. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with everything you’d need and locate in a quiet gated neighborhood. The pool, although surprisingly warm, was great too!

Great location on the island. Well equipped and very friendly owners. Would highly recommend!

Such a great spot and probably the prettiest condo we've ever stayed in. Great location, really clean, great pool, easy to get to the beach and really great to have beach club access, and the outdoor kitchen/grill was great. I'd love to stay again. Jessi was a really great communicator as well. Thanks for the great stay!

Excellent stay

Communication from owners was superb. Good location. Very comfortable and clean. Private grill with outdoor sink was fantastic. Short drive to the beach. It was a wonderful home base for a Big Island adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised at the availability of spices and seasonings for cooking! We had nearly everything we needed to make nice meals nightly - though we did thoroughly enjoy the local restaurants as well! We will be back!

This property is great with nice privacy in lanai areas. The owner is very easy to work with and very prompt in answering questions. Everything about this place was perfect. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo! Felt like home with comfortable furniture and everything needed for meal prep and fun at the beach. Beautiful grounds and great pool. We loved the many close options for beautiful beaches. Great communication with the owners and greatly appreciated the island info provided in advance.

My twin 13 year old daughters and I spent three nights in this fantastic property. Owner is awesome with communication. Place is stocked with supplies for cooking, cleaning and going to the beach. Felt like I was staying in a friend's beach home rather than a rental. Two Cal-King beds that are very comfortable. Great location. Beach club is a short drive away and super for snorkeling. Also very close to 49 Black Sand Beach-definitely worth checking out too. Very obvious the owner cares about her clients and wants them to have the best experience possible. Easy to give this property five stars. Would love to have the privilege of staying here again.

This was my first time staying on the big island of Hawaii and I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this property. It is quite spacious (I was only there with my husband) but could easily house two couples comfortably and quiet. The area was very upscale and there were a few shopping malls nearby. The beach club down the road was excellent with plenty of availability of cabanas when we got there ~9 am daily. The only thing that threw me off was the gym - if, like me, you're one of those weird people that likes to hit the gym on vacation I might advise against this here since I learned that the gym on property has a sign-up system for each hour of the day and only one person is allowed to use it at a time (and one guy had signed up for the same time slot every day that would've been the time I used it).

My daughter and I stayed here recently and we loved the property. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze. We really appreciated how welcomed we felt and our host has thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Many thoughtful details and lovely touches. We enjoyed the pool area and the fitness center (sign up ahead of time) and loved the private beach club. Our host also generously allowed us to have a late check out so that we were able to spend one last morning at the beach. An amazing place to stay-we will be back!

This is our second time staying in this unit. Everything is completely dialed for your stay. The owner is accommodating to every request. The pool is great and private beach access is very convenient. Would definitely come back and stay here.

The property, community, location, and the host were outstanding. Everything was super clean and welcoming with lots of amenities. Communications with the ower before and during the stay were flawless and the owner tips of what to do around the island were super helpful. The property was quiet with the nicest lanai to relax and enjoy meals. The pool was just lovely too. I absolutely recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

The unit is well equipped for a small group. The location is wonderful. The owners have done a great job of making it ready for visitors. Really great communication regarding check in and check out. The beach club access is great for families. Also, the pool is really nice. You were only a few minutes from the market.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Great townhome, well appointed and great location. We did not want to leave. I would highly recommend! Great communication and true to pictures.

Walking distance to location of continuing education

We were very pleased with the location, cleanliness and how well thought out and quality of the interior/equipment that was available. Not only were the beds comfortable and kitchen well stocked, there were many little extra details that made our stay more pleasurable. For example, each bathroom contained shampoo/conditioner/body wash that made showering after beach days easy. Coolers in the garage and ice packs in the freezer made meals/snacks convenient at the beach. Ziplock bags were available for food storage as needed. We greatly appreciated the suggestions for activities provided by the owner, and the owner was great with communicating with us to make sure all was well once we arrived. We would definitely enjoy staying here again!

We really enjoyed our 10 days of relaxation and great weather near the Mauna Lani.

The townhouse was beautifully appointed, and had everything we need needed, including condiments. The owner was very responsive when we had a small bathroom issue. We would stay here again.

We are repeat guests of this lovely home. We appreciate the beach toy amenities, access to BBQ and use of well stocked kitchen, and location to beaches, resorts, and groceries. There is nothing more we could ask for from our hosts other than accepting our request again for next year.

Fabulous condo in Kamuela with everything (!) you might want, convenient to visits to Kona, and closer to Mauna Kea than staying in Kona. The condo is so nice you might not want to leave, but golf, pool, beach, grocery and restaurants are close by if you do. The bed may be the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in on vacation. 5+ stars. Thank you for a lovely, luxurious place to stay.
