This beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 6 and is located in the peaceful, gated Palm Villas community within the Mauna Lani Resort. Enjoy outdoor dining with a built-in gas grill on the lanai and exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club.

Primary Bedroom: The master suite features a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. It also boasts a private en-suite bathroom, complete with double sinks, a relaxing soaking tub, and a separate shower. Second Bedroom: This bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, providing a cozy retreat. Third Bedroom: Another inviting bedroom, also with a queen-size bed, ideal for guests or family. Living & Dining: The open-concept living area seamlessly blends living and dining spaces. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, and the back lanai extends the living space with a built-in gas grill, bar sink, and cabinetry, perfect for outdoor dining. This ground-floor unit is easily accessible, eliminating stairs for added convenience.
Guest Access:
As a guest of the Palm Villas, you will have access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. Beach Club access includes excellent snorkeling, chaise lounges, restrooms and showers. Private beach parking is also available for guests. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are available for rent. The beach club also features the Napua restaurant serving lunch and dinner daily.

As a guest of Palm Villas, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Beach Club offers fantastic snorkeling, complimentary chaise lounges, restrooms, and showers, along with convenient, private guest parking. Paddle boards, kayaks, and other large beach equipment are also available to rent on-site.
The Beach Club is also home to Napua Restaurant, which serves lunch daily and offers a gorgeous oceanfront setting. Napua closes at 4:00 p.m. and then reopens as an upscale, white-tablecloth restaurant for dinner. Napua is open to the public for dinner (not just Beach Club guests), and reservations are highly recommended.
Palm Villas is a small, luxury gated community in the heart of Mauna Lani, offering a peaceful, tropical setting for your stay.
There is one assigned parking spot per unit. Please note that our garages are compact — while most cars and small SUVs will fit, we recommend avoiding oversized SUVs if you’re not comfortable maneuvering a larger vehicle into a small garage.
Beach towels are provided for your convenience.
In the garage, you will find beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella, snorkel gear, and sand toys for your use.
This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted.
Our cancellation policy is intentionally very flexible for your convenience. However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered.

The unit is great, and the resort is very well maintained. We loved our time here.I stayed here with my 11 month old, wife and parents and it had plenty of space. The beach club access is also a huge perk of this unit and we spent most of our time there. Brian, the contact for the unit is super accommodating and easy to communicate with.
Overall, a great stay. Very spacious, great location. The condo was a bit noisy- it was a downstairs unit and the fans were loud, but we still greatly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Host was great, Bryon actually met us at the gate. The toaster was very poor and needed to held down during the toasting process.Rugs are a trip hazard, and the master bed frame was apart when we arrived at the head of the bed. This is our 3rd time staying in the Mani Lani condos and the second time in the Palm Villas. This unit needs upgrades and care. Mahalo!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed our stay. The property had everything we needed and then some. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling equipment. We enjoyed the lovely pool along with the exceptional location. We will definitely stay here again.
Great location, excellent accommodations and good customer service from the property management group. The only negative was a guy acting as “the police” for the resort. As others have said, he was rude to guests and others, including being rude to my two daughters. He was harassing a young couple with kids as he thought the kids were too noisy…they were not. But aside him, this place is great. Shops, the beach with snorkeling all within walking distance. We would come back again.
This was a great option for us with our adult children. Host very attentive to our questions. Kitchen stocked well. Unit was clean and quiet.
The location is excellent, the pool was fantastic, and we used the BBQ, which was clean and of good quality. Typical in older properties the lack of soundproofing insulation is to be expected, you could hear the individuals upstairs like a herd of elephants. The unit had cleaning supplies, a vacuum and a host package with garbage bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher cubes etc.The check-in and support were fantastic, clear and concise. All in all, it is an excellent property.
We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The grounds were lovely, the living areas were spacious, and overall we found it to be reasonably clean. The area was fairly walkable given the amenities included: nearby stores and restaurants, walks to the fish pond, the pool and hot tub access, etc. Some of the living quarters needed a little TLC such as burnt out light bulbs in the kitchen, remote control instructions that didn't go with a remote, and an entertainment center that blocked some of the TV views and had doors and drawers that were difficult to open. If you have anything larger than a RAV4 I'd suggest abandoning the idea of parking in the garage and opt for the parking spaces within the property. We had mere inches in front and back of our Jeep Grand Cherokee when parked in the garage. The beach gear provided was in good shape and we used it frequently. The provided instructions by the hosts were very detailed but a little redundant and overwhelming, however, they were responsive and kind in all of our interactions. All in all I found the value for the price to be good.
We had a wonderful stay. The property is clean, comfortable, well-stocked and in a great location within a gorgeous resort.

We enjoyed are stay overall. The hosts were accommodating. The beach was about a 15 min walk from the condo.
We had a great time and stay at your condo. Appreciate all the beach supplies like coolers, chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. Grounds and pool are beautifully maintained.
The property was awesome and it was perfect for kids. The pool area was even better than we anticipated and was right across the street from the unit. The location can’t be beat. We would definitely stay here again. The garage is small and really can’t fit a Ford expedition, which is a common large car rental on the island, but using the common parking spots was not an issue. Smaller cars would fit without any problem. Only other thing to be aware of is that it is a bottom unit, so we could hear the group above us at times, but again the space was great and we preferred having access to the very nice grounds and grassy areas from the lanai.
This property was in a perfect location where we were able to walk to and from the Mauna Lani Hotel beach. We enjoyed our time and have already recommended this spot to other people.
