About this property
A204 is a spacious, two-story, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa just steps from the beach, offering spectacular ocean views. As one of the only two-level Terrace villas, it provides ample space for the entire family with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and expansive oceanfront vistas.
The lower level features a large lanai with a wet bar, perfect for outdoor dining and enjoying stunning sunsets. Inside, a generous kitchen and living area provide comfortable spaces to relax when not at the beach or nearby world-class restaurants. This level also includes a bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom. Upon request at the time of booking, the twin beds can be converted into a king.
Upstairs, a loft-style second living room separates two private bedrooms, each with a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and its own ocean-view lanai—offering ideal privacy and comfort.
- *Guests staying at Mauna Lani Terrace A204 may enjoy complimentary access during their stay to the Mauna Lani Wellness Center and Tennis Club, which features a fully equipped fitness center, lap pool, large gym, locker rooms, five tennis courts (including three lighted courts), and four pickleball courts. Additional classes, such as beach yoga, may also be available for an additional fee. The current membership is valid through 6/26/27 and must be renewed annually by the property owner. Membership may be discontinued without notice.
All guests are given access to the exclusive Beach Club, a private beach with ocean activities and shorefront dining located a 5-minute walk away from your front door. In 2020, the Mauna Lani Terrace's oceanfront amenity center was completely upgraded and now offers a newly constructed pool, spa, lounging deck and BBQ stations for Terrace guests to enjoy.

The apartment is very spacious, has a beautiful view and is very close to the beach and the hotel building. The kitchen had everything one may need for cooking, including spices and some non-perishables. Another plus is a nearby grocery store. We also took advantage of the fitness club access. There is great snorkeling off-the beach at the Beach Club and there are several nice spots within a short drive. Everything is just as it is on the pictures. One minor issue was bedroom lighting - it was very dim and it would be nice to update the lights. Communication with the management was easy and smooth. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hawai'i.
The location is probably my favorite in the world. This unit is the jewel of the complex.
