Summary:
The Fairways at Mauna Lani is a townhome community situated along the 4th and 12th fairways of the resort's North Course. Maximum occupancy strictly enforced in accordance with local ordinances.
The Space:
This 2 BR/2 BA unit features luxurious and tropical decor, and accommodates up to 4 guests. Vacationers will love visiting the beautiful area and will have plenty of island activities surrounding them. Fairways at Mauna Lani is a short stroll to the award-winning Spa Without Walls at the Fairmont Orchid Hotel. The lavish Mauna Lani Spa is just a few minutes drive within the resort. Excellent dining is available at the Fairmont Orchid and the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. The beach is walking distance, ideal for a day trip in the sun.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use. Beach towels are available for guests. Additionally, any beach equipment left behind by previous guests, including sunscreen, floats, and snorkels, is available for your enjoyment—feel free to use it during your stay!
This vacation home unveils with an open floor plan made up of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The gourmet kitchen will put a chef in heaven with upgraded appliances and granite countertops. Whip up an acai bowl with the blender or utilize the whole kitchen to make a multicourse meal. Seating for three is placed at the built-in breakfast bar so guests may watch and keep the chef company in the kitchen. A formal dining table has seating for four just steps away. Alternatively, step outside onto the private lanai and fire up the BBQ. A kitchenette is prepared to help you grill up a yummy snack. A patio table and chairs are arranged for an alfresco dining experience.
Relax in the living room on the cozy sectional couch placed in front of the TV. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, washer/dryer, and central AC are provided to ensure your comfort during your stay.
Head upstairs to catch up on some rest at the end of the day which holds a King-sized bed and TV. An attached master bath with a Jacuzzi tub, stand-in shower, and dual sinks. Guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen-sized bed and TV. The guest bath has a shower/tub combo.
The Fairways at Mauna Lani also has a fitness room perfect for working up a sweat. Shower off and head out to the expansive pool area. There is a pool, hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs for sun bathing. Guests also have access to the private beach club. This private beach club goes to a beautiful beach with calming waters and lounge chairs for guest use only.
The air conditioning system is programmed to maintain a minimum temperature of 75°F
• For stays extending 30 nights or more, a security deposit and utility fee will be required. The security deposit ensures the protection of the property during your stay, while the utility fee covers essential services such as electricity and any damages that are caused by guests.

Details:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.

Very nice stay! Much better than the photos. The outdoor spaces were beautiful and private, beds were comfortable, and kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
This condo is really lovely from the beautiful decor to the comfortable beds. It is well equipped with utensils and appliances for cooking and meal prep. Included are a wide variety of spices. What is NOT included are any kind of condiment - including coffee for both the drip and Keurig coffee makers.. This is not a complaint, just information for future tenants for what they will need to provide.Communication from the rental agency was great We'd stay here again on another trip.
Clean Property. , Nice furnishings, furnishings. The barbecue was faulty in the and that all the burners needed to be turned on before. The grill would light and good luck with quite an expansive display period if one wasn't paying attention, there would be since the dishwasher didn't work period water trickle down from the arms. And nothing clean the interior of the cups or bowls period there was no dishwashing detergent. No pepper, no sugar period the liquor cabinet was open for my use which had 5 bottles of Johnny Walker scotch available period rum wine.
What an awesome location. Our entire experience was great. The accommodations were beautiful and spacious. The unit was beautifully decorated and was very welcoming. The community was full of amenities and the host was very responsive with answers. Will plan to stay here when we return to the Big Island. Highly recommend.

This place was perfect. It had everything we needed and more. It was well appointed and very comfortable. It was well stocked. Certainly recommend!
We stayed here for the week of Christmas with our 2 kids. The condo was perfect! Clean, well stocked with almost anything you might need, comfortable beds, quality linens, up to date appliances and electronics, beach chairs and umbrella and snorkel gear and sand toys. The only thing that wasnt there that we would have liked to have were bicycles and a beach bag. Otherwise, it was everything we could have hoped for in a vacation rental. While they do ask that you don't set the thermostat below 72, we found that to be plenty cool enough and stayed comfortable. I also really loved all of the authentic hawiian decor. You can really tell someone put great thought and care and $ into decorating this home. 10 outa 10! We hope to stay here again!
Well appointed and convenient to restaurants and shops. , this unit was quiet by and comfortable.
It was a nice get away and very nice location. The pool was nice, the private beach was easy to get to. The house was relatively clean, though the dishwasher doesnt work very well, so a lot of the dishes weren't clean and needed to be rewashed by hand. There were also several maintenance items that need to be taken care of.
The pictures didn’t do the property justice, such a nice place to stay. We attended a wedding at the resort and it was so close to it! Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your rental. Would definitely stay here again.
