Close to beach. Comfortable bed.
We had a wonderful stay, loved the space & the location! We hope to return someday soon.
My family (3 kids under 8) and I had a terrific time at this beautiful condo! The resort is pristine, spectacular pool, and lovely private beach that you can walk to or drive. We appreciated the beach toys and boogie board left in the garage for us to use as well. The beds were firm and comfortable and the views of the stars from the back porch at night were gorgeous. Thanks for a lovely stay!
I don't like writing a negative review, but this place DOES NOT merit a 9/10 in any way. The only redeeming thing about the unit was a comfortable mattress, but the rest was so shabby that sleeping there wasn't pleasant in general. We love Palm Villas location and feel, and have stayed in several units here. This one is extremely tired and poorly managed. Cockroaches are a regular sighting. Worn and dingy surfaces everywhere, dirty in the corners, nothing fresh. Dirty and uncomfortable (zero padding, sitting on a wood plank essentially) upholstery on the lanai. On arrival we found (and had to pursue) there were no tissues, no beach towels, no body wash, no laundry soap, lightbulbs were out, the outlets in the master bath were inoperable. Manager was communicative but unbelievably pushed back on providing tissues, as "the owner does not offer tissues as an amenity". Unbelievable. They sent someone next day to rectify a couple of these items, and we let the rest go since we had friends in another much more comfortable unit and could hang there. This unit needs a DEEP cleaning, sanitizing, fresh paint throughout, stock the kitchen (with more than two wine glasses), replace seating pads, add a knife sharpener to deal with beat up knives, and an attentive pest service to deal with cockroaches. (We accept cockroaches are a thing in the tropics, but they shouldn't be seen on the kitchen counters each time we walk in there.) Very disappointing.
Perfect! Clean and Beautiful Little resort
Apartment is clean, everything works (mostly). The complex is gated, pool is nice, less than 150 ft from the apartment. During our stay we didn't have to compete with lots of other people for access to the pool. It is sort of a "quiet" pool and a nasty old lady (permanent resident I assume) grumbled that my kids were being too loud (they were not) - they were splashing in the water and speaking in normal tone of voice.Garage was a nice perk and the owners were nice enough to let us charge our rental plug-in hybrid during our stay. The beach was a quick walk away, through historic fish ponds. Great for snorkeling.Cons: the kitchen needs a bit of attention (backsplash peeling off above the sink), availability of snorkeling gear would have been a plus (only one set and it was broken), garage keypad battery was dead, owners request guests wash the towels but there was no laundry detergent in the apartmentOverall we would stay there again.

Second time our family stayed at this property. We loved it! We’ll be back again next year!
Quiet second floor location. Comfortable bed and bedding. Covered lani and a garage were pluses. Pool was very convenient. Beach club access and restaurant as well as a scenic walking path were appreciated. Minor issues with garage code not working, leaking refrigerator and maybe upgrading the lani furniture with more comfortable seat cushions. Other that that, we loved the unit!
The location was great. Not in a city but not too far from everything. Market and coffee shop within walking distance, as was the beach. It was also the perfect place to launch for our various trips around the island.
The condo was cozy, clean and had breathtaking views.
Beautiful resort area. Plenty of dishes, pots, pans and towels for a fun stay. Beach club access was great. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. Pool was wonderful an escape in itself. Very quite complex. Comfy beds. Beach gear needs updating but we mostly used the coolers
Great location, close to one of the best kid friendly beaches and amazing pool in complex.
